|0.3km from downtownAccommodation date / December 20th (Fri) - December 21st (Sat) 1night 2day Single Breakfast ※Reservation by Shinkansen round trip and set on a trip to Japan We booked for a live participation in Fukuoka. [Location] The location is located in downtown Hakata, Nakasu Kawabata. I think that if you go to the water park, you can see the building, but it is not along the wide street, but it is built a little deep, so it took a little time to get to the entrance. [Building] The building itself was relatively new and clean. [Customer Service] The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very happy and the customer service was firm. [Service] There is a space where a personal computer can be used for free or a little work. There were many shampoos in front of the front desk, and it seemed to be able to be repackaged into a small container. I think it is a happy service for female guests. Of course, there was shampoo in the room. There were also several kinds of tea bags such as herb tea in front of the front desk, and there was a tea bar that could be enjoyed freely in the room. 1F As a rental pillow in front of the elevator, we were able to choose several kinds of pillows with different hardness such as low repulsion, and what we liked. Of course, there is a pillow in the room. There were rental cycles and coin laundry. There seemed to be a night meal service. [Room] There was a closet, and the hanger was 4 books ◯ and the bathroom had a small laundry drying ◎ bedding seems to be sticky and adopts airweave. I was comfortable. There is an outlet on the bedside. There is also a humidifier. Wi-Fi was also comfortable. The water pressure of the shower is also strong. The surrounding area was quiet because it did not face a big street. [Breakfast] Breakfast is in the space in front of the front desk 1F. The space of the table is also wide, and the number of seats is large, and it was not crowded. The menu was also rich in Japanese, Western, bread and curry. Drinks such as milk, juice and coffee were also substantial. [Location] There are many restaurants around because it is located in Nakasu, and there is no problem with eating. However, there is no convenience store near the hotel, so it is wise to stop when you find a convenience store if you need anything. I think the nearest station will be around the subway ”Chushu Kawabata”, ”Tenjin” and ”Tenjin Minami”, but both are about 4 ~ 5 minutes walk. However, it is between Tenjin and Nakasu, so I think it is good to be a very tourist base.

|0.3km from downtownHygiene: Japanese hotels basically focus on being small and refined. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Although the bathroom is a bit difficult to turn around, the overall hotel is very clean.
Facilities: Disposable utensils, towels, toothbrushes, etc. need to be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
Service: Very polite and will assist with check-in. Ichilan Main Store is also nearby.
Environment: The canal can be seen from the room window. It happened to coincide with the Hakata Gion Yamakasa Festival. Many people watched and it was very lively.
The transportation is also very convenient. There is a bus stop just a few steps away, Tenjin subway station is opposite, and the shopping street is across the canal.

The location is very good. It's a little far away from Tenjin. But taxis are very cheap and you can take a taxi.
The place to stay is quiet and not noisy!
The facility is relatively new, but the only problem is the air conditioning.

|0.73km from downtownI stayed at 1 to take the qualification test. It was located near Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station and was conveniently located near Hakata Riverain. The weather was fine on the day of the test, and I passed through the side of Across Fukuoka to Tenjin at the test venue and arrived in about 15 minutes on foot. In order to prevent the new corona, the amenities were selected next to the front desk, and the cup in the room was a paper cup, but considering it as an infection control measure due to the corona virus, this is one of the methods considered. I thought, and I liked it. I was happy that the shampoo in the bath was my favorite POLA product. The room was calm, on the side that did not face the big street on the 5 floor, and I didn't mind the noise, so I took a rest. Breakfast was a room meal as a measure against corona, and I was sorry that the hotel brought it to the room. It was a form of eating from the bread or miscellaneous rice choice the day before, and it was delicious and balanced breakfast than expected. Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance. Thank you to all the staff.

|3.03km from downtownI start my journey every day after running, so I chose this hotel. It takes 7 to 8 minutes to walk to Dahao Park. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The waiters are attentive and polite. The room is large and Clean and tidy, the hotel provides set breakfast, unlimited refills of natto noodles, black soy soup and rice, and free curry rice from 6 to 9 pm. It is highly recommended to stay again next time. The only downside is that there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Fukuoka
|1.32km from downtownIt is located about 5 minutes on foot from Hakata Station and about 10 minutes from Canal City, so it is in a good location, and it is close to a major road and a bus stop, so it was very good.
The hotel was equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas range, and sink, so it was great.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was that it was an unmanned system, so I couldn't leave my luggage, but other than that, it was very good!

|1.99km from downtownWe stayed for 6 nights. Place probably more suitable for at most 3 nights because they do not clean your room throughout the length of your stay. If you can bear not having room vacuum & mop for more than 3 nights then this is a very good place. Towels can be obtained from front desk any time which is good.
Pillow is soft, not sufficient support. Harder pillow ran out. I used 2 soft pillows & 2 bath towels beneath them.
Near to Hakata train, JR stations & Bus Terminal. Also walking distant from Hakata Old Town.
Generally, room was clean & bright. Staff were polite & helpful.

|4.63km from downtownI slept so well that this is the only picture.
The location is right in front of the airport, but it's on the domestic flight side, so you have to take the airport shuttle bus to go to the international flight! However, the bus interval was short, so it was okay because it was a free bus. The Jjapi Airport Railroad was on the domestic side, so it was good for sightseeing. The cleanliness was good and it was nice to be able to cook simple meals in the room because there was a range, sink, and induction for the price, but there was no heating... It was a bit cold, but I think it'll be fine when the day gets hot. It's air-conditioned. The radiator and heater only had cold wind coming out... Anyway, I slept well!

The staff were all very friendly and some even spoke Korean, so I was able to check in comfortably.
I left my key with me in case it was lost, and when I went out, I was given new towels and it was kept clean. Above all, I would like to stay at a place like this at an affordable price next time.
The disappointing thing is that the outlet is far away?

Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

The state of the facility is an ordinary accommodation, and if you don't mind, you can access anywhere, so I think there is no problem with staying.
I was looking for a more hotel feel, so I changed to the Richmond Hotel in front of me from the middle, and the price was cheaper there.

The location is great, close to Tenjin district, to subway and railway station. Many good restaurants around. I like the shared kitchen very much, all kinds of cookware are available.
Staffs are helpful, speak fluent English.
Bad:
I booked the Studio Corner room which has the balcony. The balcony is large, but I didn't use it at all. The room and washroom are quite small. I can hardly put anything in the wash basin area.

The price is reasonable for the experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

|0.81km from downtownFirst time to book in an unmanned hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick though we were a bit confused at the start on how to access the entry code. We got the family room with two queen beds and a twin. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had everything you’d possibly need for a 6-day stay, including laundry detergent for the washing machine! I love how this boutique hotel just has just 2 rooms per floor so it offered much privacy to guests. The nearest subway station was a 20-minute walk away. If you don’t mind the walk (added to all the waking you’d do in Fukuoka), this is a nice, quiet place to stay. And you get to pass thru the relaxing sight of the canal every time. It’s near the Canal City, one of the largest shopping places with the ramen stadium and the yatais plus some hidden, local bars.

|1.34km from downtownI chose the washbasin on the bed side and the bath and toilet are separated. Because it was used by a private car, after arriving, I told the front desk to use the parking lot in the hotel, and the three-dimensional parking lot cannot be used by the approach of typhoon 14, so please look for the parking lot by yourself. Then, I wanted to guide you by the map with the parking lot near the hotel at least. I was disappointed to think that the stress of looking for parking while examining parking fees in the land I didn't know was not understood by this hotel.

|0.58km from downtownThe location of the hotel is quite good, few minutes walk from Tenjin station, however, I didn't see there is any elevator or escalator from the station to street level, so if you are carrying a heavy luggage, that maybe a bit trouble.
The room cleanliness is not up to standard, you will find it's quite dusty on the desk or the area near headboard, room is a bit small but it's fine for my solo stay.
The window can be open is a plus to me, as I don't like to on the heat even winter time, most of the hotel cannot adjust the AC mode from heat to cold, so I prefer to open a bit of window to allow the ventilation and make the room a bit chill.
Overall I am happy with my stay.

|0.98km from downtownGood hotel, good location, especially to explore the west side of the city. Castle was within walking distance. The place is clean, quiet, and functional. The room is small, it was difficult with a big luggage
I suspect they don't change or clean the blanket between guests (it smelled a bit, and I couldn't see any of this in clean trolleys). Even tho there is a sheet between the body and the blanket I don't find it hygienic. Because when you sit on the bed, you sit directly on the not clean blanket. Would be best to review this.

Fukuoka
|0.43km from downtownThe location is good, very close to the station and tourist attractions, and the hygiene is pretty good, but there are a few problems.
1. There is no front desk. You need to check in by yourself through the hotel iPad. The instructions are not clear and it took several people half an hour to complete the registration. If you encounter problems, there is no front desk to assist.
2. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and water sometimes backs up outside the bathroom.
3. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and you can only watch YouTube at 480P at night.
4. The indoor temperature is difficult to adjust, the heater is too warm and the temperature cannot be lowered.
5. There is basically no view at all. There is only one window in the room, but the wall facing another building is airtight.
6. I stayed there for 5 days and no one cleaned it. I don’t know if it’s normal. However, because no one was cleaning up the garbage, garbage accumulated indoors and no garbage bags were provided. The toilet also started to get dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.
Conclusion: Only the location is good and the price-performance ratio is average.

|0.89km from downtownWe stayed 3 nights in A Good Day and it’s honestly difficult to find something to complain about. As its name suggests it, the hotel is located along the Naka river, a bit south of the Nakasu island, 15 minute walk from the Hakata station. We took actually the time to walk in the neighborhood, full of small and cute shrines, gardens and cozy and cool restaurants and bars. It was actually nicer to discover this neighborhood and much more outside the common tourist areas, which was fine by us. The personal is incredibly nice, the room are clean and very practical, the breakfast is a mix between continental and Japanese. We had a great stay, highly recommendable. The only bémol for us was the powerful green light of the smoke alarm system (I think) on the bedroom’s ceiling. It was really powerful and can be annoying during the night.

|0.65km from downtownI've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park, and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

|1.54km from downtownMy second visit to Fukuoka, but first time trying out the Crowne Plaza, as I was in town to catch the Cirque du Soleil show Kurious in Fukuoka. I took a taxi from the airport as many travelers recommended this and the distance is quite near, as Fukuoka is not a big city. However, one could also take the subway from the airport as it’s just a couple of stop to Hakata station. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from Hakata station, may take longer if it’s your first time. Most of the staff here are very friendly and helpful, I was checked in quickly and, thr room size is very large if one compares with most Japanese hotels. Room was super clean and everything works well inside. Sleep comfort was very good as well, and the breakfast room on the lobby level was very good as well, a great combination of local and western favorites. Don’t miss a wonderful ramen shop near the hotel near Hakataekimae, it’s called Hakata Ikkousha Sohonten can can be found on Yelp! It’s where the locals go, and so much better than the overrated Ichiran. I would definitely return again in the future.

|1.38km from downtownThe facilities were good for this price and the room was very clean.
The downside is that accessibility is difficult and places to go nearby are unclear.
Of course, if you take the bus, you can get to Tenjin in one go, so there won't be a problem if you use transportation.
As for the view, it feels good to be so wide open.
Of course, it becomes a tombstone view due to the many tombstones underneath.
Still, I think it will be okay because there is a temple in front.
