"I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation."

"We went as a family to stay here for bukak puasa and this unit was just perfect. So beautiful and so clean ❤️. The rooms and apartment was spacious as well. Really enjoyed our stay. My son even enjoyed playing with with ‘pop pop’ outside the condo as well. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free as well. Definitely repeating again."

"I am one person who always prefer hotels than AB&B. Hates crawlies or other insects. However, this is one exception. Clean and tidy. Many eateries around the condo. Furthers coffee shops are 7mins walk. Full range of hawker food. I would recommended if anyone is looking for AB&B, this is one place you won’t regret. It is value for money too."

"Nice place, near to many shops since it's above shopping mall. Owner gave fast response and always guided me on how to check in and check out. They also prepared towels according to number of guests. The parking is a bit tricky but you'll manage if you follow the instructions carefully. There is also games provided in the living room. The tv is also a smart TV so you can access to YouTube. Overall it was a great stay."

"Everything is good! It's just few steps from Sunmed and the staff are so helpful. Very clean and quiet. Best arrangement to stay few nights at Sanctuary after a tedious bunion surgery on both feet done at Sunmed. It makes the first week recovery bearable. Thank you so much, Hotel Sanctuary!"

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 4 days initially, and the room was clean and did not need much maintenance. But no one came to clean the room or toilet during my stay . I was taking out the garbage and moping the wet bathroom
Also the hotel offers only toels and there is a hanged near the shower soap/shampo which was un labled . No slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste, or any vanity sets were offered .
The TV has only two channels and doesn't allow screen sharing with other devices to make a good use for it . There was an extra fee(taxis) which was not mentioned by trip.com and was asked as soon as I reached the hote I suggest that all the unavailable sevreses or any additional fees to be pre mentioned to guests .
The staff are good and welcoming and very friendly and the location is perfect lightening is good and the room has a small window
The entrance is a small coffee shop and the lobby chairs are comfortable
The place is smell free, with no rotten smells, nor alcohol smell thanks to the hotel policy that forbids Alcohol in side the hotel . Which we thank them for

TTomGood location nearby lrt station, Aeon, Subang Parade, very convenient to get food, no worry about it. Overall satisfied room is clean, nice bed but it just doesn't have a shampoo, small issue for me, please refill the dispenser for next customers. 😂

MMAXIMIL ONGThe Hotel come with breakfast with less than RM150 budget with excellent location. I will continue to stay at this hotel. The breakfast have few selection, they provide you 2 breakfast voucher to be redeem at downstair Restaurant.
