Well if you want to stay in a hostel in the downtown Kowloon area, I do not think you can do better than here. It’s well run and the staff are incredibly hard-working and welcoming. The room was clean, the air con good. I was very happy staying here. Thanks to the staff: Linda, Max. Great arrival and check in experience. It was all great. Photo shows the entrance area and kung fu school and nearby streets.

Hi I received a free upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen and it was so spacious, especially for Hong Kong hotel room standards...the views from both the room and living room was also super amazing...you could see everything from the Hong Kong Convention Centre to the Bank of China building. Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

He not only upgraded us to an executive suite but also included a complimentary breakfast. His dedication to making us feel valued truly elevated our experience. Our trip would not have been as special without his outstanding hospitality—thank you, Dennis! The room itself was immaculate and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was thorough, cleaning and refreshing the room daily. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location is another highlight; it's pleasantly less crowded compared to other hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just a short walk away, you'll find the harbor, as well as an MTR and bus station. Nearby, a plaza features various establishments, including pharmacies, restaurants, banks, food stalls, and convenience stores. Multiple cafes in the vicinity were a fantastic bonus for us. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Regal Kowloon Hotel. We are so glad we chose this place and will certainly make it our top recommendation for anyone traveling to Hong Kong. The hotel is indeed within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, but beware that the walk to the actual platform to catch trains is actually a 15-minute walk. This was my second stay, and I still appreciate the value pricing, efficient service, and high standard of maintenance (as it's a fairly old property). The rooftop pool is a treat for both frolicking or lap swimming. This hotel gets all the basics right, such as lighting, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens and comfortable pillows/mattress. I would be happy to make this my default hotel in Hong Kong if the pricing continues to offer such good value.

Located in a busy spot in Tsim Sha Tsui. Check went by smoothly. First day went by okay. Second day, they had someone replace the toilet tank and didn't bother to finish installing it back in, the same night, water would leak into the bedroom a few hours after showering. The following 2 days there was a storm and basically no one would be able to install the toilet tank back in... it kept going on after I checked out. Ended up having to stay at my friend's place and just left some of my things in the hotel just as a storage for a few days.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Soundproofing, Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; I thought that the cheaper hotels in Hong Kong would be small and crowded, and I was mentally prepared, but I didn’t expect this hotel to make me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk (I don’t know if it’s the proprietress~) is super nice and can speak Mandarin Well done, very patient, has been leading us to the room, said some notes. A hotel at this price in Hong Kong is really cost-effective. There are bus stops and subway stations downstairs, which is really super convenient.

We stayed in Nathan Hotel for a week and found it quiet pleasing. We booked a ”smart room” which came with a Smart TV to watch netflix,youtube, mini fridge and a big space. The room was quite spacious as most places in HK are quiet small. We had 0 issues and housekeepers would clean the room everyday. The pictures of room uploaded by the hotel looks really clean and perfect but expect a bit of wear and tear i.e stains in curtains, carpet, wallpaper coming off etc. I would recommend this hotel to any couples but make sure you get room above 7 floors like we have as they are quite modern.

It is relatively close to Kennedy Town. There are free shuttle buses from Friday to Sunday. You can ask the housekeeper in advance. It was a typhoon day when I went there. The housekeeper will inform you of the weather in advance. In special weather conditions, he will proactively inform you whether the bus will depart on time. If the bus breaks down, he will also be responsible to pick you up at the station, which is really good. The scenery on the mountain is really beautiful, with endless sea views and HK at night, which is superb. Unfortunately, the weather is bad and I didn’t see the sunrise or sunset. Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

Finding the place was not difficult and I had walked from Kowloon West station. Staff was friendly. When no one is at reception, phone is located on the wall outside the main door to call the hotline for service. Room and toilet were small but typical of such lodgings in HK for such price. Enough for one person to move about in it but if working on the computer need to sit on the bed. No chair in the room, but would not have space for it. Room facilities all working and adaptor provided at wall power outlet. Location is good as Jordan station is right near to the building. Lots of food places around.

