AAerbanigegeThis hotel was another pleasant surprise. Right after booking, I received a call from the butler asking about my arrival time and if I needed airport pickup. Since we were driving, they provided parking directions. We arrived late at night, and everyone, from the gate guard to the front desk staff and the team member who showed us to our room, was incredibly welcoming. I asked for only Coke in the mini-fridge and no other drinks, and they executed that perfectly.
The room was very spacious, and I loved that the hot spring bath was indoors and separated from the bedroom by a sliding door – that's a brilliant design.
The hotel butler was excellent and reminded us about breakfast. Oh, by the way, if you stay here, don't miss breakfast; that bowl of beef noodles was a real delight. If you need to go to a scenic spot, just contact the butler, and they'll do their best to arrange for a hotel car to take you there, which is a great service.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for everything!

Minibar Drinks: If you run out in the room, just grab a Haibi drink from the restaurant to enjoy.

GGuest UserI loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

LLienaRight from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service from the front desk. The staff were polite, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. They proactively provided essential information about Wi-Fi and breakfast, and were patient in recommending places to eat, drink, and explore nearby. The service was detailed and attentive; we could contact them anytime with questions, making our entire stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

GGuest UserI took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!

YYueguangmeiyingThis hotel is excellent, truly deserving its place on this year's Black Pearl Guide. It's perfectly located right outside the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and very convenient for reaching the high-speed train station or the city center. The surrounding area features Longmen Ancient Street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a fantastic design, making it very photogenic. What's even better is the attractive price – the value for money is outstanding; I doubt you'll find a better deal on the entire Black Pearl list.

KkatrinababyI never expected a hotel of this size to exist in such a small county town. It was a wonderful experience.
Service: Excellent. A waiter even greeted us at the door upon check-in and check-out. Service with a smile was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming, and the cleaning lady even greeted us whenever she saw them. Snacks and fruit were delivered to the room daily, and the complimentary mineral water was replenished promptly.
Environment: The room was equipped with various chargers and a TV with on-demand movies. The double bed was very large, but the air conditioning seemed to be useless. The only drawback was that the non-smoking rooms were not strictly non-smoking and were not located on non-smoking floors, resulting in a lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the carpet in the hallways.
Surroundings: The hotel is surrounded by a bustling area, with various business and residential areas to either side. Takeout and food and coffee are available nearby, and there's even a wild night market along the roadside in the evening. Welcome fruit and coffee: Self-service tea and coffee.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities were excellent! I was planning to hike Laojun Mountain that day, so when I saw they had a private hot spring, I booked it without hesitation! And it was indeed very comfortable! The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!
