TTommy Mh LauThe best backpacker guesthouse. Self check in with details explanation from front desk. Typical hostel style and facilities. Free sauna and location is good. Guesthouse are under Beppu Tower. Nice experience.

HHannah R CWe loved the Japanese style room with tatami mats, incredibly spacious room, amazing Japanese breakfast included in (low) price, great location that was walking distanc to Hyotan Onsen and the Beppu Jigoku (Hells of Beppu). The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us a hand-drawn map of local onsens and restaurants. To note: Showers were only 7.30-8.30am (same time as m breakfast at 7.30am) or 7-10pm in the evening, but you had to request to shower, because most people shower at the onsens instead.

KKubackpackerWe had a very nice stay. The room was very pleasant, with a lovely view, and the welcome was very kind. The accommodation is also very well located, close to the sea. Free services are also available, such as the onsen and bicycles. Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

GGuest UserIt was already 4:30 pm when we entered Yufuin on the first day. The owner had already turned on the air conditioner in our room and provided instructions on how to use the hot springs. He was afraid that we would not be able to visit the attractions before they closed, so he drove us to the fairytale town. Although it was closed in the end, we were familiar with the route. He also helped us check the bus schedule the next day. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe hospitality of the inn is amazing. I made a reservation on the day to sleep during my Kyushu mountaineering expedition. Clean futon. Wrapped in clean sheets, I was able to sleep soundly. I was going mountaineering the next day, so when I left early in the morning, there was a letter on my shoes. It made me feel very warm and futon-like. Sagara-san, I was moved! I would like to go again if I am in the area. There is a hot spring and a set meal restaurant. There is also free parking at night at the station. If you ask the restaurant staff, they will happily give you advice. I recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, suitable for young people. The price is affordable. There are free hot springs nearby for the three days of New Year. It is only a seven- to eight-minute walk from Beppu Station. There is something to find on Baidu Maps. The owner is Chinese and very enthusiastic. Easy to find with Google Maps

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying in the Youth Hostel. The experience is very good. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. I am very patient to introduce the facilities. I will also greet you very warmly when I go. The girl bed in the room is very clean. The Youth Hostel has no smell. Everyone is of high quality and very quiet. I slept more than 10 o'clock and went out to play at 8 o'clock. I will stay here next time I come to Beppu! !
