The price is definitely cheap, the room given is very spacious for 4 people and is very tidy. The bathroom is clean too but advice using own shower products as the provided shower products is usable but not recommended. The breakfast provided is limited in choice but delicious nonetheless. Location is very accessible to nearby shops. For car parking spots, need to depend on luck as there is a lot of people in nearby area.

Recommended by a friend if I wanted to stay at the small and simple hotel at Sunway City area. So, i tried this hotel. Room was okay, everything worked well. Staff was also nice and they informed everything thru WA and i found this helpful. But I think it is better to book room only instead of having breakfast included. The option for bfast was so poor.

We did a walk-in and there’s quite a few rooms available, but we compared prices and booked a standard queen with no window through Agoda instead cause we save quite abit from booking online. It’s a very simple square room yet nicely designed. Their pillow cases and bedsheet are comfortably nice smell - makes me want to stay in bed all morning. Toilet is a frosted glass - there’s isn’t a lot privacy if you’re traveling with children. Downside of this place is that they are located above a pub, as I am a light sleeper, I could hear the music beating during my stay - I couldn’t sleep until 2 - 3am or either I will wake up at 1am. Since I couldn’t sleep, I read my book until I feel tired/sleepy - they had a light torch attached to the wall which I can conveniently switch it on without disturbing my Husband and son sleeping. Food are a easy to find, they are everywhere - there’s a restaurant located downstairs the hotel and we conveniently went down to have our dinner and breakfast - I feel that they are a bit expensive but their food are delicious. We then walk a bit to try another place at (if I could recall, it’s called) Curry House (if I’m not wrong) - there, we had our breakfast on our last day of stay. My most enjoyed meal was the Halal Chinese-Muslim dim sum called Muhd Chan, located the opposite back of from the hotel, near Guardian - worth the money and my son loves it! All in all, great staffs, but would like to specially thank Jimmy for making our stay comfortable and easy - he’s very helpful in every way and friendly too!

We booked this property thinking it's a hotel concept and more over there is no clue it's under AIR B&B. What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .

Room is very small for the price they charge. Absolutely no amenities, not even bottled water. The room has stain on the toilet door and bed headboard. Walls has mark I would say overall hygiene is less than satisfactory. The light gimmicks are nice but once you stay for over 5 minutes, you will realize you over paid. Has kind of a weird smell. Stayed here because I had no other choice. If given a choice I might not come back. If you get it on a super cheap deal or just need a place to crash and go, sure why not, otherwise you have been warned.

It's a great hotel. I highly recommend it if you go to the sunway lagoon. The price is favorable and the room has sufficient equipment, such as hair dryers, towels, TVs, etc. Residents can also rest in the public facilities outside the room, where free drinking fountains are available.

It was close to the BRT station and the Sunway pyramid, and the price was very cheap and quite comfortable. The room was small and it was a little unfortunate that there was no refrigerator, but the staff was very friendly and I would like to use it again when I visit again.

Basic family suite overlooking Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Accessible from a staircase, hence not wheelchair friendly ~ FYR. Only one set of lift access and main door key provided. Was asked to pay a deposit of RM150 not sure for what. Bathtub but no plug to stop the water - basically can't enjoy the tub. TV with poor reception and local channels only. Toiletries and towels are provided. Firm King size bed and single bed. Good for the value.

From check-in to check out... nothing short of perfection. This is truly Asian service... however, please do not take advantage of it and be respectful. I have witness an unfortunate incident where an old white British man speak to one of the staff in a condescending tone, he was loud and was talking down to the staff in the restaurant. It takes a special kind of people to work in customer service and Sunway Resort have them all. This resort is built with children in mind. Thank you!

It is adjacent to sunway medical centwr. The space is comfortable and equipped with a full set of kitchen equipment including kitchen utensils. It was originally planned for short-term accommodation for accompanying patients or people who come from out of town to receive medical trea**ent. The breakfast is very light and is probably planned for patients. It is also possible that children are not accepted. For the purpose of rest and recuperation for residents. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and comfortable. However, the room I stayed in at that time had poor drainage. The water from the shower directly overflowed the drain hole and was discharged from the toilet drain hole. I contacted the front desk, but there was no improvement.

The overall journey was good but I strongly suggest Trip.com to amend and update the photos because they no longer have swimming and gym available for use. However, you can get a few % off if you shop in the shopping centre next to the hotel but only some shops. The housing keeping guy was really helpful and friendly so was the receptionist.

Sorry to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with SPH. The cleanliness was no longer sustained as usual. Should pay more attention on the hygiene or the house keeping. Everything seems to be untidy. dirty floor. stains. used toothpaste caps on the floor. towels was leave unfolded. Compliments glass bottle without puller. How should I open up and drink? check room 07154. Overall still a good stay because of the location.

The hotel is linked to the Sunway Pyramid mall so it is very convenient. However, there are some works going on now at the mall so the way over is kind of roundabout if you want to stay sheltered. For those planning to visit Sunway Lagoon, you will need to go through the mall but among the 3 hotels there, this hotel should be the closest although it is still not ”next door” close. Breakfast buffet is adequate but a gripe I have is that the fresh milk dispenser container is not chilled so its something to be aware of.

This is my second times stay in this hotel. The room that i take Its affordable price with bathtub. Room so clean and bed so comfortable. Swimming not dat big but its ok kids enjoy it. The room was clean, toilet amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap are provided. Water pressure was good and aircon was excellent. Extra pillow is chargeable at RM10 each. 2 bottled water provided complementary. We asked the cafe worker for the complimentary breakfast option, he responded wtih nasilemak and meehoon goreng; coffee and tea are free flow from the dispenser. The coffee and tea were luke warm and tasteless; meehoon and nasi lemak were very cold. We saw the menu listed on the board and ordered another set of breakfast that consists of croissant, americano and half/softboiled which we asked for softboiled. At the same time, the worker then informed that our nasilemak set also comes with the same option of eggs, I wonder why didn't he informed earlier. The coffee were freshly brewed but nothing near to being good, croissant was hard and we were served with half boiled eggs instead of the softboiled we requested and what made it worse was they were not even half boiled, more like 1/4 boiled, not forgetting there were chicken dropping stuck on the egg when served. For the price paid (RM103), the room is satisfactory. Keep your stomach for other food nearby. Don't miss the famous Warung Opah nasi lemak right next to it at the corner.

It was a wedding anniversary trip. Booked here for the thrift store Jalan2 Japan at Skypark mall. Room is good, basic amenities all working. Room is clean & odor free. Got good rates fm online booking via Trip. Not much on facilities, the cafe is not open, the pool is under maintenance, the reception is man by a single staff. Parking is only covered by hotel if you park in the basement parking. To be honest, it's kinda quiet especially at night so it's perfect for those seeking solitude & quiet bliss.
