Very warm ambient with the green colour deco wall . Free cookies and candy at 3 pm in the lobby . Conveniently located near to the metro station and only 400 m from the famous New York cafe . The only bad experience was picked pocket near the hotel. Lost a power bank and a cashmere scarf .

Big and clean room, good breakfast with may choices, staff is friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5 minutes walk from the New York cafe, and the subway bus is very convenient to go to various places. The overall price is very very high, the room is clean, tidy, the space is high, not depressed. The only fly in the ointment is that the pillow is not very comfortable.

The hotel restaurant is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed by an unexpected room service charge for very basic requests. I asked the reception for a knife and some ice, and was told that they could only be provided if I paid an additional delivery/service fee, otherwise I had to come down to reception myself. This felt unreasonable for a hotel that positions itself as premium and guest-oriented. Basic items like a knife and ice should not come with a hidden fee when the hotel already markets itself as a comfortable 4-star experience. I was surprised that such a policy was not explained at check-in or shown in hotel information. The hotel itself and the rooms were nice, but this kind of charge left a poor impression. I hope management will reconsider this policy or at least inform guests transparently at check-in so that expectations are clear.
