Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room during Autumn. Good size comparing to many other hotels of this rate, enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Love the location, easy to find the hotel from train station, it’s just above Daimaru and many excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk. It’s fabulous to get back to my room for a short break between shopping. Nothing is better than staying directly above the station for train travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

There’s breakfast teabags available at front desk But no sugar or creamer ?? So it’s not possible to take them to make tea at all and why do the hotel have to be so incomplete with the stuff provided … overall not up to the other few hotels in the same area nearby Fukushima Subway station

The front desk is located on the eighth floor, and all the service staff I met were very polite. It was nice for us to go to the front desk to change change, replace room cards and even print documents. The room facilities look very European and dated, but they are well maintained and can be used well. It's close to the railway line, so it's a little noisy. However, it's not as close as 130 meters to the JR station. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk on the ground. It's not easy to find if you go underground. First, walk in the direction of Hilton and then go to Exit 6/30 to find it. Ten minutes or more, there are no restaurants around the hotel.

The location is excellent. Airport limousine bus is literally right outside of the hotel (just across the road). It is also very handy to JR and subway and underground shopping. I booked a small room for 2 (unknowingly 😅 there are different area size) The room is small for our luggage but the bed was comfortable, so the size of the room doesn’t bother us as we only need a room for bath and sleep. The only thing which surprised us was the hotel charges cleaning fee of JPY2,000 for room cleaning i.e change bed sheets, toilet clean, rubbish disposal etc, but new towel, rubbish bags and water will be provided every morning on request. Considering the convenience of the location, I will still book in the future but will definitely select a bigger floor area.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

Location is not the greatest as it is not near subway and has no Lawson or Family Mart nearby. Tho appear a relatively new hotel, there are stains on the carpet when we checked in. Leaving a poor 1st impression. However, the DHC shampoo and conditioners are a plus. So are the pyjamas provided. But these are also provided in other hotels. Hence not a hotel I'll choose again so I do not have to struggle with luggages.

The location of the hotel is decent. It's a long walk from Osaka Station. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and nearby restaurants such as Matsuya, Yoshinoya and Kame King are open until late at night. The room is very clean and the room size is okay, but the writing desk takes up a lot of space. There is a lot of space, and when you check in with children, you are given extra towels and slippers for children.

My family has a good experience with the service and location. It's unfortunate that they're planning to remove the in-room washing machine, which could be a drawback for future stays. Hopefully, they consider replacing it with an alternative amenity.

When we went to Osaka in late November, the city was crowded with tourists, especially around major attractions and Osaka station. It was thus very pleasant to stay slightly further away from the hustle and bustle on the quieter streets. Moreover, the hotel is still connected by a short and frequent shuttle ride (10-20 min depending on traffic) or a short walk (around 15 min) from JR Osaka station. Note that the shuttle runs only up to 8:40pm from the station so there is a high chance that you might need to walk from the station at night. Somebody mentioned in the comments that the room was small, I would add that it is likely due to not so thoughtful design. One has a feeling of everything being in the way of something else. For example, the toilet and shower are in two separate ”booths” and the shower rug is placed right at the entrance of the room. The sink is however inside the room and not in another booth. There was also no service for the room during our stay (2 nights) and not even towels were replenished by default. Besides a tiny desk that serves as a counter-top for us, there were also no other drawers or basically any place to put your luggage, so even our luggage (2 backpacks plus a carry-on) was always in our way. This is really smaller than the usual small in normal Japanese business hotels. Nevertheless, the dining hall that serves breakfast, drinks and lunch offers reasonably good food at good prices (breakfast at 400 yen, drinks at 300 yen, lunch at 800 yen). It is a good alternative if you decide to avoid the crowd that day. Another good point is that the room and buildings (reception, dining and rooms located in 2 separate buildings) are all new, modern and sparkling clean. There is a time-sharing (to separate genders) public bath at the ground floor of the hotel building so in case you don't like the smallness of the shower, there is still another choice. Unfortunately, the time constraint has made it difficult for us to use it this time.

