It's a 10-minute walk from the station, and it's a bit far from the food stalls, so there weren't any noise issues or anything like that.
The staff were all very friendly and some even spoke Korean, so I was able to check in comfortably.
I left my key with me in case it was lost, and when I went out, I was given new towels and it was kept clean. Above all, I would like to stay at a place like this at an affordable price next time.
The disappointing thing is that the outlet is far away?

The transport access was great, but it was a shame that there were no electrical outlets by the bed.

Although it seems a bit far from the station, it is not that difficult to find and the distance feels close. There are some stairs at the entrance, so it may be a bit difficult if you have a lot of heavy luggage.
It's close to a convenience store, there are yatai nearby, and it's close to the station. If the weather is good, it's worth walking to Tenjin (the road is wide and there aren't many people, so you won't feel tired)
The facilities are just average for an old, low-cost business hotel, so there aren't many pros and cons.
The wifi didn't seem to be bad.
