Nice hotel in a cool area, but misses the mark on a few things. The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned and had a maintenance cart inside. The nice guy at the front desk apologized and quickly moved us to a different room. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The negative of this hotel is they nickel and dime you for everything - no water station (that we could find), so we had to purchase $13 bottled water from the mini bar. There was no coffee in the room. We were shocked to find out that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests either - you had to purchase coffee from the lobby bar. A hotel this nice and new, should at least offer complimentary coffee to guests. Service was lackluster.

Arrive was everything I’m looking for in a hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, extremely clean and plenty of amenities. I got the corner room, and the little bit extra that I paid was totally worth it for the bigger room and the table. I highly recommend 10/10

The hotel is furnished in a nice mid-century modern look. It’s a good decent place to spend time. It’s an awful place to actually get rest. Many rooms (an entire side) of the hotel faces an extremely loud outdoor bar. There is literally thumping base maybe 20 meters from your windows until 2 AM . Soundproofing is almost non existent. I asked to be moved to a different room and even offered to pay more if needed. I was told they were “full” although the hotel did not seem crowded. Ended up sleeping. Maybe 2 hours and while next day was ruined. Other than that decent location and decent rooms .

We wanted to try a new hotel where we could eat/drink and hang out for New Year’s Eve. The bar was closed, no room service as the website described. The other bar mentioned on their site that had a first come first serve New Year’s party was closed for a private event. Location is not that great for anything else really. Room was comfortable.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location in Austin, but it's a little loud at night (bars across the street are open until 2am), so be sure to ask where your room is at check-in. If you want your room cleaned every day, be sure to ask. The room was spacious, loved the little booth next to the bed and the bed was super comfy. The lobby bar was closed, but there are two other hotel bars, so plenty of options. Overall, I would likely rate this a 7 out of 10. I would stay there again if the price was right.
