The savings are the location and two employees: Mr (I don't remember the name) and Fran, very educated. The breakfast is very weak, no options. If you need to use the microwave you need to ask for the kitchen of the hostel, where cheaps circulate on the top of the breakfast toast boxes. The guests have to leave the car on the street. You have no playroom. You can't relate here all we've seen wrong. We're very disappointed. I'm sorry not to have seen some of the comments here that show the truth before.

Eu fui com o pé atras, mas o hotel é bem gracinha. Na recepcao fui atendido pela Fabiana e Elvis, que foram muito queridos e todo tempo me ajudaram, além da simpatia. O apartamento tem otimo ar condicionado, configuracao de cama de casal embaixo e uma de solteiro em cima. Quarto pequeno, mas organizado. Roupa de cama limpa, toalha idem! A cama era de molas e sentia que existiam umas 2 ou 3 molas da cama que estavam querendo sair, estavam mais levantadas. Café otimo, organizado, limpo e farto e a equipe é sensacional, sempre queridas e educadas. O banheiro do apt que fiquei tem porta transparente, o que não é legal. Enfim, pelo preco, achei muito bom! Pessoal é cuidado para manter tudo organizado!

Hotel em uma ótima localização, próximo a praia, comércios e restaurantes. Os colaboradores receptivos e gentis, em especial, o recepcionista André. Para quem está acostumado com cama de mola, estranhará as camas pois são mais durinhas e não de molas. Café da manhã completo, com opções variadas de pães, bolos e sucos, além de claro cuscuz. Na recepção há uma garrafa de café disponível a vontade.

A equipe do hotel é simplesmente maravilhosa!!!! Tanto os da recepção como os que trabalhavam na cozinha e na arrumação dos quartos. A localização é perfeita , próximo de um dos melhores restaurantes de Maceió, o BODEGA DO SERTÃO, com a vantagem de que se você está hospedado no Saint Patrick tem direito a um desconto no referido restaurante. A praia bem próxima também oferece um bom entretenimento.

Ótima localização, próximo a feira de artesanato, bares e restaurantes, vista privilegiada Equipe acolhedora, atendimento excelente, forneceu várias informações Café da manhã, o melhor que já conheci, fiquei encatada com apresentação, variedade e cuidado, atende perfeitamente todos os gostos Hotel está de parabéns, me senti em casa, equipe sensacional 👏

I am shocked about the high rating of this hotel. Here are a couple items that made this a location i would not recommend: - minimal signage: Having arrived at 7 on a Wednesday it was difficult to determine where to eat and little direction was provided. There was limited signage to know where to go or what time things opened. - Towel exchange at front desk: this must be difficult to manage during the high season and the desk struggled to do this while also tending to other guests. This might be better served out by the pool area. - Tissue squares for the toilet use: I have traveled quite a few countries and understand that restroom offerings vary from place to place, however the incredibly thin single ply individual squares from the dispenser to be used by the toilet did not make for a comfortable experience. I did not see this duplicated at other establishments in the area. - Paper to charge to room: walking around with a paper while hanging out at a pool vacation was difficult. It would be great to see a process where either this paper is a card or it can be linked to your room to assist with charging when ordering by the pool. - Location not ideal: if staying if the vicinity I suggest going closer to Ponte Verde. It is walkable with a bustling array of locations to eat at, however if you are looking for a more calm affair and don’t mind taking a ride share for your meals then you will be fine. - the pool is great: the pool was the best part of the hotel. Well shaded, large enough and well maintained.

The service has been excelent, the staff has been super great and super mindful of our well being. And Ana has veen super great to us and a really good experience we've had mostly thanks to her. My girlfriend felt sick because of the heat and we've been nothing but completely well taken care by the staff. Mosty Ana

O quarto é muito bom, bem aconchegante, funcionários extremamente simpáticos, café da manhã excelente !!! O único ponto negativo, que particularmente para mim pesou muito, foi a internet. Eu tinha uma reunião de negócios que nem sequer consegui fazer, a internet é péssima (E não foi algo momentaneo, ela se demonstrou instável e de baixa velocidaded por toda a minha estadia), cai com frequência, não carrega nada, era algo que precisava muito e que me deixou na mão. Tirando isso o hotel é maravilhoso!!

**Deceptive experience in the hotel in Maceió** ”Hello, I would like to share my negative experience with the hotel where I hosted during my trip to Maceió, acquired through CVC. The hotel was like three stars, but did not meet this pattern. There was no item on which one could talk “Our That's nice” very frustrating) and the room was in a lamentable condition: poor care,The bed clothes were not exchanged daily (I stayed 2 days in the top bed linen only with the bed bed) and the toilets were in unsatisfactory conditions. (sud bathrooms) In addition, the constant noise of the discharges and poorly educated guests in the morning (07hs) made it difficult any chance of rest. It was impossible to sleep until later, which is essential during the holidays. I believe it is important to warn other travelers about this experience, because the hotel does not meet what it promises, pay a little more and don't believe in 3 stars often that rating does not exist!! I hope that this assessment will help in the choice of future accommodation.

Hotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star. One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel. As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took! Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels. Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay. At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available. Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

Property is very well located, clean, pool was nice, view from the rooms were amazing. Staff were always very friendly and responsive. Carla and Andrea made our stay fantastic, gave us the best recommendations for tours around the city and accommodated any requests we had during our stay. The only small downside were the single beds in our rooms, they are quite small but I do understand this is the standard size in Brazil. Nevertheless it would be great if the hotel could upgrade them to bigger (double) beds int he future.

Pousada super bem localizada. A equipe sempre atenta para nos atender . O café da manhã é sensacional e o mirante que eles tem é uma vista deslumbrante. Quartos um pouco pequenos mas confortáveis. Super indico, é um lugar acolhedor e de uma beleza surreal. A melhor vista é no amanhecer no mirante, o qual eu postei a foto demonstrando tamanha beleza do local.

We spent three nights at the hotel and had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly from the reservation to housekeeping. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The restaurant was nice and the pool was pleasant. The convenience to the beach made it a worthwhile experience for us.
