We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

Hygiene: Very clean, compared to other similarly priced hotels in Europe, it is simply invincible. I really like the atmosphere of the hall. Service: The service is considerate and humanized. The staff of the entire hotel are very friendly. We stayed for more than a week. On the first day we went, they immediately changed our room because of a small problem with the room. They also gave us dessert drinks for several days in a row. There are also resident singers performing on Friday nights. Like 👍 Facilities: It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

Positive: Good restaurant and bar on the roof terrace in the 9. Etage (on the weekend with life music, what I didn't hear in my room in the 1st floor), free parking, good Wifi, good breakfast, faster check-in and check-out, relatively quiet room (despite main traffic road) Neutral: Double bed consists of 2 single beds with medium-hard mattress Negative: during my stay the AC did not work, so it became very warm in the room. Although you could alternatively open the window, it was very loud. Furthermore, the blinking advertisers disturbed the window. About 2,5 km to the center (ca. 40 minutes walk, taxis are difficult to get, but there is also a tram driving, could not find where due to language problems ...)

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I am a scientist, I travel internationally a lot, and I am in Belgrade for a conference. The staff were so friendly and competent, with wonderful smiles. Very comfortable bed with a bedroom window that opens (increasingly rare in hotels). Ideal location in the centre of Belgrade. Superb buffet breakfast. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner. Excellent free internet. I usually write critical reviews, so it is a pleasure for me to praise this hotel. I hope to return to Belgrade, and when I do I look forward to staying in this hotel again.

The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

I stayed here in a triple room with my teenage daughter and her friend. Our arrival was a little fraught as my daughters friend - who lives near Belgrade, did not have her ID with her - so they would not let her in the room. I understand security issues but this was a 16 year old girl and both my daughter and I had ID - they could have let us in the room until she could reach her mother to send copies of the ID. The room itself was a good size and very clean and comfortable. We had a coffee machine which was great and very welcome. The pool/spa area was excellent and the girls loved it - the only negative is that after one session in a day you have to pay for it which is a shame. Breakfast was excellent and had a really good variety of food. The views from the restaurant were awesome. the safe in the room did not work and it was very small - I would recommend getting some bigger safes - that can fit a computer.

Hygienic: still quite clean and tidy Environment: The environment is also good, it is in a residential area, the room where I live is relatively quiet, that is, the toilet is a glass door with a little frosted, and there is no cover. The hotel location and breakfast are fantasy. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room and hotel spotless. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were very service oriented too. The hotel offers welcome water bottles, a mini fridge, a safe, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of cupboard space to store everything. They also offer excellent airport pickup service which is helpful when you arrive after a long journey. The only downside was the service at the front desk is hit or miss. When I inquired about the Nikola Tesla museum, they advised that I check it online by myself - not exactly the advice I was looking for and I had to again prompt them to confirm if I needed a booking for the English tour. But they weren’t exactly willing to call the museum or find me the right answer. I later discovered via my walking tour, the exact details I needed. If you expect tourists, tourist information and helpful service are essential. Another example was the day before checkout, I asked about taxis to the airport, a wake up call and breakfast ( only fruit and a bottle of water was all I wanted). They told me I can pay Euros for the taxi (not possible), wake up call was late and breakfast didn’t have water- all small details but points that seemed to occur every day of my stay. Other than the minor improvements needed, this hotel is worthwhile.

I went to this hotel for 2 nights. The troubles started at the entrance. There are several organizations and the hotel is located on the 6th floor. The elevator is there but it didn't work, it had to climb on foot. The next trouble, the floor is considered different and as a result it is necessary to rise up about 8 floors. The rooms are different from the photos. Main minus: The air conditioner installed behind the window works 24 hours, and loudly. The first night could not sleep until about an hour of the night. It was necessary to look for another hotel to sleep. In the morning I asked another room. I gave the neighbor. And also with windows to the yard, but also here is noise from the air conditioner. So the normal sleep in the hotel can be forgotten. Rooms 9 and 10. There are complaints about these rooms on booking. Also in the room is the smell of cigarettes and the smell of sewage. Plus dirty bedding.

