The accommodation was clean and had a Japanese ryokan atmosphere. Although I didn't use the bath, the facilities were excellent. I plan to book Brown Dot Hotel again for my next trip. My clothes were damp from the rain, but it was great that the Styler dried them fresh. The in-room karaoke facility also made our stay enjoyable. It was our first trip to Gunsan together with my mother and niece, and it created wonderful memories.

I had the most beautiful stay at One Madison in Jeonju — truly unforgettable. This hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with the elegance of a traditional Korean hanok. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into a peaceful, aesthetic dream. The architecture preserves the authentic hanok charm, but everything inside feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite parts was the traditional-style bathtub inspired by classic hanok design — it made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. Taking a bath there felt like traveling back in time, but with all the modern comfort you could possibly want. The atmosphere is calm, intimate, and incredibly photogenic. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully curated. The details, the lighting, the textures — everything feels intentional and harmonious. If you’re visiting Jeonju and want a stay that feels cultural, elegant, and cozy at the same time, this is absolutely the place. I fell in love with it and would 100% stay here again. Brand new hostel. SELF CHECK-IN - be sure to get a message from the owner for security code to open door-- he may text it- does your ESim get texts? SHOES OFF signs- but not in listed Trip.com policies. 1 toilet, 1 urinal for potentially several dudes. Great kitchen, potable water dispenser, brand new mattresses, privacy blind eaxh bunk, bunk light and socket, small towel provided, A/C works great, very close to the Hanok Village, very close to bus back to train station. Place is brand new.

The value for money and location are the best. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are decent for the price. The staff are friendly, and the service and provided amenities (toiletries - toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, disposable coffee, plenty of towels, bottled water, etc.) are all top-notch. Regarding the slight noise at night, I consider it to be due to the guests' poor attitude rather than the W Motel itself, so I view it as acceptable. The parking facilities were spacious enough, so I used them without any inconvenience. The level of customer service at the front desk was also very appreciated. The floor heating worked well, making it very comfortable to sit on the floor late at night to chat or share snacks and drinks. The free internet and access to media, such as Netflix on the TV, were very convenient and great. I am also adding a review of Mexican Chicken, located near Motel W, as their service and quality were excellent.

Host's were really friendly and supportive. Room has floor heating and due to that room got really hot. Shower is really good. We had an issue with the bedding where we complained to the host and he looked into it wanting to give you another room but we stayed in that room as it was only for two nights. More towels have been also provided after requesting them and a welcome bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and a few other toiletries were in that bag. Water bottles as much you ask for and even at the checkout the host lady gave us each 2 bottles of water to take with us which was really appreciated and a rare first gesture I experienced.

Everything was good compared to the its price. The only thing I wanna mention is breakfast. The hotel offers breakfast option for 15,000KRW. But the quality or the selection of menu were not appropriate for the price. There was only very limited foods option poached egg, scrambled egg, steamed dumplings, sausages, bacon, steamed rice, korean seaweed soup, 5 Korean side dishes(like as kimchi), only white toast, dinner bread, croissants, x3 different juices and milk. You may be disappointed with this. Otherwise everything satisfied my needs I have willing to stay again. This stat changed my perception of IBIS hotel chain. I

I really liked the receptionist here. She was very friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the location is very convenient as it's near the Jeonju bus station. 😘😘 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeonju!

The place is relatively clean although there are mosquitoes inside the room so you gotta spray the mosquito spray so that it wont bite you when u sleep xD Location wise is pretty good in a sense that it is near attractions, church, and the hanok village. Its just that at night its pretty dark so if youre a girl alone, best not to stay up until late. The reception was really nice and friendly, he made me feel welcomed! Amenities are also not bad, all the necessities are covered and the soap smells vv nice xD (pls dont mind the bed in the second picture… haha thats when i left but it was rly neat when i went.)

The check-in was confusing because we did not receive a note about room, password etc. So our check-in was definitely not contactless. +++ The room is good, specious with all standard amenities. +++ The bed is really comfortable with a great topper for the mattress. Unfortunately the water took like 15min to heat up and we could not regulate the floor heating. The aircon did not work properly, even with the universal remote it did not heat. There is also no ”real” window with a view. For the night it was okay but after a cold winter day I would have pleased a good heating and warm shower.

Good value for money overall. Possibility to do laundry. Some negligence in cleanliness given the amount of waste under the bed, or the smell of the towels (probably poorly dried). Very easy to hear other residents in the surrounding rooms. I still recommend it for those on a tight budget and who can easily fall asleep despite the potential noise pollution.
