The hotel rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor. Security is very strict, with security guards and gate guards at the front and back, so takeout can only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel or the takeout cabinet at the back of the building. The facilities in the room are a bit dated, but they are still clean and tidy. The location advantage is obvious. At the door of the building is Futian Metro Exit 3b, which leads to Futian High-speed Railway Station. It only takes 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast can't be said to be rich in variety. It's similar to a normal workplace canteen. It's more Chinese-style. It's clean and you can take care of yourself. A good kid is not picky about food!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

A 10ish minute walk from the nearest metro, it's a convenient location to travel anywhere around Bao'an and Nanshan. The room has everything you need and the staff member that checked us in was polite and helpful. The only issue is the noise - the hotel is next to construction on one side that starts work at 8am, and though the staff kindly gave us a room far away from this, our room looked onto a mechanics garage that was open until late. This I didn't mind so much, but the soundproofing between rooms is not the best. I was woken up by the room next to me at 6:30am hacking and spitting in his bathroom every morning! It's a shame, as if it wasn't for this our stay would've been great.

The ceiling light in the room is too bright for your eyes. You need to turn off all the lights in the room. If you don’t turn off the lights, it will be too bright.. There is no other choice😰I can’t even dim a small lamp😰 The light in the toilet shines through the glass of the room and towards the bedside of the room. It’s so dazzling to the eyes. It’s very uncomfortable🤢 The curtains are isolated at the head of the bed. There is a space where light can penetrate into the head of the bed. If you want to sleep in front of your eyes, the sun will shine on your eyes😰I don’t know why the overall hotel is designed like this😡 I will never stay here again. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in.
