Paid about 40000joy per night in a tiny room with double bed without breakfast. Unfortunately our room are on second floor right beside public parking lot, plus without aircon on November period , ridiculous. Location is about 10 minutes walk without any elevator at Tenjin station , Fukuoka. I will never go back again in this bad experience. Not worthy

The location of the hotel is quite good, few minutes walk from Tenjin station, however, I didn't see there is any elevator or escalator from the station to street level, so if you are carrying a heavy luggage, that maybe a bit trouble.
The room cleanliness is not up to standard, you will find it's quite dusty on the desk or the area near headboard, room is a bit small but it's fine for my solo stay.
The window can be open is a plus to me, as I don't like to on the heat even winter time, most of the hotel cannot adjust the AC mode from heat to cold, so I prefer to open a bit of window to allow the ventilation and make the room a bit chill.
Overall I am happy with my stay.

We stayed one night and we regretted not staying longer. The staff was very friendly and speak english. Vending machines and microwaves are available on 3F and 6F. We recommend!!
