We had a lovely stay at this place. The location was great, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The hotel management service was friendly, responsive, and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly Recommended.

I returned to the hotel at 11:00 p.m. but was unable to open my room door because the power had gone out. I had to wait for about an hour for the issue to be resolved, and by the time it was fixed it was already midnight. This caused significant inconvenience during my stay. On the positive side, the location is convenient and complimentary breakfast is provided.

It was so so, they should focus more on cleanliness and checking rooms throughly. The sink was broken and water was falling to floor. The best thing is the location only you can access lot of places from here

The Hotel come with breakfast with less than RM150 budget with excellent location. I will continue to stay at this hotel. The breakfast have few selection, they provide you 2 breakfast voucher to be redeem at downstair Restaurant.

Pros: location just opposite Sunway pyramid, water filter at lobby, good pressure shower, many shops, reception quite helpful Cons: quite dusty, very small space, very small basin, bed very shaky
