When we check in i got room no.202 it every bad cos floor 2 they still painting and fixing, noisy and bad smell, i ask reception if i can change the room but she room unavailable.. somehow i met one aunty idk if she is owner, she change room for us. We so happy. Around hotel have lot of restaurants and also mall, location is good from hotel to airport around 15 minutes, room is clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed with my family at IBIS Budget Emerald Singapore and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist. A special mention to the team for keeping an AirPod we accidentally left behind after checking out. Their honesty and care truly stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. The only minor drawback is its distance from the nearest MRT station, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the nearby bus stop makes getting around manageable. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and customer-focused stay in Singapore.

Our experience was good and we have confortable stay. The lady who check us in the reception was very knowledgeable and friendly . Facilities was updated and enjoyable, food varieties also not bad. We only had a little disappointment in the service at the pool bar called the Verandah. All the staff was good and accommodating except for the lady manager or duty. I think her name is Vina. I was informed upon check in that happy hour in the bar is until 8pm so we decided to come as we arrived at 1930h upon reaching the pool bar we greeted her and ask about until what time is the happy hour and she mentioned is was over it was on around 1945h then when we seated I ask again one of the staff for the menu and ask if the happy hour is still on and she said yes until 8pm same information we get from the front desk upon check in . I order the lager beer from the happy hour menu which cost 10sgd per pint  so I order 2 and the manager lady is the one who get the payment . Upon reaching our seat I look again the receipt and surprise that I was charged 14 sgd per pint not including the taxes and service charge so I ask my partner to have a look and reconfirm in the bar counter about the price . The manager lady say they don’t have happy hour and reprimand her other colleagues.  She just mentioned that one is new staff but I  the information that I get upon my check in the reception is the same with the other staff who mention that the happy hour is until 8pm. Anyway all the service is good  except for the incident . Hope you can speak to the staff about the outlet information and be honest in charging credit card. We will defenitely come back in the future but please hope you can train the staff properly because your property is really nice and can attract more customers.
