Hot Springs Hotels in Guangdong, China

Very nice and relaxing resort. The playing area for kids is good, love the playground. Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the hair spa and it’s nice. Breakfast is good. Just the hot spring area is a bit small and not feel like having hot spring afterwards.

We stayed at the cozy hamlet. The room and the hotel feels new and clean. The environment is quite pleasant. Sometimes children passed in the corridor outside of the room and were a bit noisy, but not during sleeping time. The dinner buffet is massive with a huge variety of food and the taste is good. The hot springs are clean and often the water is renewed. It was provided towels and even swimsuits if in need. Downside was having a big amount of people at the hotsprings on Saturday afternoon including children splashing and playing in some springs and pools, and an older man blowing his nose in the swimming pool water… Any kind of people is allowed in the space as long as they can pay so if you expect a zen or luxury experience, chose somewhere else. I will for sure return to the hotsprings but I may do so with a day pass. The room is comfortable but with such long time spent outdoors at the sprigs, dinner, games, and massages, and since we cannot use the springs after checkout is best to buy day passes and sleep elsewhere in the city.

Since the hotel is new, the facilities and cleanliness are good. However, the service was just so-so. 1. When I booked on Ctrip, it stated that adding a baby crib was free, but when I checked in and asked the front desk, they said they don't offer such a service. 2. When I checked in at the front desk, I noticed a birthday amenity and took a photo, requesting a birthday setup for December 8th. In the end, the staff said they forgot. I asked for a small cake as a gesture, but they said they couldn't prepare one. I then asked for a fruit platter, and they gave me a few pieces of fruit without even peeling them for me. Finally, looking at the photo I took, the 'request' I made was actually already included in the birthday amenity. 3. We went to the hot springs, and the staff member was checking if my package included it. While he was checking, my one-year-old child enthusiastically greeted him, but he didn't even glance at my child, let alone respond. 4. The only difference between the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet was the addition of sashimi. If it's not included in your package, there's really no need to specifically buy it. 5. The resort is quite remote; if you want to go out for a decent meal, you usually have to drive at least 25 minutes.

The hotel lobby is very grand. When I arrived at the hotel, Manager Li and Xiaozhi were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The hotel is European in style, with well-maintained facilities. I am very satisfied with the overall feeling. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the park environment is beautiful, suitable for taking photos and checking in. Thank you Manager Li and Xiaozhi for their patient explanations. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity. It is a recommended tourist resort.

It is highly recommended to go to the creek below to listen to the sound of running water, feel the cool breeze. It is very relaxing and comfortable The room is very large, the decoration is also very beautiful, and there is a refrigerator, I watched the screen for a few minutes, the result is no membership, [cover face] However, the very large screen color looks very comfortable, also very courteous equipped with disposable bath film + medicine bag + rose petals, that is, the rose petals are a little less, you can buy a little sprinkle a little will be quite out of the film 🥰 bathing hot springs to adjust the water, too hot easily dizzy (do not eat + drink at most, go down) It’s not peak season, the surroundings are quiet and there’s a lot of delicious food, but it’s a bit of a walk and be careful with those buses Afternoon tea is selected very tasty 😋, cantaloupe sweet, and a chrysanthemum tea hot to drink, breakfast sweet potatoes can be removed from the skin so you do not have to dirty your hands, kittens are also eating shows that it is also very recognized ☺️ When we left, we were given a souvenir, a teacup🍵. You can also take a boat ride or have your photos taken for an additional fee (3 photos are free). 😍😍😍 Jeremy took photos of us, and they turned out amazing.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, but its location on a hillside made getting to and from the lobby by golf cart quite inconvenient. We arrived at 12:00 PM, and the hotel told us check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM. After lunch, we returned at 2:00 PM only to be told our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. The check-in process was very slow, with only one person at the front desk. In contrast, at checkout, there were two staff members who seemed quite relaxed, resulting in a very long wait to get checked in. The hotel breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet dishes and taste were just average, and the selection of dessert cakes was limited. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel's main building was overpriced and the food was absolutely terrible; it was much better value for money to eat at the small restaurants nearby. The hot spring area had excellent facilities, with several different pools, hot stone beds, and a fish spa. However, there were people smoking in various areas of the hot springs, disturbing others, and people on the hot stone beds were loudly playing videos, which was very noisy, and no one seemed to be managing this.

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave.
