Special thanks to Mati for the excellent service! We chose the New World Hotel Qingyuan to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. From the front desk service to the room details, you could really feel the hotel's dedication. **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk staff upgraded our room and gifted us a bottle of red wine as a birthday surprise. Their service was warm and attentive, with a constant smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and tidy. The indoor hot tub was a highlight, and enjoying a hot spring bath with red wine in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The mountain view from the window was expansive, and waking up to lush greenery when drawing the curtains in the morning was incredibly relaxing. **Family-Friendly**: The kids' club had a rich variety of facilities, and our 5-year-old had a blast, especially loving the role-playing area and the slides. He was even reluctant to leave at check-out. **Great Value for Money**: Whether it was the service, the environment, or the dining, it was all well worth the price. The overall experience was very satisfying, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

A healing trip with my friend! They upgraded our room for free to the Changsheng Village, probably because it was a Monday and there weren't many guests, so more rooms were available ☺️ The temple fair was great! I recommend going right at 6 PM to eat and then enjoying it until around 10 PM. We didn't get there until 7:30 PM and felt like we didn't have enough time! Both the temple fair and breakfast food were good; it felt like they put a lot of effort into preparing everything, not just going through the motions 👍🏻 I experienced my first body scrub here! After the scrub, my skin was incredibly smooth! The next day, I also tried a Thai spa, which was super relaxing!! It was 198 for an hour, even cheaper than my usual spa, and with Thai technicians – highly recommended! After the body scrub on the first night and the oil massage on the second day, both of us felt incredibly soft and smooth 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Overall, super satisfied! We'll definitely come again!

Facilities: The hotel's interior design is adorable, featuring a giraffe theme throughout, making it perfect for family trips. It boasts a kids' play castle inside and a playground on the grounds, offering a fantastic experience that's much loved. Environment: It's very close to the park entrance. You can enjoy hot springs on the first floor, and guests get early access to the park via a fast-track lane 30 minutes before opening. The park environment is beautiful. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently delivered with a smile. Even the cleaning staff were very polite, providing excellent service. Dining: The hotel offers a buffet. Coincidentally, one of our group members had a birthday, so we got a 50% discount for them, and the rest of the group received a 15% discount. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased online. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes, catering to guests from all corners. There are also many local farm restaurants nearby, and it's easy to call a Didi (ride-sharing service) right from the hotel entrance. Animal Interaction: There are many opportunities to interact with animals in the park, and paying for feeding is well worth it. A small suggestion from me: It would be great if the hotel could set up a shop selling local specialties from Qingyuan, making it convenient for guests to buy souvenirs to take home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to my next visit!

This stay was great! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and there are many places to eat and shop around. The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are very complete, and the bed is very comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The loss prevention lady at the gate was very nice and helped me carry my luggage to the front desk. The front desk girl Qiong Qiong who checked in was also very nice. The staff were very warm and thoughtful, which made me feel the warmth of home. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good, which made me look forward to it every day. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel gym facilities are very good, and you can enjoy a quiet and luxurious accommodation environment. In short, this stay was very satisfactory and I will choose this hotel next time.

Highly recommended! Very close to Gulongxia. Loved the zen vibe here at this homestay, next to a stream! Got to know from the homestay owner that they just opened, so everything is new! Breakfast provided, it was simple but hearty. The stay came with afternoon tea set. We also had a bonfire set up by the owner, It was nice for a cold day!. For dinner, please try the homestay’s owner recommendation at the restaurant just outside his homestay. It’s farm to table food, Qing Yuan chicken is a must try! Vegetables are fresh too. Our entire Guangdong travel, this Qing Yuan homestay and their local food is our highlight! We wished we could stay longer!

It's a very nice place! I recommend it to everyone. Who wants to take a break from the city bustle. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved dinner. The convenient location close to major attraction. Clean air, hot springs and swimming pools with spa massage is awesome. The hotel rooms are clean, cozy, the cuisine is delicious. The hotel staff helped me in many ways. Thank you very much to the hotel managers - Ms. Merry, Ms. Cindy and friendly Mr. Junberry. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We will definitely come again!

This is one of the more famous hot spring hotels in Guangdong. The hotel environment is excellent, nestled against a mountain with fresh air. The hot spring pools are built halfway up the mountain, which is quite unique. The room facilities aren't new, but they are clean and tidy. The service is great; they're very responsive to requests. There are many local farm restaurants nearby with good food at reasonable prices, definitely recommended.

Nice place w.Hotspring and Swimming pool together. Swimming pool is good for kids too. Room is clean and big too. There's no options near by(walking distance). So better to stay inside hotel and relax☺️ If u prefer Western food, better go out😉

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave.