The Hotel is in a renovated old building very close to Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street, which is the main pedestrian street in Belgrade. The rooms decor are very nice and both rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The pillows, bed sheets and towels are crisp clean. The staff are very friendly and extra helpful. I am so embarrassed that out of all the places I travelled to, this one happened to be in my own country. We were getting married on the week of our stay, namely Saturday and have made a booking in 2 parts - Wed, Thu small room they have, Sat-Mon, big luxurious one with the glass roof for our wedding. As far as the little room goes: It was horrible. I read some people complained but I didn't believe so we went ahead. The room is in a separate building two doors down. The building itself is in ruins and is having some construction done around. They have 4 rooms in the same corridor behind a locked door, one next to the other. So first thing, as of early morning and long into the night there is CONSTANT banging of doors as people go in and out. Further, room is musty as hell! Tiny window overlooks this shabby backyard and makes it dark and gloomy. Then comes the main part, it was filthy! I fell so bad not having taken the photos! Bin in the bathroom had the new bag in it, but underneath the bag was rubbish from the previous day. My partner put a towel over the glass barrier of the shower to dry and when he took it back, it was BLACK. In the toilet there was only an empty shell of the bowl cleaner and then the sink was all smudged EVERYWHERE. But we stuck with it as we knew on Saturday we would be checking into the nice one and it was convenient to just move stuff 2 doors than go somewhere else. Then the real horror started. We scraped some money to book a nice place to get ready for our wedding and spent our first wedding night. We chose this place as it looked so nice in the photos. It was NOT cheap, people don’t pay rent for a month in Belgrade in the amount they charged for 3 nights. Taken by the experience of the horrible room we stayed in, I told the receptionist we wanted to see the big room before we go in as we don’t want the same. They said ok and took us. On the way to the room the receptionist tells us “it is a little warm”. That weekend was extremely hot. We go up and the apartment is BOILING. The only AC they have is set on 17 degrees (none in the bedrooms) and it is still super hot. Mind you the place has a glass roof so it is like an aquarium. Then, it was NOT like in the pictures, there are chips and damages everywhere, and is not at all looking fabulous like in those pictures they put but more worn out. We asked for 5 minutes to think about and the guy let us and left. We sat there for 5 minutes SWEATING and looking around and thinking there is no way that I will be getting ready for my wedding, taking beautiful pictures and spending my first night as a married couple there. Plus the glass was opened into the yard and neighbors from the other floor could see straight in. We came down and said we will not stay. They said, ok, call Booking.com and let them know. They were more or less ok about it and we left, the day before our wedding, running around Belgrade looking for a place to stay. I called Booking and they said they would ask

The room area is indeed relatively small, but this kind of hotel is similar to chain hotels, and can not be exacting. The bedding is average, and the pillows are too soft and supportive. The hotel was such rude service from the owner. It’s clear this business is under the table as there is no sign so you don’t know if you are in the right place, and you HAVE to pay in cash. She made us go to an atm to get cash, and then used an exchange rate which wasn’t on a global exchange to convert the euros to dinar. The check in is impossible as there is no check in desk and no one on the property, so we didn’t know how to check in. Even the taxi driver didn’t know where this location was. It also said it was a sea side view room, but there is nothing nearby to this hotel, it’s on a backroad of an industrial looking area. You can’t see the sea or city from this hotel. Really not a good location, and I wish they would have told us beforehand that you need to pay cash and can’t pay with card, even when booking on third party platforms. We also didn’t know that all bathrooms are shared, so each floor has 2-4 bathrooms that you need to share with the whole floor. We came to check in at 1:30 and our room also wasn’t ready, maybe because no one was at the property. All around confused by this hotel doing shady tax business,and not happy with the rudeness from staff

Prior to my arrival the hotel arranged transport from the airport which was a seamless experience and very professional. Unfortunately given my early arrival there wasn’t a room available, but the team worked to arrange it as soon as possible. My eventual room on the 13th floor was impressive - very modern with great views over the city and river in the distance. The bed was two singles rather than a double, but fortunately they could be pushed together and there were electric sockets on the bedside units. The whole space was modern and spotlessly clean. The TV was the ideal size for the room, the mini bar was well stocked and there were good plugs at the sides of the bed. The digital control for the air-conditioning was a nice touch but it wasn’t the most efficient, but the seating options in the room kept it cosy and comfortable. The bathroom continued the modern feel with plenty of storage space and modern soap dispensers on the walls. Dressing gown and slippers were provided and once again everything was totally clean. The only negative was that the towels weren’t the nicest and didn’t live up to the rest of the room’s standard. The breakfast was pretty decent and while there wasn’t any food cooked to order, the buffet had a good selection with everything hot and fresh. Plenty of tables and a relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect start to the day. The evening bar area is also good, with friendly and efficient staff and, again, a good atmosphere. There was a few notices around showing an event on the rooftop, which would indeed be a great location for a rooftop bar but it seemed to not actually exist. The location is very quiet and set away from the main areas, but it’s only a ten minute walk to the castle and centre so don’t let that put you off. Overall I really liked the hotel and it offered brilliant value - if you’re looking for somewhere modern and clean I’d really recommend here!

