While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.FromSGD 151

Got a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the ba*****t parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.FromSGD 83

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!FromSGD 117

the best attributes are location and price. reasonable price in a prime location, 2 large malls within walking distance.
The area is also relatively safe, plus a McD in the same building should you have midnight cravings or early morning hunger
However as a business hotel (no facilities) there are a lot to improve
- already indicated there are no windows, so good for short stay
- Cleanliness needed improving as we found small cockroaches inside the bathroom and one even crawled up the bed
- wifi speed was terrible, borderline unusable

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options.
