"Other than the good location and good staff, there are no other advantages. The room is small, and although there is a table, there are no chairs. The walls are dirty and the wifi is unstable. The building is old, so the air conditioner is noisy. There is no toilet seat to sit on, and only cold showers are available. No problem staying the night. However, you can go to the beach in just 1 minute through a narrow alley."

"My entire experience staying in this hostel is great! The receptionist is so nice and accommodating. She wears a smile a lot and respectful. She tries to provide whatever I needed. The location of the hostel is close to the beach and everything from shops to restaurants. It is well-maintained. I will be choosing this hostel again when I visit boracay as it is affordable and able to meet backpackers of diverse personality and characters"

First, I'd like to give credit where it's due—the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They definitely deserve 5 stars for their service.
Unfortunately, the accommodations are in need of a major renovation. I had to pay extra for a blanket, and the one I received wasn't even in good condition—it had a tear. I also requested a hair dryer, but I was told I could only use it for one hour.
As you can see from the photos, many of the furniture pieces need repainting, and the room itself looks quite worn. My air conditioner had ice building up on it, which made me think it probably needs cleaning or maintenance.
The bathroom also had several issues. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and there was no shower curtain, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. I actually apologized to the housekeeping staff when I checked out because of the mess, even though it wasn't really my fault.
Overall, this hotel just wasn't for me. It may suit other travelers, but I hope management takes reviews like this into consideration, especially since the location is actually excellent—it's only about an 8-minute walk to SM.
Oh, and one last thing... I was a bit surprised to see a large poster in the lobby promoting HIV testing and screening. It caught me off guard and made the atmosphere feel a little unsettling. 😅

Overall stay was 100000/10. Definitely will come back to boracay and will book the same hotel. Thank you so much Island inn boracay! I hope that you will not be pricey on the next months or years!

GGuest UserEverything was good; check-in was fast, and the room had everything I needed. Surprisingly, it wasn't hot even without the air conditioning on (though there was one, I just didn't use it). The hotel is located right next to a shopping center where you can find everything you need. Breakfast was very simple – not a buffet, but a portion of rice, nuggets, and an egg, plus 3-in-1 coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

TTravelLinaIt's a great hostel with friendly staff and I really enjoyed my stay there. But tbh the curtains for the top bunks are a bit ridiculous since they not hanging from the ceiling. And the price is too high. But it's a nice hostel with great Internet.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved the Cool Stay Inn. The staff were so so helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to help us. We loved our room it was clean and practical. The bed was comfortable. They have a guest kitchen with fridge stove and all the facilities. You can make a cup of coffee or a meal. The Cool Stay Inn is in a great location. We walked to beautiful White Beach beautiful for swimming. Bulabog beach where we enjoyed watching lots of talented kite surfers. We caught very cheap share tricycles to Puka shell beach and Diniwid 2 other lovely beaches. We loved The Chill out bar and restaurant next door. We had most of our meals there. I great range of food also for me being a Vegan Vegetarian. A swimming pool was also available to us 2 doors up. We had such a great 4 nights in Boracay thanks to staying at the Cool Stay Inn. We had great conversations with many other travellers staying there. We cannot recommend this place enough. We are 77yo and 72yo Australians by the way.

Мебель простая, но матрас на кровати хороший, полочки для посуды и шкаф для одежды есть. Мыло и туалетная бумага в наличии. Рекомендуем на 1-2 ночи. Местоположение отличное.

Friendly in a way the location is super great its near all the top resto and pasalubong and some famous destination. The size of the room is also great...
my only bad experince this time is the cleanliness but other part of the room was ok. Just some part of the toilet are moldy which need some chemical to use and the linen below got dry stain.... but overall the hotel was great and definitely will be back again.
And hopefully next year i will highlight this before i will check in so they can check first the room.
However they actually wanted to do room change but the hotel was full as per reception so i respect them.

GGuest UserI had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Boracay! The location is really convenient, especially since it’s close to many events, shops and great dining spots. Everything was just a short walk or ride away, which made our stay super easy and fun.
The staff were all very kind and attentive, always making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and well-mainted.
Overall, i highly recommend this place to anyone whos planning to visit Boracay and who wants a comfortable, hassle free and enjoyable stay. 😊

GGuest UserLOCATION: Very convenient. Right at the heart of the city. Essentially, one jeepney ride away from most of the known city attractions. A few meters away from the La Paz Public Market, home to some of the finest La Paz Batchoy the city has to offer.
ROOM: Nothing fancy. It gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay and rest for an overnight business trip. It is just unfortunate that the room (Room 401) that got assigned to me was facing the main street. The sounds of the vehicles was audible from the inside. Also, the aircon was malfunctioning the entire night.
STAFF: Very friendly and kind.
Will I stay here again? Yes. Just hoping I won't get assigned to Room 401.
