However, the only drawback is that the sanitary conditions are average. There are uncleaned hairs in the corners of the bathroom, and there are many small stones at the bottom of the soup pool. The most important thing and the most touching thing is that the service is so perfect. From the store manager to the store staff, they are always responsive to all requests. Because I wanted to simply decorate for my husband’s birthday, the upgraded room was not easy to decorate at first, so the store manager took me again. I looked at two rooms and upgraded for free until I was satisfied. And when they knew it was our birthday, they specially sent fruits and small cakes. I was very touched. The private room we chose is mainly for washing away fatigue and dust. I think it's pretty good. It may not be a natural hot spring♨, but the pool is big enough; the room is clean and fresh. The floor heating temperature is very high in winter. We felt like summer after taking a bath. It's not Versailles. We turned on the air conditioner for a while; we brought our own barbecue ingredients, charcoal fire and cake. 侘寂風簡約優雅，給人一種寧靜和放鬆的感覺，還可以在房間內享受私人温泉。民宿裏的小貓更是成為了我的心頭好，温順可愛，慵懶地躺在陽光下隨便擼，小朋友特別喜歡這些小貓，和它們一起玩耍也很安全。 早飯特別貼心可以根據起床時間現做，還會提前溝通菜品。贈送的正餐在村子裏的右蔦餐廳，菜品非常好吃，我們兩大一小完全夠吃。

I am a loyal fan of Huanpeng, and I must choose Huanpeng when I come to Beijing. Shahe Huanpeng only opened in early 2025. At first, I was afraid of smell. I booked 5 nights first. After I came to check in, the hotel was clean and hygienic, there was no taste at all, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the transportation was convenient. It took 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. The child likes it too much, and plans to stay for a few more days and come to Beijing for an in-depth tour. The staff here are very friendly and polite, especially the long, the service is very good, and I will stay next time.

房間很乾凈，而且窗户明亮，光照很好； 空調、暖氣很足，熱水也出得很快； 第二次住這家酒店了，都是出差過來住的，總體感受很好，服務熱心，早餐也比較精緻。 下次出差應該會繼續選擇這邊的秋果。

Room is clean & comfy. Nice environment & oriental surroundings. Staffs are overall very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great with many choices available. Abt 30 mins' drive to Summer Palace, Yuan Ming Yuan & Tshing Hua.. abt 800m from the nearest metro station. Just 1 thing to improve on.. when we arrived at the concierge at night there was no one to help with our luggages & brought us to our room.. and there was no chairs for us to sit on.. after several requests a very young lady came to help us with a little trolley to carry more than 7 luggage bags.. it made me wonder, were there no men in the hotel? Anyway it would be much better if there are chairs being placed at the concierge area 'coz the reception is quite a distance from the waiting area.
