Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and have everything one needs, but the air conditioning lacks a silent mode, and even at the lowest fan speed, the noise is quite noticeable. This might be an issue for light sleepers, but it should be fine for most people. Environment: The location is excellent, and it's easy to get a taxi. You can walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC in about half an hour. The area feels safe at night. Soundproofing is decent; as long as you're not overly sensitive, it's a quiet environment. Service: The service is good, and they offer luggage storage. However, I checked in at 9 AM and was told I could pick up my room key at 3 PM. When I returned at 4:30 PM, the key still wasn't ready. A male staff member asked about it and said he'd check, but then disappeared, and I waited another half hour. Finally, I went to the front desk, only to find out the room hadn't even been assigned yet. Hygienics: Overall, the hygiene is acceptable, but there were ants! Both my friend and I found them on our beds, and there were also some on the table! The welcome cookies were delicious, and overall, I still recommend it.

Unfortunately, the cigarette smell seeped into my room, which made the stay less comfortable as I am sensitive to smoke. It happens on the second night,luckily my check out day is the next day.

i came back!! i stayed with Riveria City KL Sentral by Archos last year and a few things have changed since then. heres a breakdown; 1. decided to try my luck to see if i could get the KLCC view if i requested it, and to my surprise, the room was available! 2. check-ins are a breeze! just show them your booking via the app you book through or email and pay your rm200 cash deposit and youre good to go. a QR code is given to scan for any enquiries or request of housekeeping services. yes housekeeping services is available which is new i assume! when i was here last year, i was not informed of any housekeeping services. so the additional pros i had this time round was that QR code service! you can just contact them via Whatsapp and text your enquiry. however, if you request for a service, do remember to text them again to remind. an example, i had requested for more trash bags the night before and was told it will be sent over the next morning at 11am. it was 30mins past 11 no one came. i had plans to go out that day and i had to delay my timing. i texted them and 10mins later they came with the trash bag. so do remember to remind just in case they overlook your request! 3. same topic as point no. 2, i was also informed on where to throw the filled trash bags. a video was sent to me to direct me exactly where to dipose the bags, which is also something new! previous visit, we had to dispose our bags elsewhere and were not informed where to throw the trash bags. 4. location wise is super convenient! the Tun Sambanthan station Monorel (Monorail) is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and it is sheltered almost all the way to the station. that station can bring you to KL Sentral (biggest train hub transportation), to popular places like Bukit Bintang, Pavilion (Bukit Bintang station), Berjaya Times Square (Imbi station) and the new Lalaport BBCC (Hang Tuah station). these popular most visited areas are all located in one monorail line! 5. room condition wise, its pretty clean i can say. the utensils and cups were so so. the cups i got was badly stained it looked like it was not cleaned properly, so i avoided using the cups overall. broom and dust pan are provided so please use them to clean the room when you stay there! toilet was clean too, just slightly small in my opinion especially the shower area. the shower heads i got was not able to adjust or stay in a desired position i wanted, but thats okay i guess. TV is equipped with Netflix and Youtube, so use wisely and remember to log out from your account or forget the account after use! other than that, overall experience is satisfactory! i love how affordable it is, how convenient it is to get around and how conducive the room was. pro tip; try booking a stay here during the weekdays, the crowd traffic waiting for the lifts are lesser. if not, try to leave your room early or come back to your room slightly later around after 9pm, just avoid the peak hours! if not, you would be stuck waiting for the lifts like forever. will i come back? yes. in a heartbeat, i will.

AAnonymous Useri came back!! i stayed with Riveria City KL Sentral by Archos last year and a few things have changed since then. heres a breakdown; 1. decided to try my luck to see if i could get the KLCC view if i requested it, and to my surprise, the room was available! 2. check-ins are a breeze! just show them your booking via the app you book through or email and pay your rm200 cash deposit and youre good to go. a QR code is given to scan for any enquiries or request of housekeeping services. yes housekeeping services is available which is new i assume! when i was here last year, i was not informed of any housekeeping services. so the additional pros i had this time round was that QR code service! you can just contact them via Whatsapp and text your enquiry. however, if you request for a service, do remember to text them again to remind. an example, i had requested for more trash bags the night before and was told it will be sent over the next morning at 11am. it was 30mins past 11 no one came. i had plans to go out that day and i had to delay my timing. i texted them and 10mins later they came with the trash bag. so do remember to remind just in case they overlook your request! 3. same topic as point no. 2, i was also informed on where to throw the filled trash bags. a video was sent to me to direct me exactly where to dipose the bags, which is also something new! previous visit, we had to dispose our bags elsewhere and were not informed where to throw the trash bags. 4. location wise is super convenient! the Tun Sambanthan station Monorel (Monorail) is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and it is sheltered almost all the way to the station. that station can bring you to KL Sentral (biggest train hub transportation), to popular places like Bukit Bintang, Pavilion (Bukit Bintang station), Berjaya Times Square (Imbi station) and the new Lalaport BBCC (Hang Tuah station). these popular most visited areas are all located in one monorail line! 5. room condition wise, its pretty clean i can say. the utensils and cups were so so. the cups i got was badly stained it looked like it was not cleaned properly, so i avoided using the cups overall. broom and dust pan are provided so please use them to clean the room when you stay there! toilet was clean too, just slightly small in my opinion especially the shower area. the shower heads i got was not able to adjust or stay in a desired position i wanted, but thats okay i guess. TV is equipped with Netflix and Youtube, so use wisely and remember to log out from your account or forget the account after use! other than that, overall experience is satisfactory! i love how affordable it is, how convenient it is to get around and how conducive the room was. pro tip; try booking a stay here during the weekdays, the crowd traffic waiting for the lifts are lesser. if not, try to leave your room early or come back to your room slightly later around after 9pm, just avoid the peak hours! if not, you would be stuck waiting for the lifts like forever. will i come back? yes. in a heartbeat, i will.

Returned to Hotel Transit for a two-night stay recently. My comments about the hotel are as follows : (1) Location : The hotel is a good option to consider if your main interest is to visit Petaling Street in view that the latter can be easily reached by walking. However, there is a notable distance between here and the Bukit Bintang tourist area if you wish to visit Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza / Plaza Low Yat, Berjaya Times Square. (2) Facilities : The room is compact and comfortable, and the amenities are basic. There are convenient stores nearby (99 Speed Mart, KK Super Mart) for visitors to pick up additional items, food and snacks. There is a self-service launderette close to the hotel for your laundry need. (3) Food & drink : The hotel does not offer breakfast. There are a number of eateries / restaurants nearby, and plenty more options in Jalan Sultan / Petaling Streets albeit a bit of walking is needed to reach the places. Overall, I think Hotel Transit is good value-for-money option for a short period of stay.
