GGabr’elaGreat location, space and cleanliness definitely puts you at ease as it is a hostel (I was in the 14 bedder). I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be in the centre.  I read the reviews about social events before booking and saw, after experiencing myself, it’s not the hostel’s fault. A lot of the guests are either very quiet/ not interested in socialising beyond their group or their own. I was told to be quiet by an older guest in the kitchen and had to remain quiet…I found it strange but no fault to the hostel.

AAnonymous UserDespite a slightly unpleasant incident, I still want to leave a review. The kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery and pots. I stayed in an 8-bed dorm that had a hairdryer, a desk, and a separate washbasin. There are large and small lockers for each person, but you need to bring your own lock. The bathroom is private, located inside the room, and it's tiny, really tiny. There are many extra charges; luggage storage is 5 euros, and buying a lock is also 5 euros. There's a large rooftop terrace with drying racks, and the room also has a mini balcony.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right by the main cathedral, making it easy to get to all the popular attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged for me to switch to a bottom bunk. There's a small kitchen in the basement with a microwave and oven, which is fine for simple cooking. The mixed-gender dorm room is a decent size, not too cramped. The locker is huge, and the top shelf is very high. The shower stalls don't have hooks, and the sink was quite clogged. It was cleaned daily. The bedside lamp is tiny and very dim.

AAnonymous UserI love the hostel. The staff is really friendly and nice. They are helpful for the first timer and guides well. The capsule is comfortable and unique experience. The bathroom have all you needed; shampoo, body lotion, body shower etc. The most important thing is the toilet has bidet. The pantry amenities is good and well maintained.

GGuest UserThe location was wonderful. All the staff were cheerful and easy to talk to. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you very much. The water pressure was a little weak, which felt somewhat unsatisfying, but the shower room was clean, so it was not a problem.

AAnonymous UserNot far from Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, ~30 minutes from Plaza de España. The staff is very kind and friendly. All is clear, thank you to cleaning staff. There is nice kitchen (but is closed from 23:59 till 8:00) like reception (8:00 - 22(~23) You can buy breakfast (8-10 :00 ~4 €). There is a nice terrace upstairs. It's no free towel. The washroom near the room for women doesn't work. It was not comfortable to use the shower. No private space and no space for personal things. You need to push the button constantly. It's absolutly bad. There is a steep staircase.

MMartinaSalWhen I arrived the AC was broken and at the check in the staff didn’t mention it. It has been broken for 4 days (as you can also read from other reviews). We had to sleep with 30 degrees in our room. Just crazy. If they told me right at the check in I would have looked for another hostel. Besides that: Pros: hostel is clean, new and the location is good. Cons: besides few people (there’s a Brazilian receptionist very nice) the staff is not really attentive to people that come in and out. So when you leave your bag in the storage room, is not really safe. (The lockers system is also broken right now). For example I just came in and took back my bags and nobody even realized it. I think this is something that could easily be improved.

GGuest UserI requested a quiet room when booking, but we ended up right above a nightclub (extremely noisy from 11 PM to 6:30 AM), with shouts, screams, and so on. 125€ per night, five nights without sleep: this is a hotel for party-goers. Very disappointed. Breakfasts were decent, but the breakfast area itself was in a deplorable state (dirty bench, floor patched with tape). The staff were pleasant and attentive though.

GGuest UserIt’s a decent hostel in terms of hygiene and amenities, and the owner welcomed me professionally. However, it could be a lot better as I was placed in a dormitory with some highly unpleasant characters who were extremely noisy and stank of vile ******** and disgusting stale sweat. Worse still, no rules about noise were enforced by the night receptionist as people were watching TV and having loud phone conversations after midnight in the common area. I’m sure you can a do a lot better — if you don’t see a problem with the noise late at night and people standing outside your entrance smoking ********, then please market yourself as a party hostel and I’ll choose somewhere else to stay to get a good night’s sleep.

GGuest UserThe hostel is centrally located, close to the cathedral, beach, train/bus station, also surrounded by restaurants & stores. Reception service was great-fast check-in, loved that they let us leave our luggage there while we explored because we arrived super early. Super accommodating, as soon as our room was ready they let us have access way before the check-in time. It’s clean and has everything you need for a decent stay. A couple of things are a little old & require an upgrade like the shower head didn’t stay on the holder and the toilet seat would move. Aside from that, no complaints.
