Lobby will lead u to Mega Mall Mid Valley,Convenience store like CU is just next to it, few store like 7 eleven and The news just 2mins walk.restaurants,cafes is just next to it. The staff are all friendly,very polite. Breakfast,Room service foods are very good. I didnt actually explore the hotel facilities. I like the room. Overall Big Thumps up for me. Will bring my family the next visit.
WuchaWuchaI booked this hotel because of the T-ara concert at the MEGA STAR venue. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the venue, and the surrounding amenities are good, very close to the main shopping district.
🛀 **Cleanliness:**
Overall, it was decent. However, the toilet in room 3008 (a corner room) had a very strong sewage smell.
🍃 **Ambiance and Environment:**
The infinity pool on the 37th floor, the rooftop garden, and the rooftop observation deck are great and perfect for photos.
However, on the first day of check-in, all the wall sockets had no power. It took two calls to get through, and communication required English. I waited almost 30 minutes for maintenance.
Also, the door didn't close completely after naturally shutting (I came back after 3 hours to find the door ajar…).
A major negative was that the air conditioning in the public areas wasn't on, and one of the elevators was out of order for my entire stay, leading to extremely long wait times on the 30th floor. I was already sweating before even leaving the hotel.

The check-in staff were also friendly and patient. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, keeping it spotless with a great view. And the breakfast was excellent too – a wide variety and delicious! The pool experience was fantastic; you could truly swim to your heart's content. After staying for several days, I felt every staff member was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Kuala Lumpur!
AJTravelsSGINDOAJTravelsSGINDOMy stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur was fairly average overall, and unfortunately, it did not quite live up to my expectations for a leisure or vacation stay.
Check-in was quick and straightforward, which was a plus. The room itself was cozy, although I found that the toilet took up a rather significant portion of the room. The air-conditioning, however, was nice and cold, which I personally appreciated after being out in KL’s heat.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay that affected the overall experience.
I had specifically requested a high-floor room, but was assigned Level 1 — which is essentially Level 2 when viewed from the international floor numbering perspective. This was disappointing, particularly as the request had been made in advance.
I had also informed the hotel via email well before our arrival that we were staying to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, there was no special gesture or even acknowledgement of the occasion throughout our stay. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple acknowledgement or small gesture would have made the stay feel more thoughtful.
There was also an issue with one of the bedside table lights. The touch sensor appeared to be faulty and the light would not switch off when pressed. As a result, I had to sleep facing away from the light, which was quite annoying and something that should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest.
Another issue was the renovation or maintenance work taking place early in the morning. At around 8:30am, there was considerable noise coming from the room/floor above. I eventually had to call the front desk to ask what was causing the noise. While I understand that maintenance and renovation works may sometimes be necessary, starting noisy works that early in the morning was not ideal, particularly for guests who are on holiday and would like to rest.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its location. It is within walking distance of TRX and Pavilion KL, making it very convenient for shopping, business, or attending events in the area.
Overall, I would not highly recommend PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur if you are specifically looking for a memorable vacation or staycation experience. There were simply too many small issues that added up during the stay. In my opinion, the hotel is more suitable for business trips, attending events, or travellers who prioritise location and convenience over the overall hotel experience.
For a leisure trip, I would personally look at other options in KL.Guest UserGuest UserOverall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and had three beds. The only downside was that the bed in the living room felt a bit exposed, lacking privacy, and it could get noisy. While they advertised views of the Petronas Towers, you could only see them from the side.
The place was generally clean and tidy, but I did notice a lingering odor, and the carpet didn't seem perfectly clean. If you're particularly sensitive about hygiene, you might want to consider this or request an extra cleaning. On the plus side, there's a breakfast spot within walking distance of the hotel that's worth checking out.Guest UserGuest UserHad a wonderful time in Kuala Lumpur! This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious and fully equipped. You need a key card to enter the apartment building, and with security on site, it felt very safe. There's a convenience store right downstairs and a McDonald's nearby. Plus, it's really close to Pavilion and TRX.

Does NOT look like pictures, lots of interior stuff has been removed, making it worse (looking at the pictures they attached, and me, none of the paintings, glass table, carpets, pillows or blankets are there. Both tables replaced with cheap wooden tables, and only 2 chairs. Table decor all gone. Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Bathroom wasn't cleaned that well either. Shower drain had not been cleaned - water kept overflowing (disgusting....). I was on floor 30, which was badly located with sound reflection. Kept hearing lots of noise from nearby gymnasium/football courts and prayers were medium-loud.
Facilities and things around:
Pool was great, but very crowded during sunsets. Gym was minimal, 2/4 treadmills were in need of maintenance. Elevators get very warm when crowded, which happens during ”rush hours”. Lots of people keep stopping the elevators which also cause problems... AC / Fans are also very loud... Also be aware of deposit that needs to be paid with AliPay or WeChat or Malaysia QR-based payment system, which was also in CNY instead of MYR (330 CNY).
Check-in staff not the brightest nor kindest. Multiple agencies share same room on 1st floor (escalators up, not ground floor), and none were customer-oriented.
Area is nice, close to Chow Kit market, and if not too hot, it's walkable to KLCC.SheTravels23SheTravels23My stay over here was great overall. Check in is at 3pm you can’t check in before that. We arrived at 1pm and asked if we could check in early but the rooms weren’t ready so we still had to wait. You’re asked to pay RM 200 for a deposit fee, After check in, the room was pretty clean. Descent space, I love that everything is provided its convenient especially for long stays. Kitchen utensils are provided, there’s a free sauna and swimming pool that has a breath taking view m. I would double back.

You could easily stay here for 2-3 days or even for a longer period. There are all the essential shops on the ground floor. The only downside was the rather large deposit – 200 local currency units in cash – but it was returned without any issues upon check-out. A taxi to the airport via GetTransfer was 2400 rubles, or 120 local currency units with Grab.Trending Searches
