We had a great time and were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was great, however the shower did not drain very well. We would definitely return.

In the heart of Kuta 👍 the hotel has spacious rooms, with the necessary amenities for a good stay.
Swimming pool room service, courtesy water bottles in the fridge bathroom equipment ...
The staff is very friendly and always available.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Kuta, delicious and hearty breakfasts with a choice of a specific breakfast in the menu. The location of the hotel is good, from this place all the attractions in different parts of the island are almost the same time. Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, clean linen and towels. Only WiFi often disappears. The airport is nearby, and a taxi cost us 55,000 rupees. When we arrived, they took 150,000 rupees from us. Note to everyone! Do not overpay.

Stayed here for 9 nights based on a recommendation from some Aussie YouTubers and they were spot on. Great location fairly close to the airport and Kuta square. Huge room, big fridge, very comfortable bed, lovely pool area and roof top garden. Great food and of course ice cold Bintang, A big thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful, I look forward to my next visit to the GG.

Our first visit since the property had a full renovation in 2024. Well nothing has been lost with the Service, the Cleanliness and the Food. My wife had a Sirloin, medium which was so tender and Tasty! Yeah okay I did knock off a piece when she wasn’t looking. I had a simple Chicken Schnitzel with vegetables and Chips. Really tender, not greasy and moist. The waiter we had was really friendly and helpful and at one stage asked the Maître to clarify. This is a really good spot for a Quality ,value for money dining experience. They now have a roof Top Restaurant which they will open when it’s not Raining so we will come back for that experience.
