GGoatinChina88I stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my trip, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.

Главное — несоответствие описания отеля действительности. В описании, по которому мы выбирали отель, были указаны термальные источники. По приезде выяснилось, что их нет, а сотрудники на ресепшене были удивлены нашему вопросу и сообщили, что источников здесь никогда не было. Для нас это было важным пунктом при выборе, поэтому мы очень разочаровались. На территории есть один обычный бассейн — в этой части всё соответствует описанию. Номера в целом неплохие и достаточно чистые. Однако постельное бельё было в пятнах, а подушки — пожелтевшими. Нам пришлось просить перестелить постель и заменить подушки. Хотелось бы, чтобы такие вещи проверяли до заселения гостей. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, но сервису не хватает внимательности. Когда мы приехали на такси, никто не подошёл встретить нас и помочь с багажом. От отеля такого уровня ожидаешь большего внимания к гостям. Во время нашего проживания на завтраке не было шведского стола. Варианты блюд сотрудники перечисляли устно, и мы выбирали из того, что нам называли. Это не очень удобно, хотя сама еда была достаточно вкусной. Ресторан при отеле тоже понравился: вкусно и по вполне разумным ценам. В целом у отеля есть плюсы, но несоответствие описания и вопросы к подготовке постели заметно испортили впечатление. Хотелось бы, чтобы информацию о термальных источниках исправили, а чистоте постельных принадлежностей и качеству обслуживания уделяли больше внимания.
