My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Stayed here during the Chinese New Year. The lobby had Lullaby Lynn dolls, which really added to the festive atmosphere. The twin beds could be pushed together, which was great for families with kids. The room size was decent, and it even had a separate bathtub. What really made the experience special was the live Guzheng performance during breakfast. It was a wonderful touch!

The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very satisfied with the service, the parking was very convenient, it was a very good choice for business trips, the master service of the parking lot was also very thoughtful, anyway, it was good.

The hotel facilities were excellent! I was planning to hike Laojun Mountain that day, so when I saw they had a private hot spring, I booked it without hesitation! And it was indeed very comfortable! The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!

Hotel location is good, 25 years of new opening, convenient parking in the courtyard. The room is relatively large, the facilities are smart and complete, the bathroom and shower room are divided, very convenient, the small table and the small sofa are well equipped, both can rest and put clothes, the bed and pillows are also very comfortable, and sleep well. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast category is rich, and there is a special spicy soup.

I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before I went, I confirmed with the front desk that I could charge the electric car. I just came to this hotel, and after I arrived, I found that the gasoline cars and electric cars were parked randomly, occupying all the charging piles, and the security guards didn't care. Alas, there was no way to come, so I had to rest early and find a place to charge tomorrow. I checked in and smelled a musty smell as soon as I entered the room. After going to the bathroom, I found that there was no ventilation fan (or it was broken)😤! There was also a problem with the kettle (I guess something was cooked in it)! Forget it, I didn't drink it. I had breakfast in the morning. The spicy soup was okay, and the rest was just so-so. The omelette pan was made sticky by someone, and the waiter didn't care, just talking to others! (Sister, you are responsible for the hotel's failure!) I hope the hotel management will correct it in time after seeing it! It's better to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost!

Taking advantage of the holiday to bring the baby to the hot springs, this hotel can be said to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and the overall feeling of being at home. From the check-in to the departure, every link is arranged properly and thoughtfully. I booked a private soup room. The room is oversized and about 80 square meters. It is not a problem for eight or nine people in the soup pool. When I checked in, the front desk gave the baby a small snack, as well as a bath ball. The hot spring water was super good. The water temperature was 40 degrees. The bath was just right, and the baby didn’t want to come out to play in it. Fortunately, it is relatively close. During the New Year, I will definitely bring my baby to play again. I strongly recommend everyone to come. I will never step on the pit.
