Very cool place to stay. Owners so nice, kind and caring people ❤️ the atmosphere fool of nature , relax and the most clean place I have ever been. Fruits, coffee, tea, any time. The location is perfect to go anywhere where you want.

The main reason why I ended up with choosing this guesthouse is the location and also positive reviews about the owners. And it was 100% right decision! The location is great, it’s super close to everything you’d like to see downtown. The room was clean and quiet. The owners was really sweet and helpful, I couldn’t be happier! Both my check-in and check-out were really early and they let me leave my luggage at the reception desk and do my stuff, so I don’t waste my time waiting. 100/10👏🏻 Thank you!

The location is great. However the facilities are outdated and not well kept compared to what is available for the location and other places to stay. Take a hard pass.

This place felt like home. Owners are a couple who run it together. Tea, coffee, and fruit offered as hospitality. Room was super neat and clean with ample storage space. Would stay here again frequently.

Beautiful traditional-style teak-wood homestay / guesthouse. At the end of a quiet alley right off the East Gate, Old City. Rooms are quite beautiful, with wood furnishings, colored glass windows, and nice cement and plaster design. Some parking available. No TV in my room, but I didn't need it. Shower pressure wasn't great -- same as most other guesthouses. Beautiful and interestingly designed common area. Incredible service, run by a family who is most accomodating and helpful. Overall, a beautiful feel in this nice guesthouse.

The landlady is very cheerful and enthusiastic, and smile is indeed the best language. I arrived at night, took a taxi to the entrance of BYD, and then walked into the alley opposite. It took less than 3 minutes. The second house in the alley is on the left hand side of the road. The house number is not that big and there is a courtyard. This store is a bit like a B&B in Lijiang, quaint and old-fashioned, and the equipment is indeed older. Advantages: Very close to Tha Pae Gate. The stories at the door are delicious. Breakfast and lunch are recommended. It’s a 5-minute walk. There is a yard where you can chat with people who are traveling, and you can also wash clothes and dry them in the yard. This is something that hotels cannot do.

There is no hair dryer. But the location is very convenient. If you stay here, we recommend renting a motorbike to travel. It will be very convenient. And the owner of the accommodation is a cat. 😅