The environment of the building is not complimentary. There is only one elevator available, and it only goes to high floors. You have to take it to carry your luggage. Go to the 8th floor and walk down. But when I entered the hotel and opened the door, I felt like I had gone from ruins to paradise. The environment was very clean and the room was also very clean. I searched for a long time and couldn't find a socket for the hair dryer, so I didn't ask because it was too late. Boss. The drainage in the bathroom is a bit slow. Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. Would like to shout out for the very warm and sweet update of the room this time, much appreciate it! :) I forgot to bring my charger this time and thanks to the staff who stayed in 18/F (on duty) for help, she made sure I had what I wanted and asked me to check if the charger worked before she left my room. To ensure the guest has what they need, this thoughtful action/help is very sweet! Sadly the wooden toothbrush problem still hasn't been solved, this time is even worse... when the wooden toothbrush got wet, it smelled so bad @@... I really hope the purchasing team who purchase this item really use and try them before providing this. Put yourself into someone's shoes. Anyway, I am sure Eaton will always do their best and I will definitely share and recommend whoever coming to visit HK to stay in this pretty chill and friendly hotel. :)

The hotel is located in the prime city shopping area. There are good shops and food outlets where you will be spoilt. Good amenity with convenient mtr and airport bus service. Thought the room is small, which is typical by Hong Kong standard, the stay was rather comfortable. The only setback was there was no complimentary mineral water and no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. Other than that, all is fine.

Hotels in Hong Kong were too expensive, so the next best option was to book a guesthouse. Both the entrance and private rooms had door locks, so it was safe. It was about a 5-minute walk from Jordan Station, so it was very convenient for traveling. I took bus A21 from the airport and got off at Jordan Station, and the location was great as the accommodation was right in front. The size of the accommodation itself is small, so even if it is a double room, it would be a bit narrow for two people. But it was cozy and nice enough to use alone. Basic amenities include disposable towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and water. Body wash and shampoo are provided as all-in-one soaps, so it's a good idea to bring things to wash separately. It felt good to be able to communicate with the host through WeChat or Line, and to hear that there were no inconveniences or to let me know that I could come for a welcome drink at a convenient time :) I thought they didn't do any special cleaning, but I was surprised to see that they had cleaned everything when I returned the next day. After cleaning, they provided me with 2 additional bottles of water and disposable towels, so I was able to travel to Hong Kong comfortably for 3 days and 2 nights. Next time I travel to Hong Kong alone again, I want to use it again without having to go to a hotel.

Amazing place! Already entering the reception, you can smell the fresh recent renovation, the aroma of the diffuser. Our room 2007 was on the 20th floor and exceeded all expectations. The room has everything you need and even more - a comfortable bed with an automatic lifting mechanism, a sofa, a TV, air conditioning, a mini-kitchen (with dishes and cutlery, a kettle, a jug for water), a dining area with 4 chairs, a shoe rack, lots of storage space, an ironing board with an iron, electric blinds, USB sockets. Very thoughtful lighting. Every day cleaning is provided, a couple of times towels were changed. On the third floor - a free laundry with a dryer, a gym, a shared kitchen for cooking, a coffee maker, a place for eating. On the first floor - a cafe where you can have breakfast / lunch / dinner. For guests a 20% discount. Great location - 2 minutes by bridge to the metro, also a lot of bus stops nearby; there is a shopping center. Minus - when booking we were not warned that the deposit would be about 500 HKD per day, for 4 days it seems too high (2000 HKD), which was almost comparable to the cost of our reservation. We did not have this amount in cash, we paid with a UP credit card, at the time of publication of the review the bank has not yet returned the funds.

The air conditioning and the cleaniness made the room felt comfortable cozy inside. The atmosphere is very warm n home-like in this hostel with helpful staffs. They provided free washing service and managed to give back the washed clothes. The doors have two levels (front door, then your room door) and uses digital-number entry(not the swipe card type), cameras are everywhere in hallway, you feel safer inside. Location is just at the heart of the city central from everywhere (main shopping, food, main tourist sites) by foot, just 1min walk right outside the T.S.T main A1 exit, you won't miss it.
