Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Reputedly, it's the only five-star hotel in the area. The service and ambiance were both fantastic. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and the balcony offered a superb view. Breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a live Guzheng performance. Our butler proactively connected with us on WeChat, offering excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. The 'Shuixi' (water banquet) restaurant they suggested was a unanimous hit with our group.

The hygiene was excellent, and the service was good too. The leisure facilities were quite nice, and parking was very convenient. The room service was easy to order and delicious. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and a limited breakfast selection.

The service is really intimate, and the experience is directly full! Before check-in, the front desk staff contacted to confirm the arrival time. The whole process was responsive. The water and soup were especially timely. They would also take the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guides. The room facilities are high-end and complete, the private soup pool design is reasonable, the privacy is good, the toiletries and disposable accessories are all complete, and the quality is high. The details are full, the living is particularly comfortable, and the focus is still very good. This is what a holiday should look like. It is highly recommended!

The first time I set the whole season, I went out to play a lot of hotels before, and the average price was two or three hundred hotels. The sanitary environment service is far more than the previous hotel. Although the previous hotel is not bad, it is still not as good as the whole season. Very careful, although things are not big, But the experience is very good, like it.

The waiter was very enthusiastic, but it seems that there was no welcome fruit plate during my stay this time. The pillowcases in the room were pilled after being used for a long time. The drainage in the shower was a little slow and there was no door stop. The water would keep flowing out when taking a shower. Everything else was good.

Every day in your hotel is like a VIP being taken care of gently! When I woke up in the morning, the picturesque scenery outside the window was accompanied by the hand-brewed coffee delivered by the housekeeper; when I returned in the afternoon, I found that the room was spotlessly clean and there was an extra seasonal fruit plate; after nightfall, the starry sky lights and live music by the pool instantly relieved all fatigue. Every service staff member remembered the guest's last name, the hidden alley food recommended by the concierge was more amazing than the Internet celebrity store, and the little animals folded by the housekeeper in the towel made the children happy all day. Those unexpected details - the umbrellas suddenly handed over on rainy days, the health tea in the thermos when I left the hotel, and even the honey water specially prepared after finding that I had a cold, all made people feel so moved that they wanted to write a thank-you letter! I have included this hotel in the ”must-check-in list in life”, because here, what you pay for is not only the service, but also the happiness of being cherished. ! ! !

The room is brand new, the decoration is simple and attentive, clean and tidy and spacious, the bedding exudes a faint fragrance, and the hot water is fast and sufficient. The breakfast was very delicious and the cakes were delicious. The service staff is beautiful, warm and polite, and very concerned about the guests.