Let start with the positive a) the area is lovely, close to many points including the Danube (for a nice Saturday stroll) b) the entrance of the hostel is clean and inviting c) The ladies at reception couldn't have been more helpful d) the beds were comfortable The less positive: -The lounge/living area is small with a large white table which is occupied from morning till evening by Digital Nomads all talking loudly into their microphones, whilst tapping away loudly ontheir laptops -Yes, there is a garden - but if the weather is nice, the same noise levels + there is smoke from the smokers. If the weather is rainy when you are there, wihich is was for me, then you can hide in your room for peace and quiet or go outside in the rain. To conclude: the public areas are noisy and not welcoming at all. So, if you are going for one nights stay, then the Good People Hostel is more than fine, BUT if your are there for longer, please choose another place where you can sit and also think.

We spent a week here in January. I should say that there is nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean - cleaning is done daily. The hotel itself is new and neat. WiFi is speedy. Location is also very comfortable, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by feet. The area is peaceful, some supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious. And the most important thing is the hosts - the hotel is run by a family. Svetlana and her husband are really super friendly and helpful. They do everything to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything needed. We stayed on 7 January, Orthodox Christmas, and they created super atmosphere with homemade food for breakfast. If we are in Belgrade again, we will surely stay here!

I picked The Location Hotel for its excellent location. Many restaurants, bars, and sights are within walking distance. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and were able to answer all my questions before and during my stay. My room was nicely designed with a well-stocked minibar. WIFI internet was stable and fast. The only flaw was the shower in my room. There was no way to use the shower without flooding the entire bathroom. However, the cleaning staff made up for it, and left my bathroom spotless each day. I can highly recommend this hotel which overall offers amazing value for money.

The hotel location and breakfast are fantasy. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room and hotel spotless. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were very service oriented too. The hotel offers welcome water bottles, a mini fridge, a safe, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of cupboard space to store everything. They also offer excellent airport pickup service which is helpful when you arrive after a long journey. The only downside was the service at the front desk is hit or miss. When I inquired about the Nikola Tesla museum, they advised that I check it online by myself - not exactly the advice I was looking for and I had to again prompt them to confirm if I needed a booking for the English tour. But they weren’t exactly willing to call the museum or find me the right answer. I later discovered via my walking tour, the exact details I needed. If you expect tourists, tourist information and helpful service are essential. Another example was the day before checkout, I asked about taxis to the airport, a wake up call and breakfast ( only fruit and a bottle of water was all I wanted). They told me I can pay Euros for the taxi (not possible), wake up call was late and breakfast didn’t have water- all small details but points that seemed to occur every day of my stay. Other than the minor improvements needed, this hotel is worthwhile.

I have been staying in probably 1000+ hotels in over 100 countries. I almost never write hotel reviews.. but RED Belgrade is acctually worth tellling about. Too my suprice i would say it is among top 5 stays in total (even though just 4 star). Lets be short but simple, hotel staff is magnificent, they wish you a good morning, afternoon and goodnight. They deliver 100% on all services requested and much more. I got a suprice birthday cake in my room with welcome cards (as first guest / birthday) as a geusture. Check in / check out was super efficient. There is no minibar, bit staff assisted in buying items from well stocked kiosk in reception. I asked for a late check out (1830) and it was accommodaged without additonial cost. Room itself is nice, as expected from 4* in Europe, did not try other ammenities this time. The ammenities is normal, but service here beyond normal levels. They are super engaing in booking ”normal price taxi” etc... would recommend and absolutely stay again.

I liked this hotel. It is located close to transportation (a direct bus to the airport) and the centre of the Old City, where there are many sights, museums, parks and shops. The hotel liked everything: the room was single, quite spacious, the general air conditioning was perfectly coped with the heat , on the street was +44° , there is a minibar with all ”needs”. A delicious restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. For the residents of this restaurant, a 15% discount. Very happy with this hotel!!!
