My first international trip was a great experience, thanks to this hotel! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The environment was also fantastic, very clean, just like a 5-star hotel. It even had a swimming pool, a bathtub, and a balcony with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. If it's your first time in Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend this place – communication was a breeze!

Great value for money, highly recommended for group travel. The facilities are comprehensive, and the night view is fantastic. The location is also excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The only minor downside is the 11 AM check-out; 12 PM would have been perfect.

On a business trip, this hotel is located in the city center, which makes it super convenient to get anywhere. The service was excellent! 👍👍👍

Facilities: Pretty good. The bathtub is great for soaking, and the water pressure is good. There's an induction cooker, so you can cook, and the washing machine has a dryer function. The front desk is 24/7, located on the 51st floor, and the service is excellent. Cleanliness: Very good, quite clean. Environment: Very nice.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. It's a bit of a shame that the pool is currently under renovation and inaccessible. It's very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
