Tired of the city's hustle and bustle, I finally found my 'paradise' here. Tucked away in Luoyang Banshan is an absolutely divine hotel. Opening the window reveals a lush green vista, making time seem to slow down. What I loved most was the 'private courtyard with a private hot spring' design. 24-hour natural hot spring water flows directly into your room, so no more crowded public pools. In the evening, soaking in the steamy hot spring while watching the twilight descend over the mountains melted away a whole week's fatigue. The hotel even provides rose petals and mugwort bath bags, which really elevates the experience! It's only a ten-minute drive from the Longmen Grottoes, so after exploring the ancient sites, coming back for a hot spring soak is just the perfect end to the day. Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, this place offers plenty of privacy and a relaxing vibe. The hotel also offers shuttle service, and the butler service is excellent, promptly addressing any issues. Super thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and the hot spring water temperature was just right, incredibly refreshing. A truly satisfying travel experience, highly recommended!

Traveling to Luoyang with elderly parents and children, our experience at the Fengxiang Hot Spring family suite exceeded our expectations! The room decor was playful and child-friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit, showing great attention to detail for families. The staff were consistently warm and polite throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. When my elderly parent caught a cold due to the rain and couldn't eat, the staff even brewed honey pear water and later specially prepared rice porridge – their service was gentle and incredibly caring. The private hot spring pool in the room was a huge convenience. After exploring the Longmen Grottoes during the day, we could return to the room to soak in the hot spring and ease our travel fatigue. The outdoor hot spring area also had a children's water park, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location is very close to Longmen, making it convenient for those traveling by car. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, suitable for all ages. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang. Highly recommended!

The location is great, you can see the Drum Tower right outside. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Y1 bus stop, which takes you to all the major attractions. The room has a mezzanine level, requiring a very steep staircase, which is not friendly for elderly guests. The room isn't big, and although it has a wet/dry separation, the toilet and sink are open to the sky, and I'm not sure what the purpose of this partial separation is. Then there are the 4 meals they provide. You can tell they're putting in a lot of effort, but it's actually counterproductive. The breakfast has a coffee machine, which is a plus, but there's no butter for the toast, and no dipping sauce for the fried items. There's no meat, I couldn't find any yogurt, and the dishes are very bland. For the 'Tipsy Moment' and late-night snack, the 'Tipsy Moment' offers bottled fruit wine, with the blue one being better than the pink. However, you can't take it back to your room. The late-night snacks for the two nights were white fungus soup and small wontons, and vegetable salad and pumpkin soup, respectively. You can only choose one of the limited options. The biggest issue is the fire escape plan. The escape map indicates exiting and going upstairs to the upper right, but the escape door is actually to the left upon exiting, and it lacks a clear sign. There's no 'EXIT' sign perpendicular to the corridor.

Location is ok. Some of the surfaces looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Given the ”hot spring” in the name I thought there might be a fancy pool are but it just means the hot water in the rooms comes from a hot spring. The sockets in the rooms are Chinese only so international travellers should bring an adapter or a Chinese charger for their devices.

I chose this place because it's so close to the Longmen Grottoes, probably the nearest B&B, less than 1km away, about a 20-minute walk. Being so close allowed me to visit the scenic area twice – once on the afternoon of my arrival and again the next morning. However, it was incredibly crowded everywhere, so I quickly peeked at a few grottoes and left. What a waste for such an inflated price! I suppose the high price is due to its proximity to 'Longmen,' the so-called private hot springs, and the beautifully designed public areas. But even being so close didn't help me see the grottoes properly, I didn't have time for the private hot springs, and the landscaped area was quite small. Yet, the room rate was almost on par with a luxury five-star hotel in Luoyang. The room layout was cramped, and the balcony had no view at all, which I have to complain about. As for the afternoon tea, it was just a simplified version compared to all the other hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast, however, was excellent; the beef soup and pancakes were delicious. The service was also very good, with thoughtful guidance before check-in and helpful information about the scenic area afterward. They even reimbursed my parking fee for the scenic area's garage.

Stayed at Xinye Yipin Hotel many times, this time is even more pleasant! Recently, there is a high-speed rail pick-up station service, which saves a lot of time and is too convenient. Really suitable for business trips! ! The room was clean, there was a gift of porridge in the evening, and the front desk manager Sun was warm and thoughtful, really good! If you want to come to Xinye, you must choose a product, breakfast is not bad, it is recommended

Every year when I return to my hometown of Weishi, I stay at the Jinshawan Hotel. The service is excellent, the environment is pleasant, and the free breakfast is high-quality. I went to the front desk first, and after checking in, the staff personally escorted me to the VIP building. Upon entering the room, I noticed the staff had already turned on the air conditioning, ensuring the temperature was just right. They were so thoughtful! The park is very suitable for walking dogs. Facilities: The room is quite big and has a small bay window. The TV is a new model of Xiaomi and supports screen projection. The room also put bathrobes and provided water, milk and juice. Hygienic: very clean, the bathroom is large, it is dry and wet separation. Service: Because there is no elevator, the young lady is very intimate to help carry the luggage up, and also very carefully introduced, the license plate number will help to register.

It's very close to Longmen High-speed Railway Station and the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient – no need to worry about catching your train. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties as well as Chinese and Western options. The hotel environment was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. As for service, both the front desk and housekeeping were very attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Overall, it was a very hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Luoyang for business.
