Hotels With Airport pickup service in Kajiado, Kenya

I visited kibo camp which was booked by my travel agent as it came highly recommended and also as we had already visited Maisha Mara which is part of the same group. On arrival at Emali we were greeted by the driver who was taking 7 of us with 7 suitcases in a van. The van was not adequate for us and we were totally cramped for the 3 hour drive. Asked the driver to turn on the air conditioning as the roads were way too dusty to open the window. He said the air conditioning does not work and the fan also does not work. We sat through this trip gasping for air in the heat. We spoke to the site manager who apologised and said he will make sure our return journey will be comfortable. We had also informed our travel agent about the situation who had contacted the owner. The Manager came to us the day before our departure and said that he had a call from the owner and everything is sorted and to give him a good review. On the morning of the departure the manager could not be found and nothing was sorted and our ride back to Emali was worse than before. Secondly the house keeping team need to understand that it is vital to treat guests with the greatest of respect and ensure high standards. We had left cups of tea outside on the table as we headed out for safari and on return in the evening the cups were still there. We went into our room to find that the towels were not changed. I went to the reception to ask for fresh towels and cups to be removed. They provided us with fresh towels and did not take away the used ones and also didn’t take the cups away. I am shocked on how one site works so well and the other does not. f this sort of practice continues your rating will start to fall. Having said the above the staff in the dinning area and reception are brilliant and accommodating. I

A home away from home,a nice place to be,staffs are so friendly and so welcoming,rooms are clean and meals super,cool environment with a nice view of the mountain with refreshing moments. If you are choosing for a place to be it have to be AA Amboseli lodge.
