Hotel is great and it's location is situated just outside Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is a nice 5-star hotel in Hanoi Vietnam. Bell Boy Mr. Trường is very friendly and helpful during stay. Housekeeper Ms. An is very good and kind when asked for assistance.

The room is clean and huge, good view. Love the breakfast spread. Will br back again this week.

Everything is pretty standard, but stayed here mostly for the cocktail bar cum barber shop, comfortable with great staffs