The front desk service at this hotel is impeccable and the staff provides excellent service to guests with their warm and professional attitude. They are quick to answer questions and make guests feel taken care of. The sanitation of the hotel is first-class, the lobby and public areas are always clean and orderly, and the fresh atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are more a comfortable haven, elegantly decorated, providing spacious space, and comfortable and soft bedding. The bathroom is modern and well equipped, allowing guests to enjoy convenience and comfort during their stay. This hotel pays attention to detail and provides high-quality spare parts to make guests feel meticulous care. Overall, it is not only a place to stay, but also a resort that can bring a pleasant experience to travelers. It is a highly recommended choice for business or leisure travel.

There is also a small hot spring soup next to it, which is especially suitable for business or leisure trips in the north of Osaka. The apartment can be entered and exited with a key, which is safe and highly recommended.

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

Stayed in Osaka for 2 nights and it was more expensive than the previous one, probably because of Saturday. I'm not familiar with the software, so I didn't change it to two people. I went and added 250, but it was worse than the first one. The space was small and the sheets were a little damp. The overall feeling was average, but the location was very convenient. It cost 200 to go downstairs. Rice is Kuromon Market

I'm a fan of Tadao Ando, but I stayed here just because it was a hotel in a building designed by Tadao Ando. It's not a big hotel. I just went and understood, but the wedding is like a hotel. Tourists are OK at all, but it seems that there are many wedding-related guests. I'm convinced that the guest rooms have a taste that women seem to like. ◆ Customer service: I don't feel used to it because there are many young people, but they are very kind. However, if you are used to the customer service of a luxury hotel, you may feel unreliable (?), But let's feel young 々 and first 々. Although it is kind, allergy information was not linked to the restaurant even though I declared 2 degrees in advance and at check-in (it is good because it is only good to avoid the ingredients without permission). ◆ Location: It's a short walk from the station, so it's hard in summer or midwinter. It's along the main street, so it might be easy to come by car. ◆ Room: It's large for the price, and the night view is really wonderful with a balcony! I think the amenities were abundant and the quality was good. The bathrobe was also solid. I wonder if the air conditioning was a little noisy. Also, the interior is frankly a little love hotel. ◆ Restaurant: The ceiling was high and open. It was good to be particular about the ingredients. The customer service is good, and there is a sommelier. Wine is also quite a selection. It's just a hotel restaurant, so it feels expensive. ◆ Cospa: 4.4 It was a dinner and morning course at 10,000, but I think this service is quite good at this location. If it is a famous hotel near the station, you can take this much for the room fee, so sweat. Recommended if you want to stay in a large room with a stylish feeling with an emphasis on night view. It's not a large hotel, so it doesn't feel crowded. However, there are many couples and Westin relationships, so people who care about one may care. ★4 I thought it was ★5 based on the night view, the customer service of the staff and the cospa.

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

The hotel is a self-service check-in. Fortunately, we have the help of the staff to successfully check in. These hotels are similar to apartments, but within a while, my father felt that his feet were bitten by something and slowly turned red, and it gradually became so serious that he went back to the Hong Kong pharmacy to buy allergies. Loved the location, comfortable and away from the buzz yet still close enough - 2 metro stops away from Shinsaibashi and 1 metro stop away from Umeda. Seems to be in the heart of a central district area so it’s super easy to find coffee and food, convenience stores are nearby. Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was simple and great, despite the small space, they manage to maximise the food selection catering to international and local breakfast selection Will choose to stay here again, hopefully maintenance goes well here!

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to everywhere. The indoor and outdoor spa baths upstairs are a plus, so you can relax after a long day's fatigue and sleep well. Although the room is still a bit small for three people, it is like this for hotels in the center of Japan. We were outside during the day, so it actually didn't have much impact. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.
