the air conditioner is very fucking noise and I cannot sleep well at night so I cancelled the final night and I booked another hotel in agoda. Don’t fucking book this noise hotel.

Overall the location of the hotel was great and the environment of the area was very nice. But the rooms lacked the basic hygiene amenities ex; toothbrush

Nice and quaint boutique hotel. Looks quite new and breakfast was delicious with bacon and lots of sides for salad and cornflakes. Location is just slightly out of the happening areas but still has easy access to the night markets and food.

This is a good budget hotel. Swimming pool is a good size and room is spacious. Room was a bit dusty (although probably can’t be helped given that chiang mai is so polluted right now). Breakfast is average with the usual selections you would expect. Staff are warm, friendly and polite. convenient location in the old city.

Stayed here for our anniversary and it was a good stay. We are local to Chiang Mai so we had a little weekend in the city center. The hotel is great. Really chill pool area. Really good and punctual service with everything. The location is decent and directly in the middle of the square. It is not in a lively section, so some walking or taxi is necessary. Overall one of the best spots in Chiang Mai.

The hotel and staff were lovely with a great location and the service was really good. However I found the checkout process strange with us having to wait for them to check the room and we were waiting for around 10 minutes whilst we were waiting for a transfer onwards with the car outside to head onwards. I'm not sure how that would work if everyone checked out at once.

Great location. So close for the Sunday night market. Family friendly and lots of space.

Pro: Good location. Very very near to Sunday night market - near to Wat Prasighn. Cafe and massage shops , tour agency shop along the hotel road. Thus everything is walking distance. Comfortable room. Clean& comfy sheets, towels. Cons: Just swimming pool water abit dirty - felt like sea water (salty) and alot dirts at the bottom of the pool. Overall good stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, English speaking staff, very friendly too, AMAZING location and Thai style. Everything was clean, neat, eco friendly, quiet and family friendly. The only downside is that the restaurant was overpriced which we didn’t eat there.

Good location, near Sunday night market. Good environment with big room, balcony and swimming pool.

It was a nice stay that suited our needs to take care of appointments. Centrally located and everything is only a GRAB taxi away.
