Very warm and nice service. We stayed 2 nights here. The staff can’t speak English but he still provided good service to us as possible. Because the weather at Beijing was quite cold. The staff provided us the heat bag to keep warm. 😊
Only one inconvenience was the taxi drop off location is not allowed if you book taxi remember select the front hotel(mercure hotel）pick up point.
Good location for qian men and hutong street walk Highly recommended!

Excellent service from everyone of them. They picked up our baggage once we reached their reception and sent us all the way to car. I want to say thank to 张雨。She guided us to buy breakfast online and made good coffee for us.

Nice loft hotel for a family of 4. It is one space, but having the parents bed upstairs and the 2 beds for the kids downstairs creates some privacy.
The hotel was clean enough, but not perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Best part of the hotel is the location! Walking distance from Tiananmen. Street noise is not too bad in the night, we slept well.

It is very close to the attractions around Tiananmen Square, with convenient transportation, clean rooms, and a good overall environment. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic and help with luggage. Drinks and water are wireless, and daily necessities are also available. It's a pity that I only stayed for two nights. I will choose it again in the future and recommend it to my friends😊
