The room is nice, facing the sea~ From Atami Station, just take the bus to sun beach, about a few minutes. The hot spring is also very good, I went to soak in the morning and evening, not many people~

Terrible hotel. Paid for a 5star price but a 2 star service. Reception was bad right from the start we walked in when usher asked for your name The minute you walked in and not a greeting. The booking was 3pm but hotel insisted that their system indicated 5pm. Had to insist on my booking confirmation instead to let me have the room. Lounge for guests were canned drinks and crackers….

食事、温泉とフロントの応対は申し分無しです。 レセプションも人手を合理的にセーブしてありました。 唯一、難点は床の段差ですね。 フロントなどパブリックスペースでの段差は改修などを考えればやむを得ないでしょうが、客室の中にも段差があるのは困りものです。トイレへ寝ぼけて入るというのは大いにあり得ます。たとえ段差には注意するべくLED照明が埋め込んであっても、無理です。 是非バリアフリー対策を検討して下さい。

露天風呂が一番の魅了です。海が目の前で一望できるのがよいです。お食事も工夫されていて、特に朝食がよかったです。もう少しディナー時のワインがお安ければありがたいです。

7~8年ぶりにお邪魔しました。確か前回たまたま満月の日に訪れて最高だったので今回も満月の日に。熱海駅から歩くにはそこそこの距離があります。今回は車で。車でのアクセスは建物の下を通って裏の通りに出てすぐ(1100円/1泊でした)ほとんどの部屋は海に面していてサンビーチが目の前でロケーションは最高です(道路を挟みます)満月の日は晴れていればムーンロードが見れます。レストランからも見えますが窓際の席は限られているので昇り始めの月を見るなら部屋か大浴場からがいいかもしれません。 前回お邪魔した時はキレイなイメージでしたがさすがにもう古さは出てきていました(清掃は行き届いています)大浴場もコロナのせいなのか不明ですが以前はあったデッキチェアなどが無くなり意味不明なスペースが出来ており少々寂しいイメージに。しかしアルカリ泉の泉質でお湯はとても良く、大浴場の位置が高層階のせいか、よくある露天風呂に虫やら葉っぱやらが浮いていたりなどがなくとてもキレイで気持ちがいいです。 個人的には露天風呂から月を眺めるのがオススメです。 お食事は朝夕ともに洋食です。旅館と違い浴衣も無く私服で行くスタイルです。メニューは失礼ながら特筆するものはありませんが全て手作りの様子で品数も多くディナーは2時間前後かかります。アルコールはテーブルにあるメニューはこのクラスからすると(貧弱なラインナップ)お高めですがセラーには普通のワインもあったのでワインリストもあるのかもしれません。サービスはとてもしっかりしています。 余談ですがホテルから海を見て右下に見える『熱海フルーツキング』さんのフルーツサンドが最近流行り系のサンドイッチです。ささっと買いに行ける距離でオススメです。
