The staff was very welcoming and helpful however the way my room was presented was quite disappointing. There were dead bugs inside my room in the corners, the carpets were stained everywhere, the balcony had no privacy and the floor was dirty with bird poop. Even though the breakfast was okay, I do not rate this hote with 4,5 stars.

To start, the front desk at check in was pretty rude. The hotel is virtually empty and she wouldn't upgrade me. I checked in at 3:30 ish, room service wasn't available until 6:30...I skipped lunch and was hungry! At 6:45, I phoned the front desk but there was no answer. So, I walked down. No one was at the bar. A different front desk person was there and just as unhelpful as the first. Good news, the man who took my order was terrific. Only a rain shower head in the shower, bed is HORRIBLE. Pillows too. Good a/c, nice balcony.

Wonderful hotel! Clean room, balcony with a great view. Very friendly and attentive staff and breakfast with great quality and variety.

Staff, from reception to the bar, friendly, helpful and professional... Super large and comfortable rooms. Very clean throughout the hotel. The least positive aspects were the price of breakfast per person, which we thought was too expensive and for that reason we didn't have it at the hotel, and the delay in getting hot water to the shower and the shower lid which was loose. Otherwise, I recommend it and repeat...

I liked! Good hotel, nice rooms, good views and reasonable breakfast. For me, the natural juices and more variety in the bread were missing. The SPA is good, although there were a lot of people, perhaps if schedules were set people could make better use of the space.

Very pleasant, very friendly staff. Room with good dimensions and clean decor. Good-sized indoor swimming pool, with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. Excellent breakfast. Nice lobby bar. Walking distance from Consolação Beach.
