The hotel is very close to Tottori Station. From the North Exit, you just cross the underpass and pass the Maruyu Department Store. Perhaps because it's in Tottori, the single room isn't particularly small. The room facilities are typical of a Japanese business hotel. On the second floor, there's a large public bath and a relaxation area. Washing machines are free to use, and they even offer complimentary ramen at night. The breakfast is also quite substantial.

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Tottori Station. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. For a small city like Tottori, it's considered a pretty good hotel and is very popular.

The hotel has a great location, near the JR station, within a 10-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street, and a food street nearby with many restaurants, making it very convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained, the environment is quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The onsen (hot spring) deserves special praise; although small, it's very comfortable, perhaps because it wasn't too crowded. I used it every night during my three-night stay, and there's also a small sauna. What I appreciated most was the self-service machine selling Daiyama milk in the basement common area; the milk was delicious, and they also had other drinks and Daiyama ice cream. The staff were very polite and helpful. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I had the chance.

Great location and super spacious room. We picked the option inclusive of breakfast and dinner & truly enjoyed it. Walking distance to JR station with lots of good food around. 10/10 would recommend. The onsen comes with private or public bath which is great for people who don’t want to be in the public with strangers but still want to enjoy onsen

I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.

The service was excellent. I called the front desk to pick me up at Kurayoshi Jr. Station. They also helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the front desk. The breakfast and dinner were fresh and hygienic, and the food was good. I highly recommend buying breakfast and dinner. The Chinese-speaking lady was especially friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The hot springs were clean, the facilities were complete, and the service was excellent. It wasn't crowded, so it was quite comfortable. I'd definitely go back here for vacation if I had the chance.

Building just minute away from Tottori Station! Very closed and I was happy to stay here! There is breakfast for free and night drink. Room with bathtub and they provide iPhone/Android cable at room and it was point plus for us. They have alot amenities and Onsen (too bad I wasn’t tried it since we just arrived from Kinosaki) Staff not really good in English but they really supportive. Closed to Aeon as well and so far two thumbs from us and if I come again (definitely I’ll come back to Tottori) I will stay here again🫶🏼🫶🏼

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered fantastic views. Sitting by the window was exceptionally relaxing (though I'd suggest replacing the small sofa, as it was so worn out you'd completely sink into it). The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The tatami mattress was, without a doubt, the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The only minor drawback was a faint drain smell in the room, which might be due to low water pressure and definitely needs improvement.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Everything at the buffet was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the bamboo steamed squid served at dinner. The carbonated drinks and plum wine I enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor after meals and after a bath were also delicious. The room was clean, and the view of the snow and hot spring town from the window was amazing... The shuttle service to Kurayoshi Station on my way back was also very helpful (reservations required, 140 yen). Overall, it was a great hotel!

GGuest UserThe private bath room was booked, and the room and the pool were very clean. I made an appointment for the pick-up one day in advance, and I saw the driver when I got out of the station. It took 15 minutes from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel. The service attitude was very good, and they would lead and introduce the hotel facilities and various locations. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel.

GGuest UserThe station shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. They even provided fun onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and the lobby offered drinks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had a wide selection of souvenir shops, and a morning fruit market was very convenient. The meals were plentiful and delicious. The location of the open-air onsen changes in the morning and evening, offering different lake views. This is a highly recommended hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, I was satisfied. The parking lot is large enough, and there are two lounge access hours. The hot spring closes at 11:00 PM. Breakfast may require queuing if there are many people, and the elevator may take a long time if there are many people. There are self-service water dispensers on each floor, which is very convenient.

MM14569****Facilities: The hotel has all the standard amenities, including an outdoor private onsen, and the room is very spacious with a sea view. The large outdoor bath also offers a breathtaking sea view, providing a truly refreshing experience. Don't miss out on the delicious Oyama milk from the vending machine. Hygiene: The indoor areas are clean. Since there are many insects in summer, just remember to close the outdoor door promptly, and you'll be fine. Environment: Located in Kaike Onsen village, it's a seaside hot spring with a white sand beach below. The sea water is clean, perfect for swimming, and kids can enjoy digging in the sand. Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful. As soon as they saw us from afar, they proactively ran over to greet us and helped with our luggage. On our departure day, they even arranged a car to take us to the station, despite it being only a 3-minute drive. They insisted on providing a dedicated car according to our schedule to protect us from the summer sun, which was very heartwarming. The welcome afternoon tea in the lobby offered a variety of drinks. The breakfast and dinner truly deserve special praise. We booked a half-board plan, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious, featuring seasonal seafood like oysters and three different doneness levels of steak, all incredibly tasty. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with both Japanese and Western options, an incredible variety. There were so many desserts and ice creams that we couldn't even try them all, and everything tasted excellent. They even provided small trolleys to help us carry our food, which is a rare thoughtful touch I've encountered in the many onsen hotels I've stayed at.

LLvfeifeiIshanlou Iwasaki Hotel was the most comfortable stay we had during this trip. Because we were going to Conan Town, we chose the hot spring hotel here, thinking we could relax a bit. The transportation was a bit inconvenient. We took a taxi to the hotel, which was relatively expensive. The hotel is an old-fashioned Japanese-style room, the room is large, but the service is still very good, especially there is a dedicated aunt to help you, she is the one who prepares meals and baths (because the place is relatively remote, we booked (Meals are included) Maybe it’s summer and there aren’t many people bathing in hot springs. Hehe, it avoids embarrassment😅 However, there is a wild spring opposite the hotel, where local old men soak naked. As long as you are not embarrassed, others will be embarrassed😀 😀

HHo Man TommyLocation The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Dining One of the highlights was the free ramen offered at night—such a nice touch! Breakfast was also fantastic, featuring a wide range of choices that catered to all tastes. Amenities The onsen was a perfect way to relax after a long day. The soothing hot springs really added to the overall experience. View The views from the hotel were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop during my stay. Overall This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great location, delicious food, and relaxing amenities. I highly recommend it!
