Hotel Micuras (Atami Hot Spa) Reviews

The room is nice, facing the sea~ From Atami Station, just take the bus to sun beach, about a few minutes. The hot spring is also very good, I went to soak in the morning and evening, not many people~

The room for 4 people is very big, opposite to the beach, just a little distance from the JR station, French dinner for dinner, breakfast for each person, both meals are delicious, there are many beautiful warehouses around, but they close early, eat raw fish First class.

Terrible hotel. Paid for a 5star price but a 2 star service. Reception was bad right from the start we walked in when usher asked for your name The minute you walked in and not a greeting. The booking was 3pm but hotel insisted that their system indicated 5pm. Had to insist on my booking confirmation instead to let me have the room. Lounge for guests were canned drinks and crackers….

食事、温泉とフロントの応対は申し分無しです。 レセプションも人手を合理的にセーブしてありました。 唯一、難点は床の段差ですね。 フロントなどパブリックスペースでの段差は改修などを考えればやむを得ないでしょうが、客室の中にも段差があるのは困りものです。トイレへ寝ぼけて入るというのは大いにあり得ます。たとえ段差には注意するべくLED照明が埋め込んであっても、無理です。　　 是非バリアフリー対策を検討して下さい。
