Hot Springs Hotels in Henan, China

Traveling to Luoyang by car with my 10-month-old baby, I chose this hotel because it's located inside Longmen Ancient Town, right next to the Longmen Grottoes. Before we even arrived, a lovely customer service lady was already waiting for us at the parking lot with a luggage cart. She was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a brief tour of the ancient town while leading us through it. To our delight, she upgraded our room for free to a quiet, non-smoking one. The room itself was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. We received complimentary fruit and a welcome gift, and they even gave my baby a beautiful fan! Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. After a long journey, soaking in the private hot spring in the evening was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. We brought swimming gear for the baby, so he could enjoy a dip too. Next time we visit Luoyang, we will definitely stay here again: HUAZHU.LUXURY 👍🏻

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, as expected for a five-star hotel. Environment: The environment is pleasant and very quiet, making it ideal for families. However, its location at the foot of a mountain means it's inconvenient for sightseeing if you don't have a car. Service: The service was quite good, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, we weren't offered a complimentary room upgrade. The balcony in our room faced the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was rather average, with a limited selection, and didn't quite live up to the standards of other five-star hotels. It's probably more cost-effective to book a room without breakfast and dine out.

The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very satisfied with the service, the parking was very convenient, it was a very good choice for business trips, the master service of the parking lot was also very thoughtful, anyway, it was good.

The hotel facilities were excellent! I was planning to hike Laojun Mountain that day, so when I saw they had a private hot spring, I booked it without hesitation! And it was indeed very comfortable! The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!

I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. . Before leaving the hotel, the children specifically promised to stay here again next time. The service will make up for many shortcomings. I wish your hotel a prosperous business. Before I went, I confirmed with the front desk that I could charge the electric car. I just came to this hotel, and after I arrived, I found that the gasoline cars and electric cars were parked randomly, occupying all the charging piles, and the security guards didn't care. Alas, there was no way to come, so I had to rest early and find a place to charge tomorrow. I checked in and smelled a musty smell as soon as I entered the room. After going to the bathroom, I found that there was no ventilation fan (or it was broken)😤! There was also a problem with the kettle (I guess something was cooked in it)! Forget it, I didn't drink it. I had breakfast in the morning. The spicy soup was okay, and the rest was just so-so. The omelette pan was made sticky by someone, and the waiter didn't care, just talking to others! (Sister, you are responsible for the hotel's failure!) I hope the hotel management will correct it in time after seeing it! It's better to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost!

The room was okay overall, and the space was quite large. The service from the young lady the day before yesterday was very good. She gave the child a souvenir as soon as she arrived at the front desk (it's not the gift that's valuable, it's the friendship). I have to complain about the air conditioner and slippers. Let's just say that although they are disposable, they can at least be worn for a night. I felt sticky under my feet after just a few steps, and I saw that they were covered in hair. 😅😅😅 And the air conditioner was whirring all night long. It was really annoying. It is really not recommended for light sleepers.
