The location of the hotel was fantastic. Very near to Plaza Merdeka Shopping Mall and a nice view at Padang Merdeka. Facilities a bit run down but other than that the stay was good.

The location was great. The room is big. Only if you request for extra towel, you need to pay RM10

The room was a bit old fashioned but everything still functioning.

overall can say average. at first glance, it is quite good but few things need serious improvement as the toilet door need serious painting and the sofa need replacement. second day stay i just realize our room door not functioning as the door can be opened without key card. complaint made but no action taken. need to use chair to block entrance at night. and second room air cond is leaking and need to put trash can to contain the water.
