This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. Five stars!

Birthday Stay Made Extra Special by the Amazing Team I stayed at Grand Park City Hall over my birthday weekend, and it was such a wonderful and memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their thoughtful service made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. A special shoutout to the team at the Crystal Club — they were incredibly attentive, flexible, and went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. Their kindness and personal touches made my birthday weekend feel extra special, and I’m really grateful for that. The breakfast and evening cocktails at the Club Lounge were both delightful, with a good selection of dishes that tasted great. The hotel’s location was also perfect — close to public transport, shopping malls, and plenty of food options nearby. If I were to mention one minor thing, it would be that the bathtub in my room wasn’t working properly, so I didn’t get to use it. It wasn’t a big deal to me, so I didn’t bring it up — I’m sure the team would have resolved it immediately if I had. Overall, I had an excellent stay and a memorable birthday celebration. I really appreciate the warmth and professionalism of the entire team — it left a lasting impression on me. I’ll definitely be recommending Grand Park City Hall to friends and would love to return again soon for another stay!

My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable. Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me. Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh. However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋 Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!

We spent 2 wonderful nights at lyf Funan Singapore, and it turned out to be one of the most family-friendly stays we’ve had in the city! 💙 Our Up & Down bunk studio was compact but cleverly designed — the kids loved climbing up and down their cozy bunk bed, and everything we needed was within reach. The location couldn’t be more convenient — right above Funan Mall and just a short walk to City Hall MRT, perfect for quick meals, shopping, and sightseeing. What we really appreciated was the shared kitchen and co-living area. It felt like home away from home — we could prepare simple fruits/snacks, meet other travelers in the lounge, and enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The self-laundry facilities were another big plus, especially for family travel. lyf Funan combines the comfort of a serviced apartment with the energy of a co-living space — modern, clean, and fun for both adults and kids. The best thing about the hotel is location. It’s very near to tourist point such as Chinatown, Clarke quay, Merlion park and so on. In front of the hotel, there are the mrt and the Clarke quay Central. Very convenient for going everywhere in Sg and find something to eat for bf and dinner. The downside: The shower room and toilet is separate and there is only the curtain between shower zone and sleeping zone. If your roommate go to the toilet in the middle, the sound of the flush might be bother. Moreover there is a construction (july 2025) near the hotel. You might hear the sound of the construction some time.
