FEEDBACK REVIEW ROOM HOTEL OYO 910 HILLS RESIDENCE 19-21 Aug 2023. Prefer 0/5 STAR. WORST STAYCATION EVER!! This is my first time get the worst room ever! Its a nightmare. I will never forget that my Anniversary & Birthday trip got this horrible room. Property : No lift at all need to climb up level 3-5 and the hotel look like scary creepy dark haunted building. Like prison and horrible place to stay. Room : Too small and smelly like sh*t! The room is too smelly, i need to use my perfume to make it better and also smell of cockroach. Unable to sleep at night bcs of the smell. HATE IT! There is not enough light, im staying in the dark. There is table lamp that no bulb. Also no drinking water provided. Bathroom : The shower really slow even already open to the max. The shower temperature has no specific temp it's just extremely hot and super cold. Sometimes no water. There is soap dispenser but no soap at all. Luckily i bring my travel toiletries. No towel provided. Cleanliness : DIRTY and STINK! i believe they never change the bedsheet or towel because its itchy. i also believe they didn’t have housekeeping. Because they never clean our room for the next day. Even we already empty the room. Service : BAD SERVICE EVER! No reception during the time, we request to check-out and change room. They mention the room was full, we request for the refund since we not satisfied with the room condition at least we can go to different hotel with better condition. Even half price they ignore. Location : Strategic location because near to tourist attraction. But the location of the hotel also not so good because of the dark alley. Booked thru SNAP AirAsia. I never disappointed with SNAP AirAsia, before this i booked many times. The room was nice and comfy. Able to sleep and rest. The room was almost likely with the posted and shown. Even there is cheap price like this but they manage to keep the room in good condition. This time i hope you could check back the property yourself either you should accept new booking for this property or not. Because its not only me, more than 20 people mention that the property was extremely horrible. Not recommended at all to our tourist to stay. They have travel far (same goes to me). Check-in to have a relax and clean room. The most important is CLEAN!! I’m unable to sleep well because of the smell effect my schedule because im too tired. Im even empty my room for the next day, maybe i get to change a room, a refund to change a hotel, if not at least CLEAN the room. Hope for the best. I hope no one get fool from their advertisement.

Location was the best, close to river banks and center. Topspot food center within 5 min walk. The room has everything you can ask for, we were surprised by the choice offered for breakfast, however every hot items on offer was plain cold, which was a shame really. Staff was really helpful and nice, rooftop swimming pool nice, but it was impossible to use it on week end days as it was full of kids and families. For those reasons we chose to rate ”average” and also because the Wifi is limited or non existent.

Very strategic place.. Dekat dengan waterfront, tugu kucing dll, jalan kaki jek.. Cuma dr jalan raya ke entrance hotel kena naik tangga la, tu jek.. Pastu dlm tu dh ada lif.. Staff friendly, bilik bersih cuma bilik kte org tu kecik la, sesuai utk 2 org jek.. Senang nk cari mkn.. Kira hotel ni kat tgh2 la.. Yg x best nya parking susah, siapa cepat dia dpt.. Pastu kalau lambat keluar, dapat la surat cinta dari perbandaran.. Tapi x mahal pon byr, RM5 jek.. So better kalau korg yg bwk keta tu, keluar pg2 seblom kol 9am utk elak dpt surat cinta.. x pon beli la kupon parking siap2 kat pondok dia tu.. Kat waterfront ada jual tapi waktu bekerja jek bukak.. Overall recommended hotel & boleh repeat lg kat sini 👍

