I took my girlfriend out to play. My girlfriend said she was very satisfied. The hotel service was very good. The front desk gave me a very warm impression. The warm reception of Xiaozhi and Manager Li offset the fatigue on the road. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I felt sincerely received. Although the room had closed windows, it gave people a Hakka walled house style. The night view was particularly beautiful! The Four Points by Sheraton Bavaria was beyond expectations. The environment was beautiful, the facilities were well maintained, not as scary as the reviews said, and the hygiene was also very clean. It is an old hotel, and it seems that a lot of effort has been put into maintenance. I have the opportunity to bring my family back for vacation. Extremely satisfied! Mati contacted us a few days in advance with check-in details, and even helped us upgrade our room type on the day of arrival. The room was incredibly clean – the tables were spotless, and the floors and bathtub were all pristine. I absolutely love hotels with great hygiene! I also really enjoyed the public hot spring area; the water was very clean, and the environment was elegant. It was super comfortable to have drinks and chat with friends in the lobby in the evening.

They upgraded us to a suite and promptly provided a bed rail for the baby. We even received complimentary dessert soup in the evening! The private hot spring pool in the room was clean and convenient, and soaking in it melted away all my fatigue, significantly enhancing the joy of our stay. Whether for relaxation or a gathering with family and friends, this is an outstanding choice. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The bedding was soft and odor-free, and the hygiene facilities were very well-equipped. The readily available disinfectant everywhere made me feel very safe. The thoughtful details really stood out: the shower/foot wash stone was a brilliant design, specially made for larger guests, those with high blood pressure, and pregnant women to make showering easier. The drying hanger meant I never had to worry about clothes not drying on rainy days – these small touches really showed the hotel's care. The smart features were a definite bonus. The Xiaodu tablet in the room was a godsend for lazy people; I could control all the room's devices with just my voice – adjusting the temperature, turning on lights, or ordering services without even getting up. So convenient and smart! The intelligent toilet had full functionality and was comfortable to use, adding a touch of high tech. What I must praise the most is the front desk service. They greeted me with smiles, communicated gently and patiently, and when I had an urgent request, they not only responded quickly but also adapted flexibly to solve the problem. They truly delivered on every request, without any perfunctory or delayed responses, making me feel incredibly warm and valued. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the stay far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be coming back for a second visit!

Upon entering, you can tell this hotel is positioned as quite upscale. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained. The room I booked was newly renovated, so it was clean and hygienic. The service staff were also good and attentive. However, what surprised me most was the hot spring. It seemed to be a genuine hot spring; my skin felt smooth after soaking in it. The water quality was excellent, and there were many facilities to enjoy in the hot spring area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, truly a paradise for families with kids. I was hesitant to go before because of negative reviews online, but once I went, it was a whole new world! Although it was indeed crowded, it was very well managed. Breakfast was served until 12 PM with a continuous supply of delicious, not just perfunctory, food. The temple fair was also crowded with lots of fun activities. You can take the kids to play first and then go eat later; after 8 PM, there are no queues for food. For around 200+ (presumably RMB), there are all sorts of snacks, salmon, steak, malatang, teppanyaki, various Thai desserts, snacks, and entertainment – seriously, it's more than enough! The hot spring area is also excellent. The hot spring pools are continuously refilled and cleaned. The complimentary snacks, drinks, teas, desserts, ice cream, bread, and fruits are constantly replenished. Towels are readily available. There are also several ball pits where you can leave the kids, allowing adults to enjoy their meals and activities with peace of mind. Before going, I thought it was expensive and crowded, but after experiencing it, I realized the price was totally worth it. I'll definitely go again!

This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary fireworks display during our New Year's Day holiday stay! Perhaps due to the holiday, the buffet was very crowded, and the variety wasn't extensive. I didn't see any red wine, and soft drinks cost extra, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the stone-ground rice rolls were a specialty and absolutely delicious! Overall, as a resort hotel, it's quite good!

On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.
