It was very nice. I loved the curtain in my room. The staff was pretty nice as well. I had a sausage and biscuit for breakfast.

Wifi does not work…. Phone do not … Only one elevator in the front, so if they give you a room in the back building. You have to carry your bags upstairs. There were still eaten food in the garbage can when I got this new room . there’s a sign in the parking lot. “manager does not responsible for thief and stolen goods.” Front desk does tell you to park your car where your window can see your own car to watch over . Sad ! I felt very unsafe and did not sleep all night . The door frame with the safety hinge was broken, l mean the entire piece of doorframe was off the door with the hinge . Wi-Fi did not work at all . Would not want to return to this hotel that’s a customer . Thumbs down..

I use Red Roof for my travel overnights because of their pricing. While this stop had a great price, I was pleasantly surprise to find things I don't usually get at Red Roof such as a complimentary breakfast. While it wasn't the best selection of breakfast items, I was still able to find enough to fill my needs. The room wasn't plush but it was certainly one of the best I have found at Red Roof properties. Kudos to management!
Response from Property: Dear Shortknocer, Thank you for taking the time to complete our guest survey. We appreciate your comments regarding your recent stay at the Red Roof Inn Albuquerque - Midtown. I was elated to read that the complimentary breakfast, the affordable rates and other positive highlights mentioned, resulting in a 5/5 rating. Feedback from our guests is always welcome at Red Roof as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. The staff and I would like to thank you again for posting your review. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future! Sincerely, Toujana Red Roof Management RediResponse Specialist

Stayed 1 night and it was dirty. The door was damaged and hap on the bottom. The outlets didn’t work. The towels the few we had were like sandpaper. It was loud and just nasty. The night stands were cheap boxes. Unless you are going for cheap I do not recommend this hotel at all. The pillows were the size of cheap toss pillows.
Response from Property: Dear 2208DAC, We're deeply sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had during your stay with us. Your feedback is concerning and does not reflect the level of comfort and cleanliness we strive to provide to all our guests. We apologize for the condition of your room, including the damaged door, non-functioning outlets, and the lack of cleanliness. We're also sorry to hear that you found the towels uncomfortable and the furnishings unsatisfactory. Your comments regarding the quality of our amenities will be addressed with our management team to ensure that improvements are made where necessary. Regarding the noise, we apologize for any disturbances you experienced during your stay. We understand the importance of a peaceful environment for our guests, and we will review your feedback to identify areas for improvement. Rented a suite for a night it was cold and late when we got to our room the keys didn’t work. Had to walk back up to get someone to help us. She came down and couldn’t get her key to work so we waited some more in the cold. Finally got in room was okay Went to get breakfast came bac and key didn’t work again but two of us were inside so we opened door. Not a great place to stay

However, you made mention of the faulty keys. Please be advised that the keycards can deactivate if they are exposed to electromagnetic fields for extended periods of time, such as the ones emitted by your phone. We were passing through when we experienced car trouble. A part needed to be ordered, so we had to spend the night in town. We were too early to check into the hotel nearest the dealership, so we stupidly googled a cheaper hotel that was relatively close by. Our first clue this was a mistake was when we drove past the numerous homeless people camped near the entrance. The woman working the front desk was friendly. I think she thought she was doing us a favor giving us a ground floor room which were outdoor hallways, but my husband didn't sleep well all night wondering if some of the sketchy people were lurking outside our room or breaking into our loaner car. There was a disgusting wet cigarette butt on the desk!! The sheets & the shower did look relatively clean. We had to ask a cleaning lady for a lightbulb for our lamp. We had a lot of time to kill, but the room was so depressing, we needed to get out for a while, so we found a movie theater to escape for a while. But the last thing that really turned us off was at breakfast when one of the homeless women was eating breakfast & wanted to greet us by shaking hands!! Ick!! She stopped for a moment at the front desk to chat, so I'm thinking she probably helps with some room cleaning, & I'm wondering if she takes that opportunity to use the toilet & shower facilities??? And maybe lets her homeless friends in too??? With so many other options in town, I would never recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night at the Red Roof Inn. We have a five year old service animal who is potty trained. When we left the next day, they did not tell us, but they added a $300 damages charge. I called the next day. The woman working would not talk me her name and lied about when the manager would be in. When I confronted her about the charge, she refused to listen to me. She told me there was urine on a towel and a chewed up paper plate on the floor. I thought it was pet friendly. We disputed with our credit card company and we do not pay for this minimal inconvenience for housekeeping. Do not stay here unless you want some unwelcome surprises and hostile environment for your pet!
Response from Property: Dear 964jodic, I am so sorry to hear that your most recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. Our primary goal is to provide all guests with an enjoyable experience and it is troubling to know that you faced such an unusual experience. We take this quite highly and your feedback will be shared with management so that appropriate steps can be taken. Thank you again for taking the time for sharing this experience and for your valuable business.