My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel Kuching was marked by its exceptional location and some notable features. Firstly, the hotel's strategic location near the waterfront and within walking distance of various attractions, including eateries, souvenir shops, and the famous ”kek lapis Sarawak” outlets, greatly enhanced my stay. This convenience was a definite plus. Upon my arrival at 4:00 pm, I encountered a small setback as the hotel was fully booked, and no rooms were available for check-in. However, the courteous staff at the reception counter promptly addressed the issue. They kindly requested a short wait while a room was prepared for me, and I was offered a welcoming drink at the lobby bar during this time. The lobby itself exuded a pleasant ambiance with ample lighting. I finally checked in at around 5.30 pm. The room I eventually occupied was delightful, offering cleanliness and orderliness. It appeared to have been recently renovated, as there was a faint smell of paint. A suggestion for the hotel could be to introduce pleasant room fragrances to alleviate this issue. The room featured a picturesque view of the Sarawak River, enhancing my experience. The bathroom was also clean and satisfactory. The breakfast options at the hotel were extensive, though I noticed a repetition in the menu during my 4-day stay. On the final day of my stay, I opted to have breakfast at a nearby kopitiam due to this repetition. I hope the hotel can introduce more variety into their breakfast selections. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, resulting in limited room availability. Additionally, the gym was on the smaller side, and there was no sauna during my stay due to the renovations. Furthermore, only two elevators were operational for guests, which occasionally caused delays. Despite these minor inconveniences, the Hilton Hotel Kuching offers a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and a courteous staff. Special mentions go to reception staff members Petros and Ivan, who were friendly, and Liz, who was particularly helpful and warm during breakfast service.

I came with my mom for the Raya. I stay 3 nights with them and got a standard double room. I came by 10.30 in the morning and wishing to enter my room. They allow me to!! Thank you so much because I needed after a long trip, flew from Surabaya to Pontianak and road trip by bus to Kuching. The room was large and good with no window there. The sink is outside the bathroom but it looked clean and ok. The bath room is big and clean. My phone couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi, I think it because my room is to far from the router. They have stable hot water. During my stay, the elevator was under maintenance twice. But it was ok since the building only has two stories. The hotel used to have a restaurant but they were closed during my stay there. I book the hotel online. So it will be cheaper. Kuching Waterfront is 20 minutes walking distance. So yes, the hotel is in the city center! If you interested to some beer and nightlife, there are two beerhouse, 7-11 and local merchant back at the hotel.

New hotel in Kuching, latest addition. Beautiful building architecture, the existence of Sheraton made Kuching city look stunning at night. I was at the hotel for a weekend team offsite meeting. All of the feedback I got from our colleagues from West Malaysia - the staff were warm and friendly. The food was nice, only feedback - the coffee served from the machine gets cold too fast probably due to the cold air-conditioning. Hopefully this hotel will improve further their services and stay on top of things!

Even though it's crowded & waiting for a salary, my taste is still not lost. I don't want to taste Japanese food. Curls! He quickly walked to Sushi King. My friend, when it comes to eating, he only eats, he rarely refuses. As he said, the sustenance is not good to reject hahaha This time I repeat again Salmon & Kisu Fry Set. Dap dap! Another thing, the price is reasonable! What's the deal with marhaen people like us lol lol Korg is also drooling right? What are you waiting for? Hurry and come here you know! Make sure you have downloaded the Sushi King app > https://sushikingmy.app.link/7j3oIcU37mb. Because apart from being able to collect a lot of Smile Points, you can also get dessert as a birthday reward 🥳 Anyway, I want to repeat eating Sushi King right now 😆👍🏻 #SushiKing #SushiKingMy #SK #Sushi #GrandMenu #SushiLover #JapaneseFood

Stayed there recently for 4 nights. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area so finding places to eat is very limited. There is only a budget eating place available during lunch time. And in the evening unless you are mad keen on BBQ then you will have to walk at least 10 mins for food. Simple breakfast was included and I really do knot know if they offer any alternative. If I ever return to Kuching i will definitely stay somewhere closer to the River because walking under the sun is not healthy.

Simple room, no fridge, doesn't provide drinking water. There's a hot drinking water on the ground floor. The room needs further cleaning, there are spider webs on the ceiling. The wall in the room looks dirty, needs painting. I stayed on the 1st floor and I can hear the sound of the pouring rain, very loud. The location is good with many eateries within walking distance and the staffs are friendly.

