The place is ok. If you just sleep there and go out to explore the city. The room is small. The bathroom is spacious enough for two. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It's very close to SM and Bacolod Plaza and Cathedral. You can just walk to get there.

We had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel. The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. It's wonderful that the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for guests.
10min walk to the beach, shuttle bus to/from Station 2 4x a day. Clean, nice staff. Beds could have some curtains for more privacy - that's only one thing I can complain about, all other things are great

Wow! What a place. Had the most incredible time here over almost two weeks. The staff were incredible helpful. The manager Ricky was a top lad and always went to try and make your experience that little bit better. The girls working on the front desks alongside all those in the kitchen really helped. Shoutout to the security guy on being welcoming too. Great facilities but it would be better with the info being better but I guess it’s a tiny island so you only have to work with what you’ve got. A lot of special nights were out on like Chinese New Year and Australia Day celebrations. It’s right next door to mad monkey if you want to have a few beers at chill out then head there a little later is what I’d recommend rather than going to MM early and being in your bed before sunset. Met the most crazy and caring people there and it was a really friendly environment. Would totally recommend and as for the cost then it was very reasonable. Would like to see them introduce a credit system at the bar so you can keep a tab of what you’ve spent but also makes it easier than having a inch of small coins in your pocket. Beautiful place with great people. Would 100% go back .
It is 3 kilometers from the airport and 5 minutes in the morning dudu, but the facilities in the hotel are not flattering. The door of the room is the kind of toilet door, the key to open the door, but the key can not be locked with the key. The air-conditioning is the square air-conditioning of the 50s and 60s. It can't be adjusted. The 1.2-meter bed can be said to be very simple. But for only one night, I don’t care.

I recently stayed at Chillax Boracay as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first trip to Boracay. The hotel is very budget-friendly without compromising comfort, which made my stay both affordable and enjoyable. I also had the chance to meet other travelers, which added to the experience. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling solo and looking for a friendly, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

One of the advantages is the proximity to the coastline, only 5 minutes. The furniture is quite old, there is a mountain of dust on the air conditioner. The shower hose is broken, making it impossible to wash. Sliding doors practically do not get damaged; each time you need to lock them with a key, you need to spend about 20 minutes.
-Washing in the bathroom is not very convenient. Sometimes someone goes to the bathroom because it washes. But the bathroom is clean. -The bed is not very stable but the mattress is good. + Hostel has a wonderful family. In general, the atmosphere of the hostel is pleasant. You can ask to be prepared from the product for an additional fee. + The map seems to be far from the center, but you can actually walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The harbor is also within walking distance.

Very Good
The place was stunning and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Perfect place.
Here we are again—another review, another set of points. But honestly, Sta. Rosa Inn made it easy. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t pretend to be a five-star resort, but still gives you a five-star nap. Clean room? Check. Chill vibes? Check. Staff who are so nice it makes you suspicious they’re secretly angels? Double check. It’s a solid pick if you’re in Iloilo and just need a cozy, no-drama place to crash. Bonus: didn’t get haunted. 10/10.
Probably one of the cheapest but clean. clean sheets and towels, spacious room considering it's a budget room that we paid for, a tricy away from the market, airport etc etc.
Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere.
I find myself consistently returning to this hotel, and for good reason. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being just steps from the sea is pure bliss. The entire property has a wonderfully tranquil vibe, making it the ideal place to unwind. Combined with the tasty and satisfying food, it's a recipe for a perfect, relaxing getaway. I can't recommend it highly enough!
Very good place to stay for solo traveler. The staff are friendly. The only con is since this is a dorm type you need to manage your expectation of who might be your room mate cause I'm telling you some of them might not be as considerate as you may be. But they have solo room just approach the staff and ask about it.
Spacious room for two person; clean and very the La Paz public market. Was able to walk to JM Basa st. (8k steps); worth your money especially for a solo traveller.
The front desk was accommodating and just few steps away to the beach. The hotel just lack some rugs or door mat at front of the common bathroom to wipe our feet. Without the rugs, our floor (4th floor) especially the common bathroom area was slippery. Other than this, our stay was fantastic.
