The hotel is tired, everything is old in the rooms, it’s dark, when you checked in there was someone’s hair on the blanket, there is no beach and you can’t go into the sea, all the doors are closed, they say it’s unsafe, they sent you around through the trash heap😂, the shore is dirty and there’s a lot of garbage, including broken ones bottles, there are many cafes nearby, I didn’t like the food in the hotel itself. In general, I do not recommend it!

Sadly the manager let the place down. He was creepy and asking to visit and stay with me in Australia, even be my husband, while he has a lovely wife in Bali! His time would be better served instructing and encouraging staff to do some proper cleaning here.

Great location. Quiet. On the beach, rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool is nice too. Very relaxing. Snorkelling about 20m on the beach. Nice and shady pool lounges. Wine selection is good too. Wish I booked extra day to fit more snorkelling in

The hotel is very close to the beach and you can see the turtles there while snorkeling! Hotel has a cozy pool area, our room balcony had a great view as well. The surroundings are nice and chill, there is a few markets near by, the location is great:)

Breakfest delicious, room was clean, bed comfortable, every morning they come to clean your room, the hotel is right next to the beach, you can snorkel there easily. We saw a lot of fish, even an octopus and turtles just by snorkeling from the shore. Exellent place

Great villa, perfect location, lovely staff. Highly recommend. Amazing black sand beach. Tucked away at the north end of Lipah beach, it is one of the few parts of the beach that isn’t completely covered with boats, so definitely the best part of Lipah beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Wifi hit and miss must mostly usable. Free breakfast is excellent.

Pure bliss right on the beach. We have just spent the most peaceful and relaxing 5 days of our life. This place is superb. The rooms are clean and tidy but the real highlight is the location, biggest decision is to snorkel in the ocean or take a dip in the beachside pool. The restaurant/bar serves up great food and cold Bintang. The staff are amazing with special shout out to Made’ who made our stay incredible

We loved the quiet, peaceful tranquility of the resort. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant serves delicious meals - I recommend the Fish broth with turmeric and ginger. Location is superb right on the quiet end of the beach and the sound of the gentle waves is so relaxing. I was reminded of an earlier time, when Bali was not so fast paced , like the first time I visited in the 1970s.

Location is perfect, direct access to Lipah beach. You can walk only a few steps and get into the water to snorkel. Plenty of places to lounge and read. Simple restaurant and relaxing accomodation. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place to someone who wants to snorkel and relax. There is plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Everything you need is here for a relaxing break.