Very much centrally located. 3min walk to the Kuching Waterfront by the river. Lots of nearby shops to buy souvenirs, kek lapis and clothing. There is a mall at the lower ground so very easy and convenient. Booked premier room with river view but was given free upgrade to 2 bedroom suite facing the river. Superb! Comfy bad and spacious rooms though the fridge was not working and sink was quite blocked. Reported during check out. Downside is this unit is at level 8 so can be quite noisy at night with the mooncake festivals street kiosks and mosque nearby. The breakfast spread was very2 good with lots of choice. The negative part was the pastries were quite cold and hopefully the staff manning the noodle counter can be a bit more friendly Overall, worth for money, excellent location and recommended hotel in Kuching. Would stay here again in the future.

The room is too basic and not like any other 5 stars hotel to compare. Toilet and bathroom- you can see the shadow of the person who use it. Not for family or friends to stay together. Aircond not cold eventho its 2hp in the room. Im sweating will sleeping. Maybe because of the hot weather. No TV for Balcony room. From my room (Entelo). The view cant really see the sea because of the branches from the decor tree. If you can trim abit. Staff so warm and friendly. Service so fast. View is spetacular. Pool nice and i really love the view. Food average. Hoping you can provides more choices of foods.

Room is quite basic but water in the shower is very strong! Aircon was working well too. There is a smell from the fridge, seems like it has not been cleaned for some time. The lifts were quite old too but for the price, it’s expected. Overall, considered good stay.

We booked into this hotel based on travellers' good review. There is no ramp at the entrance to the hotel, a 5steps staircase to walk up to the lobby; with rain these tiled steps get slippery, a hazard to lug luggage up these steps. Hotel lobby is spacious, spotless and inviting. There is an in-house restaurant. Front-end staff are awesome, extremely helpful and courteous, excellent housekeeping service. They provided umbrellas for our use as it rained everyday. Hotel is within walking distance to the riverside promenade, restaurants across from hotel, hawkers of local food & shopping. Hallway to rooms are narrow. Our room is clean, small square footage of 2 single beds & narrow walk apace, no window & standing shower. While we were there 4nights, the third floor broken emergency fire exit door was left ajar. Nevertheless the clean room & good service would entice our return.

The superior room with city view is comfortable and cosy with a spacious work zone. The in-room wired internet access is indeed convenient for business travellers. There's a sofa and a coffee table with a big LCD TV that you can unwind and entertain yourself. The only shortcoming probably is the toiletries amenities provided pretty limited. Only two pieces of soap were provided for the superior room. My room comes with a buffet breakfast but I overslept and missed it. The room pictures that I posted is a junior suite room from my previous stay which is double the size of a superior room with a separate living and dining area. The hotel used to serve very tasty Nasi Lemak but sadly to say that it's no longer the same anymore after a few decades.

Location’s good. The hotel resides above a slightly run down mall— there is a pizzeria and a cafe. There is a well-stocked supermarket just outside ground floor’s lift that closes at around 9pm. There’s also a shopping mall at the opposite of the hotel. Apartment is well-lighted. There’s ample windows for sunlight to shine through in the day. At night, with the warm lamps the apartment feels cozy. Pantry includes light utensils. The sink and refrigerator is big enough. A kettle and a jug was provided but the jug seemed dirty. The shower floor was slimy/oily and we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping. Housekeepers were polite. I did not like my check-in experience; the staff that checked us in took his time in settling his affairs while we stood there waiting for him. Parking costs were also not conveyed properly by another staff— we were only partially informed about parking, which is only free if you park in the basement. The lady that checked us out were pleasant. Overall— good location, cleanliness can be better and service should be improved. For this price point the stay was satisfactory.

I booked for my mom, and she’s happy about the room. The hotel is very near by the airport, but it’s not walked able. You can use grabtaxi it cost about 6-10 RM. There’s no shop or minimarket around the hotel, so its better to use taxi. The room was clean and quite spacious. For business/transit hotel it was good! Thank you Raia Hotel!

Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varieties. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Damai again. The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!
