This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations and touched my heart. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely and thoughtful touch, showcasing the hotel's meticulous and attentive service. The front desk staff went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and resolving issues with a smile, making every moment of our stay comfortable and reassuring. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends, as I'm sure they'll experience the same wonderful warmth and hospitality. I look forward to my next visit!

On our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.

I brought my parents to Dengfeng for a weekend trip to Mount Song, and after comparing several options, we chose Zhongzhou Huading Hotel. As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the hotel's traditional Chinese architectural style. It's a garden-style hotel that combines a restaurant and accommodation. Upon entering the lobby, a concierge immediately helped us with our luggage and directed us to the front desk for check-in. Ms. Jiao Luyu at the front desk assisted us, providing smiling service throughout. She answered all our questions, helped coordinate our rooms, and processed everything quickly and with a very friendly attitude. After dinner at the restaurant, we returned to our room, which offered views of the Songshan mountain range. Enjoying tea on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also very close to Mount Song and Shaolin Temple, making it convenient for driving. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Dengfeng.

The rooms are too far away. It's far from the front desk to the elevator hall. From the elevator hall to a good room with a price of 40, you have to turn 30 times. A room with a price of more than 600 shouldn't be like this. The best thing should be that there are many projects in his yard. , two hot spring tickets were given as a gift, and the children’s tickets had to be purchased separately.

Kaifeng was so much fun, especially since we were traveling with our little one. This hotel is really great! The front desk service was exceptional, I really have to commend them. The ladies at the front desk greeted us warmly every time they saw us. They were incredibly polite and gave us fantastic recommendations for local food and attractions. It was truly wonderful.

Take the children to the Qingming holiday to Sanmenxia to go out! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the front desk staff is very good, you can solve the problem as soon as you encounter it, you can also soak in the hot springs after a day of playing back to the hotel, comfortable and relieve fatigue, and there are more convenient transportation restaurants and restaurants around. It is more than ten minutes' drive to the pit yard, which is very convenient!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The staff were incredibly helpful. They even offered to wash our dirty car with hot spring water. The air was fresh and the nights were especially peaceful. The private herbal incense here is very sophisticated and refreshing. Highly recommended! We even visited the Peony Incense Shop on the mountaintop. Everything is handmade, a hallmark of Luoyang's intangible cultural heritage. The staff patiently explained the various incense-making cultures and knowledge. It's like a true master in the mountains.

Hotel location is good, 25 years of new opening, convenient parking in the courtyard. The room is relatively large, the facilities are smart and complete, the bathroom and shower room are divided, very convenient, the small table and the small sofa are well equipped, both can rest and put clothes, the bed and pillows are also very comfortable, and sleep well. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast category is rich, and there is a special spicy soup.

Before I went, I confirmed with the front desk that I could charge the electric car. I just came to this hotel, and after I arrived, I found that the gasoline cars and electric cars were parked randomly, occupying all the charging piles, and the security guards didn't care. Alas, there was no way to come, so I had to rest early and find a place to charge tomorrow. I checked in and smelled a musty smell as soon as I entered the room. After going to the bathroom, I found that there was no ventilation fan (or it was broken)😤! There was also a problem with the kettle (I guess something was cooked in it)! Forget it, I didn't drink it. I had breakfast in the morning. The spicy soup was okay, and the rest was just so-so. The omelette pan was made sticky by someone, and the waiter didn't care, just talking to others! (Sister, you are responsible for the hotel's failure!) I hope the hotel management will correct it in time after seeing it! It's better to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost!
