yonaThe hotel is quite large, offering various types of accommodations. Since it was summer, check-in was a bit slow. Later, due to an issue with our room, they promptly helped us switch to another building, which was great. The private pools are cleaned and refilled for each guest, which is a nice touch. However, Guangzhou's weather is really humid, with daily heavy rains and showers, so clothes never really dry. The two playgrounds at the hotel are perfect for kids – a water play area and a jungle adventure park. There's no need to go to other attractions. The breakfast, however, wasn't great. During peak times, the organization was poor, and their ability to handle the crowd was weak. There wasn't much variety in the dishes, and they weren't very tasty. Plus, there are a lot of mosquitoes in Guangzhou.

Guest UserThe room was an absolute delight! We had a wonderful lady at the front desk who upgraded us, not just to a higher floor, but to a suite – what an amazing surprise! We had a 270-degree sea view, and could even watch the sunrise from bed 🌅. The hotel is right next to the scenic area, and we could enter directly with our room key. We made countless trips to the Reef Bar for some fantastic photos. All in all, we were extremely satisfied!

ShiwodeyueliangSeriously unearthed a hidden gem! The environment is incredibly healing; opening the window reveals stunning views of green mountains and trees. The air is fresh, it's wonderfully quiet, and it's so relaxing to be away from the city hustle. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!

JuzimanmanThe front desk processed check-in quickly, and we were greeted with a lovely petal hand-washing ritual.
Service: The service was warm and attentive; every staff member we encountered greeted us with a polite smile.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable, but the plunge pool on the balcony had small flies and some unknown dried leaves.
Ambiance: The hotel's Lingnan architectural style made us feel like we were nestled among mountains and rivers. It was uncrowded and serene, very peaceful.
Facilities: There's a gym and a swimming pool, but activities for children are limited, and the one or two daily kids' activities come with an extra charge.
Overall, it was good, but it's pricier compared to other Banyan Tree resorts. Although it's by the sea, the beach isn't particularly attractive, and there's no private beach; the seawater was quite murky.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

AmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

The experience at Zengcheng Jinxiu Xiangjiang Hot Spring Hotel far exceeded my expectations – highly recommended!
The hotel boasts an unparalleled environment, nestled against green mountains and surrounded by waterfalls and forests. Every breath feels like pure, oxygen-rich air.
The hot spring area is ingeniously designed, with various themed pools like herbal and floral baths, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural charm. The spring water is wonderfully warm and truly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with balconies opening directly to mountain views, creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
The service was simply impeccable. From check-in guidance to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and paid attention to every detail. The buffet breakfast was lavish, and the local delicacies were unforgettable.
Whether you're traveling with family or on a romantic getaway, you'll find a rhythm here that truly relaxes your mind and body. It's definitely on my 'will visit again' list!

Anonymous UserSanYing Hot Spring truly understands how to deliver a relaxing experience! After a soak, you can enjoy complimentary freshly sliced fruit, and the in-room self-service drinks are very reasonably priced. We stayed in a 1.5-meter twin room in the Candy Flying House. While not huge, it was perfectly spacious enough for two adults and one child.
The private bath sachet for 38 yuan added so much to the hot spring atmosphere. The buffet restaurant was spacious, and while the breakfast selection was basic, it was certainly filling. My only minor complaint is that there weren't many dessert options, but the Indian flying bread was absolutely outstanding.
The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. I typically get motion sickness and asked if I could take an orange from the hot spring area, even though fruit usually isn't allowed to be taken out, and they kindly agreed. Upon checkout, they even gave us a small gift. The service was heartfelt, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely be back again!

Guest UserThe hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained, and the room hygiene is acceptable. This family suite is a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, with spacious rooms that are pretty good for families. It has two balconies, but since it's on the ground floor, the view is almost completely blocked.
However, I have to complain about the bathroom. Soon after checking in, we noticed a sewage smell. First, the bathroom in the living room started smelling, which made the entire living room stinky. I reported it to the front desk, and they arranged to fix it. Later that night, when we returned, the smell in the living room bathroom was gone, but then the bathroom in the bedroom started emitting an odor. A little while later, the living room bathroom started smelling again.
Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the stay because of the smell. It's likely due to old plumbing in the building. But the staff's attitude was good; they promptly brought water and carpet replenishment when requested at night.
Perhaps because it was the May Day holiday, the breakfast buffet required queuing and entry in shifts. Plus, the food selection was limited, and it was crowded, so the experience wasn't great.
