All staff are extremely friendly & ever willing to assist at any time. I was a bit disappointed that the lady gets in my bedroom were not working and although there was a safe in my room, it wasn’t working either. However, the lights issue was resolved very quickly & fortunately I didn’t need to use the safe as my friends room was next door & we shared the safe. I believe this basic things should be checked beforehand. I shall be surely going back again- hopefully soon

This is a not good hotel, for any standard. Rooms are super basic, service is non-existent and to get things done you will need to insist many times at the desk. Rooms are dated and generally, the hotel looks from the 80s without a good refurbishment. Looks good from outside. Best to avoid. It is well located, that's the saving grace.

This is not a 5-star hotel, or a 4-star hotel depending on what website you have seen their rating on. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I once stayed at an active construction site. The staff are useless, the rooms are dirty, uncomfortable and smell weird. When we arrived the power didn't work in our rooms and when it finally was "fixed" the internet wasn't working for the duration of our stay. We booked for a four-night stay at the Sahara and left after 12 hours of no sleep. Not only is there a nightclub in the hotel that you can hear in every room but the other guests also decided to have a hallway party that the staff said there was nothing they could do about. This is an awful hotel and if you book here you will want to leave. Save your money and book elsewhere

Frankly below everything: a plethoric but absolutely incompetent and foul-mouthed staff, most of whom do not speak French. The first impression is sinister: a dark, poorly lit marble hall and behind a counter two or three cerbers with the unfriendly gaze of Soviet officials. No heating in the rooms despite an outside temperature of 10 degrees at night with freezing air seeping in through windows that are not airtight. Hot water is lacking at the crucial moment and breakfast offers stale mini croissants from the day before. On this point it's military discipline: we arrived at five minutes to 10 a.m. and the service was already uninstalled. We had to shout to get some unfortunate pastries. Having gone for a walk for the day, we discovered that after 8 p.m., the room was still not made! Complaint to reception who told us "that we should have requested the housekeeping service" Oh yes? Is this an option? . Conclusion: a quality of service that would put the Thénardiers of Victor Hugo's novel to shame. The impression of being the only guests in the hotel as the common areas were permanently deserted. One wonders which organization grants stars to Morocco.

Excellent very large structure with an even exaggerated hall and at a high cost for the average in Agadir.. I had a junior suite which is located in front of the swimming pool, The room is very large and we are talking about about 60 m² with a scary bathroom, I think more as big as I've ever seen in a hotel room.. It's true, I confirm what I've read from some reviews, a specific hotel for Saudis, and given the proximity to the many nightclubs I don't recommend it to couples but rather to friends, excellent for singles.. Attention, note the disco that runs the after parties in Agadir every evening, ergo From four to eight in the morning there is a lot of noise due to music and people getting high.. Finding an excellent location in Agadir is a a little difficult but this hotel is definitely in an excellent location
