Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Before even arriving, I noticed that the hotel tends to double its prices during holidays while maintaining the same service quality. This was my second stay here; the first was in 2019, during the Umbrella Movement protests, when the room was much cheaper. Upon arrival, the lobby left a good first impression with its beautiful design, though there were no seating areas available. The front desk staff are very professional in person, but they take a long time to respond to calls from the room. The room itself is of reasonable size, as is the bathroom. However, the bed was too hard and the TV too small. The electrical outlets are not international, necessitating an adapter which the hotel does not provide. The minibar is exorbitantly priced—$40 for a bottle of water? Additionally, the bench near the window was dirty, and the state of the carpet was unacceptable. The light switches are confusing to operate, requiring a degree to figure out. The bathroom was another disappointment: the toilet is an environmental disaster, using an excessive amount of water with each flush—30 seconds of water gushing down like Niagara Falls. The toothpaste provided is in the form of chewable tablets, which I had never seen before and did not like. The shower only had a sliding glass door, resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. The selection was very limited: - Two types of yogurt - Three types of fruit: watermelon, melon, and pineapple - A noodle stand - An egg station - A rice cooker - Six Indian dishes due to summer holidays - Chicken sausages, bacon, pastries, and sliced bread with jam and butter - A couple of unidentifiable items - Two salads - Coffee, hot water, cold and hot milk, a few juices, and cereals The service was impeccable, but the variety did not justify the price. It was the same every day, which was quite disappointing. The hotel's location is excellent, which is its main advantage. However, for the price, one should not expect five-star amenities, except for the service charges. Drinks in the lounge downstairs cost $75, and many floors remain a mystery as to their purpose. Overall, this hotel fails to deliver value for money, especially during peak pricing periods. I would not recommend it unless you prioritize location over comfort and service quality.

Very comfortable bed, decent sound, insulation, stable and fast Wi-Fi. Large pool. Perfect for lap swimming and a well-equipped gym. Located in a busy spot in Tsim Sha Tsui. Check went by smoothly. First day went by okay. Second day, they had someone replace the toilet tank and didn't bother to finish installing it back in, the same night, water would leak into the bedroom a few hours after showering. The following 2 days there was a storm and basically no one would be able to install the toilet tank back in... it kept going on after I checked out. Ended up having to stay at my friend's place and just left some of my things in the hotel just as a storage for a few days.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Soundproofing, Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; I thought that the cheaper hotels in Hong Kong would be small and crowded, and I was mentally prepared, but I didn’t expect this hotel to make me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk (I don’t know if it’s the proprietress~) is super nice and can speak Mandarin Well done, very patient, has been leading us to the room, said some notes. A hotel at this price in Hong Kong is really cost-effective. There are bus stops and subway stations downstairs, which is really super convenient.

We stayed in Nathan Hotel for a week and found it quiet pleasing. We booked a ”smart room” which came with a Smart TV to watch netflix,youtube, mini fridge and a big space. The room was quite spacious as most places in HK are quiet small. We had 0 issues and housekeepers would clean the room everyday. The pictures of room uploaded by the hotel looks really clean and perfect but expect a bit of wear and tear i.e stains in curtains, carpet, wallpaper coming off etc. I would recommend this hotel to any couples but make sure you get room above 7 floors like we have as they are quite modern.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following: 1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation; 2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap. Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.

Location is very convenient. It’s just 2 minute walk going to the mtr tin hau station. There’s a laundry shop nearby if you need one. Convenience store is just across the hotel. The room was spacious and has good lighting, check in was smooth and very helpful when they helped me bring my luggage to the room and also they get you a taxi if you need one. I booked a standard double room, and the staff upgraded it to a double room with sea view on the second floor. Thank you 🙏. The overall hardware facilities are very good. The rooms and public toilets are clean. There is a public kitchen with a large stainless steel worktop, a dining space and an activity room. The picture shows a viewing platform with a high view. There are three points that guests need to pay attention to. (1) The shuttle bus runs between the entrance of the hostel and Exit C of Kennedy Town MTR. The last bus to go up the mountain is at 19:30. However, if you miss it, you can take a taxi from Gaode, which costs about HK$48. (2) On weekends, you may encounter group gatherings with classmates, which will be a bit noisy until about 1 a.m. (3) You can reserve barbecue ingredients (about HK$300) from the YHA official website. I will definitely try it next time I come!

Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

Our quarantine has been such an easy and breezy stay. Thank you to the team at Prince Hotel during the late night arrival on Saturday who assisted my check in and explained all the details requirements during Q stay professionally. My luggages were whisked away immediately by the staff to our room without delay. The harbour view room is very clean, spacious and well appointed. The deco and furniture made the whole ambience warmth and relaxing. The meals we received were so delicious and yummy. Kudos to the culinary team. We are also spoiled by selection of Nespresso Coffee and Tea Selection. Requests are promptly attended by Prince Hotel team via Whatapps and items were delivered in timely manner. Location is just in front of Tsim sha Tsui MTR exit A, 2mins walk to Victoria harbour where the ferry to Macau (china ferry kowloon) is located and avenue of stars. Accessible wherever u wanna go, 2 stops away from central and mong kok.Surrounded with malls. The mansion is beside thebodyshop store. Lift might be quite slow as the building is old. There are a lot of options for food stalls outside , esp for filipinos, Jollibee is just 2 mins aways. Service is amazing, got free upgrade of room, Mia And Nikki was extremely hospitable and helpful. Room was fully equipped, got free water which is replenished daily, room is small but clean. Most importantly the place is safe! Highly recommend!!!!

We stayed here for 2 days the location is great. The check in staff on first day was really friendly and helpful. Overall was a good stay. But our check out day. My friends forgot to keep her bag with the concierge it was not intentional and the checkout staff that wear glasses speak very rude and not nice tbh it was just a small mistake no need to use such an insult words no service mind at all. Quite disappointed with the check out staff manners.

Awesome hotel very close to lot of attractions and metro station. You can walk to Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei etc within 13 minutes of walking. Or take the lrt exit B1 which is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of National Court. The host was very accommodating and you can keep your luggage at the counter after check out if your flights are later in the day. High recommend this place.

I went to Hong Kong to study for a week and stayed in South Island. It is very close to Ocean Park and it is also very convenient to come from Fuyou Port. You can transfer to South Island Line at Admiralty, Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, and go north across the overpass to arrive. The room facilities are relatively complete and the room is relatively large. There are sofas, TVs and kitchenware. However, because I only stayed there for a week, there are no kitchenware in the room. I can only cook some vegetables and noodles and eggs that I like in the public kitchen on the 3rd floor. It is quite convenient. There is a washing machine inside. It is relatively comfortable in Hong Kong. If the price can be maintained at 600-700, it is still recommended. There is a large mall that has just opened next to it, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping.

Overall, special thanks to Grace and her colleagues. This hostel is located in the center of Nathan Road and is one of the best location in Hongkong. The staff are really friendly and ready to meet your needs 24/7 in a respectful manner. It is worth recommending this hostel to everyone because the environment here is very good, with different street foods, shops, and various interesting night activities that can make you feel happy all day long. I will definitely come back again
