This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice viewFromPHP 1,042

We booked this spot with points to be close to the airport.
The pool provided a nice place to chill out for the afternoon, complete with a bar and decent coffee, plus a restaurant with good food. We had a lovely salad and some delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not convenient for walking to nearby stores and restaurants but it is possible.
The reason for the low cleanliness rating:
The room itself had not been cleaned well and we felt disgusted from the moment we walked in. There were dirty surfaces (counter, nightstand) and a very smelly bathroom (like urine). We asked the shower to be cleaned again and the staff nicely and promptly complied. They also were also very helpful when we needed to buy some medicine. However, the room was just inexcusably filthy. I hope this improves because otherwise was not a bad spot!FromPHP 1,873
