We found all the staff , cleaners , restaurant staff and bar staff very polite , welcoming , especially faran who works in the bar and showed us so much about where to go and what to do, we will definitely be coming back again, vincent simpkins.

This hotel is clean and rooms are relatively comfortable but the hotel has no comfortable bar area its more like cafeteria which very few people use so no a**osphere whatsoever the restaurant is the same. Food is okay but not a lot of choice and mostly cold. The area around the hotel is a huge urbanisation and not a pretty one either and at least when we were there to get anything decent to eat in the evening you had to walk up to the marina which took us about 35-40 minutes there is a couple of shops about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but not the easiest to find. The beach is about a 10 minute walk straight down the road but be warned if you like a sunbed you won't find any on this beach we had to go and buy chairs and a ,parasol and cart them up and down. All in all we were dissapointed and definitely wouldn't go back or recommend it.

The Hotel is a bit isolated. With no exterior signage with inside. I have already filed an issue. You have to keep asking. The signaling in the corridors is null. It has to lose some star. Breakfast is not bad. But the coffee and juices of very poor quality. Room service is done late... Maybe they don't have enough staff.

It was so long that I did not find a hotel at a fair price like this.. very beautiful super-equipped rooms with all the comforts.. unfaithful cleaning.. comfortable soft bed.. very soft coats... in the morning included in the price... A perfect breakfast with a variety worthy of a 5-star hotel ...are Italian but I must admit that in Italy hotels with these features are much more expensive.. I would like to return.. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Yes, a total of five rooms were set, one of which was free for an extra bed for the little ones. There is an additional charge for parking, and there is a very small swimming pool on the roof. The foreigner is watching the sun very seriously.

Absolutely amazing experience. In block B all inclusive. Our first family holiday abroad! The entertainment was just brilliant. Kids (8&6) absolutely loved it. The shows & karaoke, foam party and everything in-between..All of the staff made us feel very welcomed. Our favorite entertainer was of course Twerky 🤣 AKA Nico. The others were just as fantastic too! Food- pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream & sandwiches poolside. Chips were a little cold until they changed the way we were ordering mid week. Buffets inside we thought were really good a few nights the kids weren't really hungry or didn't fancy what was on but still got a few bits regardless. Crisps, nuts and sweets behind the bar on a night time. We also really enjoyed one of the Mexican outside dining experiences the food was lovely & staff again fantastic. Waterpark was fantastic. The children and us adults thoroughly enjoyed it! All of the lifeguards were friendly & huge thankyou to Nacho for sorting us out with a situation with my sons glasses! Maids changed our bedding though the week and gave us fresh towels daily. I spoke to one of them briefly who were lovely. Lots of shops within a 5-10 min walk including pepco which was super cheap for clothing if you've forgotten anything! (Lidl was a short walk away too for extra suncream) Benidorm was a short bus journey away getting on the bus right outside the resort. We went to the beach & my little girl had her hair braided. The only thing I would make as a suggestion is to have an information pack up on arrival. We arrived at midnight so I didn't ask many questions as we were all tired. Most info is online or at the reception but would have been good to have the info to look at! The map was also a little confusing but we got our heads around it fairly quickly. We will definitely be back! 👏

Hotel is very good, big and updated rooms and clean. Very good breakfast and good food at restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. At the golf course we were not so happy. We had 4 tee time and expected to rotate the 3 – 9holes courses. That was not the case, when I tried to talk to caddy master he was rude, even when I said that I had booked tee time 9:04 when he said you start 9:26. Caddy master even tried to let us play same courses red and green 3 times in a row. One of the courses is in not good condition the green one (they all them yellow, red and green). The greens one should be closed, as the picture shows. Generally, the greens are not good, too much sand in all of them, I just came from 3 other courses in my trip in Spain, all of them much better, different level in good condition. The courses are overbooked and there was chaos with the tee time start and when we started the second 9 holes. Staff at club house restaurant had unpolite service, everything was done as a big favor instead of service minded approach.

It's a B&B so we should know what to expect. B&B Elche doesn't have the world's best location (to say the least) but, as for facilities, it takes some beating. Would I recommend it? If you're on a budget but want ALL the basics, you can't go wrong. Great breakfast too. Thumbs-up from me.

This is a very beautiful hotel, the gardens and pool areas are truly spectacular, however….. There is minimal service at the pools, it is difficult to get a drink and impossible to get any food or snacks which is a great shame as they could capitalise on this. Instead you are charged for changing your pool towel during the day €2 I believe which is pointless and only makes the customer angry at the meanness of such an expensive hotel. The pools are not heated - even the heated pool doesn’t feel heated. Although there are many restaurants they are not open every day - usually only one or two are open so it’s not quite the choice it appears. The quality of the food is poor and greatly overpriced. At the Italian restaurant the food was very poor except for the Mille Fueille dessert which was incredible - the pastry and the presentation were stunning. The main restaurant at the weekends is so overcrowded, it’s impossible to even get a pot of coffee as there are not enough staff. The room itself was the lowest available and perfect with a small garden. There wasn’t any milk for a cup of tea which would improve the stay for me anyway. I would like to say that one particular chap at the adult pool (at the bottom right of the gardens) he worked so hard all day keeping the beds, parasols and towels in order, keeping his customers happy - he was very conscientious about his job and really should be recognised for this. He worked Saturday and Sunday until around 4pm (that was 02/10/22) I would go back because the grounds and hotel in general are a treat for the eye but I would eat out elsewhere unless the prices are greatly reduced. Don’t be put off but be aware of a few faults which could be easily mended.
