The staff are very polite, but because they don't know much Mandarin or English, it is difficult to communicate, but they try their best to help the guests. The room is very small, but the soundproofing facilities are very good. I didn't hear any other noise after staying here for six days. The transportation is quite convenient, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from Shinsaibashi.

First of all, it's so close to Namba Station and Dotonbori, so I really like it.

The room was small, but it wasn't a problem since I was only there to sleep.
The staff are courteous.
However, I felt that the cleaning around the water area was not thorough enough.

Location and service were good. The room is really perfect for sleeping. It was more comfortable because I could speak Korean. It was nice that they gave me a lot of new towels every day. It was nice that the check-out time was extended due to the corona
