The day I checked in, the sky was a bit gloomy, so I didn't have high expectations. Stepping into the room, I found the colors warm and soothing, not glaring at all, which had a naturally calming effect. The view outside the window was simple yet comforting, like a small boat gently resting in an ink wash painting. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows had a faint, pleasant aromatherapy scent. Bruce, the server, had an attitude that was neither overbearing nor overly humble; it was like a cool breeze on your cheek, making you feel relaxed. Although breakfast wasn't lavish, every dish tasted just right, like a home-cooked meal. When I checked out, it was drizzling, and someone was quietly holding an umbrella at the entrance – a small gesture that left a ripple in my heart. This place is like a light, cheerful poem, effortlessly touching your soul.

This hotel offers an authentic hot spring experience with numerous indoor and outdoor pools. There are plenty of facilities and entertainment options for children, making it ideal for families. The service is excellent; Mati added me on WeChat a day in advance and was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Our room was upgraded to a Deluxe King, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a soak in the afternoon upon arrival and again the next morning – highly recommended!

I visited this hotel a few years ago and had a great experience. This time, I stayed for a night before the Chinese New Year, enjoyed the hot springs, and found the room to be quite spacious and very clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch. It's much better than other hotels of a similar type. Definitely a positive review!

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just right—not too firm, not too soft. All my fatigue melted away as soon as I lay down, and I slept soundly through the night, getting a really high-quality sleep. The room was fully equipped; the air conditioning, TV, internet, hot water, and lighting all worked perfectly. The internet speed was stable and fast, great for both work and streaming shows. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the drainage was quick. The vanity was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making them pleasant and reassuring to use. Any requests I had were met with a quick response and timely resolution from customer service. The cleaning staff were meticulous and responsible, never disturbing guests or cutting corners, and always respecting my privacy.

As Zhanjiang's state guesthouse, the environment is truly exceptional, with lush greenery. It boasts amenities such as hot springs, a swimming pool, a water park, and dry and wet saunas… the back door leads directly to the beach and pier. The only drawback is that the rooms are somewhat cramped.

Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring Resort, a long-standing Japanese-style open-air hot spring in Zhuhai, has become a popular weekend getaway for visitors from surrounding areas, thanks to its unique Japanese ambiance, rich hot spring experiences, and comprehensive facilities. Here's a multi-dimensional review: **Environment and Design** The Imperial Hot Spring is centered around a Japanese garden style, with antique wooden buildings, traditional tiled eaves, and bamboo-lined hot spring pools creating a picturesque scene. When the red lanterns light up at night, the atmosphere is incredibly captivating, and every photo taken looks straight out of Kyoto. The park is lush with greenery, and the hot spring pools are nestled amidst the foliage, offering excellent privacy. The pool water is regularly changed (approximately every 4 hours), and its cleanliness has been praised in many reviews. **Hot Spring Experience** The open-air area boasts nearly a hundred unique hot spring pools, including the 'N' power of Six Blessings Soup, herbal baths, specialty wine baths, and fruit and vegetable baths, offering both health benefits and fun. The carbonic acid springs have fine bubbles, the traditional Chinese medicine pools exude herbal aromas, and the stone slab recliners provide a detoxifying and health-promoting experience, catering to diverse needs. Soaking in the hot springs at night is particularly delightful, enjoying tranquility amidst the starry sky and swirling mist. **Facilities** * **Dining:** The Grand Temple Fair buffet is a major highlight, offering unlimited freshly prepared dishes like Brazilian BBQ, charcoal-grilled oysters, and Cantonese dim sum, along with complimentary fruits and soft drinks, providing excellent value for money per person. * **Leisure & Entertainment:** In addition to the hot springs, there are saunas, massage rooms (with Thai/Chinese therapists available), steam rooms, and a children's play area. Evening fireworks displays and interactive NPC activities add to the fun. * **Accommodation:** Various room types are available, including Japanese tatami rooms and LOFT villas, some with private hot springs. The room details are meticulously crafted (e.g., Japanese-style bathrobes, wooden clogs), though soundproofing in some rooms could be better. **Service and Value for Money** The staff are generally warm and attentive, offering water and detailed guidance. The massage therapists are highly skilled, with the Thai stretching and hot salt bag services being particularly recommended. During the off-season, the per-person cost is approximately 400-600 RMB (including accommodation + hot springs + dining). Prices increase on weekends and holidays, but the overall experience remains competitive. **Drawbacks and Suggestions** During peak times, it can get crowded, and some pools are relatively shallow. There have been occasional service oversights at the front desk, so it's advisable to inquire about directions in advance. Families with children should pay attention to the child-free ticket policy, as some game activities have age restrictions. **Conclusion** Imperial Hot Spring Resort, with its core offering of 'exquisite Japanese service + diverse hot spring experiences,' is suitable for travelers seeking an immersive vacation and attention to detail. If you prefer a quiet, healing retreat or want a one-stop experience of hot springs and local culture, this place is definitely worth a visit.

This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.

