It's incredibly thoughtful that they provide a business car for pick-up and drop-off at the station. There's also an à la carte breakfast and an infinity pool, making it an excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The environment is also fantastic.

I brought my parents to Dengfeng for a weekend trip to Mount Song, and after comparing several options, we chose Zhongzhou Huading Hotel. As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the hotel's traditional Chinese architectural style. It's a garden-style hotel that combines a restaurant and accommodation. Upon entering the lobby, a concierge immediately helped us with our luggage and directed us to the front desk for check-in. Ms. Jiao Luyu at the front desk assisted us, providing smiling service throughout. She answered all our questions, helped coordinate our rooms, and processed everything quickly and with a very friendly attitude. After dinner at the restaurant, we returned to our room, which offered views of the Songshan mountain range. Enjoying tea on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also very close to Mount Song and Shaolin Temple, making it convenient for driving. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Dengfeng.

The hotel is next to the residential area, the location is slightly biased, not very friendly to non-self-driving guests, because there are almost no commercial and larger restaurants next to it, and there are few places to eat and shop. This hotel only found out that it was really fragrant! 1. Downstairs is the shopping center and food street. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, you can go downstairs to eat a meal and a skewer, which is very convenient. 2. The room is oversized and cleaned spotlessly. As a clean patient, there is no pressure to walk barefoot on the floor. The bedding is also soft. The service staff will say hello gently when they see it. There is really an illusion of going home. 3. The hot spring water is more distinctive. After soaking the skin, the fatigue is first-class. After a busy day, I went to the hot spring pool to soak. I felt that the whole person was cured and slept super fragrant at night. 4. There is a large parking square on the ground, and there is an underground parking lot directly connected to the lobby. No matter whether it is windy and rainy or exposed to the sun, get off the bus and go upstairs directly. There is no need to carry a lot of luggage. The sense of security is full. Anyway, if you come here to play on a business trip, you can close your eyes and rush to this house.

Came to Fenghuang Hot Spring with friends, and the cave-style hot spring room we chose was such a pleasant surprise! It had a private courtyard and a private hot spring, perfect for a few of us to soak and chat – super relaxing. The privacy was excellent too, so we didn't have to worry about being disturbed. The hot spring room was clean, and the facilities were complete. When we got tired of soaking, we just sat in the courtyard, had some tea, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back next time.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk service was thoughtful and thorough, and the room amenities were complete with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The waiter was very enthusiastic, but it seems that there was no welcome fruit plate during my stay this time. The pillowcases in the room were pilled after being used for a long time. The drainage in the shower was a little slow and there was no door stop. The water would keep flowing out when taking a shower. Everything else was good.

The environment and service are absolutely worth the price. It's adjacent to a 5A scenic area, and the service and facilities are also 5A-level. The hotel is very new and can be considered a small tourist attraction. The private hot spring is incredibly relaxing; the moment you jump in, you'll forget all your worries and immerse yourself in the comfort of a natural private hot spring. Five-star recommendation, everyone should try it! 😁

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.

This hotel is excellent, truly deserving its place on this year's Black Pearl Guide. It's perfectly located right outside the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and very convenient for reaching the high-speed train station or the city center. The surrounding area features Longmen Ancient Street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a fantastic design, making it very photogenic. What's even better is the attractive price – the value for money is outstanding; I doubt you'll find a better deal on the entire Black Pearl list.
