We couldn’t have been happier with our hotel and where it was. It was busy but still a nice place. We had a warm welcome from reception with lots of info. Despite being early for check in our room was ready. Loved the balcony and big bed. Food was great, the cakes and yoghurt was so creamy. Managed to do as much sunbathing on the beach as shopping in the town, got best of both. This was just a great place for us, glad we did the research.

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

The hotel is in a good location, with a beautiful beach nearby. Supermarkets, shopping, and transportation are all very convenient. There is a direct bus to downtown Palma. The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled! Located on the cliff, the independent parasol position allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the toiletries are very difficult to use, the towels are dirty and old, the quilt is not clean, and dried bugs can be seen. The quilt may be damp at the beach, and there are no slippers or toiletries. Please bring your own disposable toiletries. Otherwise there will be a charge The breakfast is great, with many varieties and quite delicious The service staff has a very good attitude.

1 fantastic week in a hotel with all the ideal conditions for a well spent holiday. Good location, nice pool and the food was excellent. Less pleasant was just the deafening noise early in the morning from the pool animation. Terribly NEGATIVE was the inconvenient, abusive, overbearing and rude attitude of the SUB-DIRECTOR of the hotel for making us pay €20 for “late check-out” (11:35 am) when our reservation on Trip.com says “ check-out until 12:00”. After a long discussion complaining about the attitude and not the amount, we were forced to call the police and the INCOMPETENT SUB-DIRECTOR was forced to return the money.

I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

Quick transfer from airport and quick check in. Everything was good. The hotel is clean and up to date (not brand new but not old and tired either). Good beds/towels/cleaning staff. Small hotel and good soundproofing. Mainly couples staying and quiet at night. A few restaurants around the hotel but none worth mentioning. Good thing was that with 11 euros we could get into the centre of Palma.

This hotel is located near the port of Palma city center, but it is on the mountain. It doesn't matter if we travel by car, but it is a bit inconvenient for hikers. The whole hotel building feels old but the room can be clean. The dry and wet separation is very good. There is a balcony downstairs pool is the highlight of the hotel. There are massage pillars and seats in the pool. There is also a small pool for children and it is equipped with parasols and lounge chairs. Going forward, there is also a large observation deck with a good view. In short, the price is not bad.

A really lovely Hotel set just across from a beautiful clean beach & an array of bars & restaurants, we were greeted with a glass of Cava & we were even given a glass when we were waiting for our taxi to the airport 🥂😆 Clean, stylish rooms with plenty of storage & a fabulous breakfast with everything you could want at the buffet, including freshly cooked eggs & pancakes All of the staff were welcoming & very friendly, the only negative for me was how small the pool was, but big enough to cool down in

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

Booked half board, extremely good choice of food, breakfast treat cava and smoked salmon, everything from fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, cooked bacon eggs and sausage and much more. Dinner plenty of choices and even if late down still fresh hot food a available. Pool area good food truck with enormous portions, bar staff excellent. Easy access to all areas bus and taxi easy to find. If you are a cyclist this is the place for you. Overall 10/10

02/05/22. Dinner 2 persons. Belvedere Restaurant, Royal Plaza Hotel, Ibiza. Even if you are not a resident, you can be sure of exquisite cuisine in this comfortable room without the over-priced, over designed ostentatiousness of other, perhaps more well-known establishments on the island! This is, or should be, a well-guarded secret!… however tonight’s dinner was a revelation… I had a starter of Caprese salad that would do justice to any Italian place… my companion opted for a ‘main’ course of gambas in garlic with egg - a combination I’ve never encountered before! - I will return to savour this dish another day… My main: fish: Dorada fillet. This was cooked to absolute perfection and compliments were duly sent to the kitchen! No room for dessert … but coffees and brandy for me and more cava (gorgeous) which we had started with, for my hostess… The whole evening was a delight and because of a sudden downpour, more residents decided to eat here.. and like us we’re not disappointed… and the prices… well, has to be the best deal in town, considering the quality of the food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H.

1.Ushuaia is a well-known bundi adult hotel on the island, with hard rock next door. I stayed 10/1, and the price was 1300. There are too few Asians on this island, and they are rare faces (especially female drivers like me have been noticed driving haha), so the price will not increase because of National Day. I live on the second floor of the Club building, which is located behind the stage. I thought there would be a good view. The room design is a bit similar to W Hotel, and the toiletries are from Ferragamo's. The furniture is a bit dated and all peeled off. 2.When I checked in, there was a tall white female PR who thought that my boyfriend and I were rich people from China, and they always introduced us with enthusiasm. Later, I probably figured out that we are a hunk, and we walked away ~ 3. Hotel guests are free of charge for partying in the evening. Forget about € 50 or € 60. But we stayed there that night without a pool party, and we didn't even have a reason why we just took a bath and got ready to rest. I didn't expect that there would be restless drums and cheers downstairs around 12 o'clock, but we have been traveling for 10 days, and the exhaustion of self-driving tour and transit is really unsupportable. So I went to Dian Xiaodao but didn't go to Bundi! Everyone must learn my lessons and ask about the party location and time! 4. We are driving by car. The hotel facilities are good, but the room facilities are relatively old and not decorated. Chinese people may have different concerns.

The location was superb! Very clean hostel. Comfortable pillow and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The hostel was very near to the beach. Really enjoyed the my stay!! Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent , clean with friendly staff. The position was ideal right on the beach and yet close enough to walk into Ibiza town (15mins) If I have any criticism it would be the pool area is too small with not enough room for proper sun beds only deckchairs. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice too.