An excellent stay! Moving here from a crowded local hotel next door, I found this branded hotel to be much more reliable. If you prefer a quiet, less-crowded place for a family vacation with kids, or if you enjoy swimming, this is a great choice. **Service:** The response time was quick, and they answered every question. The hotel isn't huge, but there's a wide variety of recreational activities. For families with kids, I recommend staying two nights to experience everything. **Facilities:** I was pleasantly surprised to find that the outdoor pool uses hot spring water! For younger children, there's a mini-train, slides, and a ball pit. Older kids can enjoy go-karts, archery, a climbing net, biscuit DIY, and kayaking. Just follow the schedule. The mini-train stops running in the rain. The pool also has small boats and popular inflatable ducks available for use. **Breakfast:** The food was delicious, especially the waffles. It wasn't crowded, so we could enjoy our meal comfortably.

You can tell a lot of thought went into the details. **Amenities:** There's a stream nearby for fishing and playing in the water. On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!

I stayed here for a while, and the room was very clean. The environment was also perfect for our vacation and wellness retreat. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, food stalls, and snacks. The beach is super clean, and my kids loved playing there. I genuinely recommend it!

GGuest UserThis is our second time bringing the kids to Forest Sea Resort, and this time we chose the Ocean Family Loft Suite. My child absolutely loved the climbing net facility. Playing in the sand and water on the palm-lined beach, riding electric boats on the lake, catching fish and shrimp, and having a blast at the indoor heated water park – it's truly a paradise for young children. The room voucher included buffet breakfast and dinner. I have to say, the buffet dinner was even better than last year! The package deal overall saved us both hassle and money. The butler service was very patient. Thumbs up to the hotel staff!

AAnonymous UserThe room offers an excellent view, absolutely stunning ocean views. The service from the attentive butler was truly outstanding, proactive and thoughtful, even bringing water to the room. The environment is pleasant, aside from a construction site nearby. Despite the construction, there was no dust or noise, which was a huge plus. The hotel offers many facilities, but unfortunately, the sky garden was closed, and the rafting experience was canceled. We happened to catch a wedding during our stay, and there was a live singer at 8 PM. In the afternoon, at 2 PM, there were even deer around. I'd advise parents to keep a close eye on their kids as the deer can be quite energetic and strong. I have two suggestions: 1. The sand on the man-made section of the beach is quite coarse, not as comfortable as the natural sand closer to the shore. 2. The Qiáo Shí Bar doesn't offer much of a coastal view at night. It would be much nicer if it had lighting, similar to the one in Bali, which really enhances the experience.

EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserSo quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

GGuest UserThere were plenty of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded, so we basically had a pool to ourselves, and the water was quite clean. They upgraded our room for free, and it had a small hot spring tub on the balcony. The room was spacious enough and the environment was pleasant. The buffet dinner and breakfast were decent, among the better options compared to other hot spring hotels nearby. Overall, it was a good experience.

GGuest UserAmbiance: Beautiful with several hot spring areas, each with its unique charm. Service: Very attentive. The staff by the pools reminded us to drink more water, which was a very thoughtful touch. The ticket checker downstairs even proactively helped us call an electric buggy. Overall, the service experience was excellent. Public Area Hot Spring Ticket: Many pools, lots of choices, a bit crowded on weekends. Couple's Buffet Dinner: A super wide variety of dishes, very satisfying. Korean Jjimjilbang: Quite good.

SShenzhenshanmoweiyunChecked in at night, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise! We immediately went for a hot spring bath. Even though the weather was cold, the hotel's excellent facilities, friendly service, and high-quality hot springs instantly washed away our fatigue and left us feeling joyful. Waking up, we saw our upgraded room faced the pool, a lush lawn, and a serene lake with beautiful mountain views – everything was just perfect. It was the best scenery I've ever seen, a breathtaking combination of human design and nature's artistry. Absolutely stunning! Both breakfast and lunch were top-notch too! My mom and friends were all very satisfied. We'll definitely come back for another vacation if we get the chance.

GGuest UserAs a regular guest who has booked dozens of stays at Biquan, this was my first time using the Trip.com corporate app to book, and it seems there was a slight discount. Biquan's service, as always, deserves a 5-star rating. Front desk staff member Li Min always has my preferred room ready early and notifies me promptly, and she handles the check-in process personally and efficiently. This time, I also want to specifically commend Li Lijiao from the housekeeping department on the 7th floor of Ginza for her incredibly quick response to guest requests like extra blankets. Li Huidan at the buffet restaurant always proactively offers additional services like delivering hot food, and supervisor He Meiyan personally takes care of everything from reserving tables to queuing for food and even clearing dishes. The only downside, which warrants a deduction, is the cleanliness of the swimming pool. The bottom edges were covered in unsightly stains. I remember in previous years, I would often see staff cleaning the pool late at night from my room around 9 PM, without affecting its opening the next day, but I haven't seen that in a long time. Also, they should at least require swimmers to wear swimming caps, like other five-star hotels. I hope to see improvements on my next visit.
