This hotel perfectly interprets what ”luxury and culture coexist” means! From the lobby to the guest rooms, every design highlights the characteristics of Luoyang. The lobby's Tang Sancai, Luoyang's cultural and creative products, and even the room's doorplates are peony porcelain, which is really beautiful. The staff is warm and thoughtful. When you leave the hotel, they also gave you a customized Luoyang peony cake and cultural and creative products. Detail control is ecstatic!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Reputedly, it's the only five-star hotel in the area. The service and ambiance were both fantastic. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and the balcony offered a superb view. Breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a live Guzheng performance. Our butler proactively connected with us on WeChat, offering excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. The 'Shuixi' (water banquet) restaurant they suggested was a unanimous hit with our group.

The hygiene was excellent, and the service was good too. The leisure facilities were quite nice, and parking was very convenient. The room service was easy to order and delicious. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and a limited breakfast selection.

The hotel facilities were excellent! I was planning to hike Laojun Mountain that day, so when I saw they had a private hot spring, I booked it without hesitation! And it was indeed very comfortable! The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!

I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. . Every day in your hotel is like a VIP being taken care of gently! When I woke up in the morning, the picturesque scenery outside the window was accompanied by the hand-brewed coffee delivered by the housekeeper; when I returned in the afternoon, I found that the room was spotlessly clean and there was an extra seasonal fruit plate; after nightfall, the starry sky lights and live music by the pool instantly relieved all fatigue. Every service staff member remembered the guest's last name, the hidden alley food recommended by the concierge was more amazing than the Internet celebrity store, and the little animals folded by the housekeeper in the towel made the children happy all day. Those unexpected details - the umbrellas suddenly handed over on rainy days, the health tea in the thermos when I left the hotel, and even the honey water specially prepared after finding that I had a cold, all made people feel so moved that they wanted to write a thank-you letter! I have included this hotel in the ”must-check-in list in life”, because here, what you pay for is not only the service, but also the happiness of being cherished. ! ! !

The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station and the room is large. There was a pick-up service and the driver was not comfortable. We took a taxi by ourselves, and the hotel also reimbursed the taxi fare. The water used in the room is hot spring water, and the bath is very comfortable.
