Excellent! This is almost the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I have to elaborate on the advantages I experienced:
1️⃣ **Security:** As an all-female hostel, card access is required at night.
2️⃣ **Cleanliness:** Shoes must be changed upon entry. The toilets provide seat covers, and the showers are cleaned promptly.
3️⃣ **Spacious and Tidy:** The room aisles are very neat. Luggage fits perfectly under the bed. The bathroom is spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The beds are wider than typical hostel beds, and there are ample cabinets and a small table for storage.
4️⃣ **Comprehensive Facilities:** Upon check-in, mineral water, a bath towel, an eye mask, and earplugs are provided. The bathroom even has conditioner! The washbasin area offers cotton swabs and shower caps, and there are washing machines and dryers available. The common areas are great for lounging, sitting, or working.
5️⃣ **Excellent Service:** The staff were attentive, helped with luggage, and were very patient when I lost my room card midway through my stay.
6️⃣ **Convenient Location:** It's a one-minute walk to the subway station and very close to Sea World.
7️⃣ **High-Quality Guests:** The overall atmosphere is pleasant due to the considerate guests.

The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. They even have a vanity room for women, complete with various types of curling irons! The beds are wide and the bedding is very comfortable. The public restrooms and showers are also excellent. The staff are incredibly thoughtful, and their duties are clearly divided. There was even a man to help carry luggage, which made for a very pleasant stay~

I was impressed just as I entered the place..the ambiance was great with that sense of community that I liked..the safe locks are cute, something I never anticipated which gives a sense of security plus the staff can communicate in English..the thoughtfulness in the ladies washrooms ughhh😘😘😍..the hostel is strategically located near a metro station which makes moving around Guangzhou very easy and cheaply..for the money value, totally better than most hotels I’ve stayed at..I would stay again while in Guangzhou ..

1. This four-story hostel is incredibly well-organized, with each floor and area having distinct functions, creating a clear and efficient separation. Luggage is stored outside the rooms, which helps maintain a quiet environment and excellent hygiene.
2. The hostel is very clean, and the mattresses are super comfortable.
3. The front desk provides common medications and feminine hygiene products. The bathrooms are also stocked with hair ties, sanitary pads, and other essentials. There's a vending machine for disposable travel items, a dedicated sterilizer for slippers, and even an iron available for use. Overall, this hostel feels very professional and incredibly thoughtful in its attention to detail.

The environment is beautiful, with an endless expanse of blue ocean right outside the window. The air is so fresh, and it really lifts your spirits! The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. Dining was convenient. After dinner, I hit the hotel gym, worked up a good sweat, and then came back to the room for a refreshing shower before falling into a deep, beautiful sleep!

I usually never bother to write reviews for accommodations, but after having a simple lunch for over 100 RMB in Huaqiangbei today, I suddenly felt compelled to review the Qiyou Hostel where I'm staying. For just 88 RMB a night, it's not only clean, comfortable, and has warm, attentive service, but it's truly a condensed five-star hotel experience. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer free freshly ground coffee – yes, free! Many five-star hotels I've stayed in don't even offer complimentary freshly ground coffee! They also have free tea, direct-drink hot and cold water, and separate male and female rest areas. The guests all seem very respectful; the lounge area is really quiet. The sleeping pods are incredibly comfortable too; the bed is spacious enough, there's air conditioning, a locker for personal items, and hooks to hang things. Everyone in the sleeping area also has a locker that can fit a large suitcase. The lovely front desk staff told me that if I have a lot of luggage, I can store it in their baggage room. They have a wide selection of books available for free loan. In the evenings, you'll see groups of guests sitting in the lobby, chatting softly – many foreigners, men and women, old and young, all looking very relaxed. Besides not providing disposable toiletries, they offer everything else a star-rated hotel would. Oh, and you can buy toiletries and other common necessities from the vending machine in the lobby, and the prices are very reasonable. You can tell the owner genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

The female dorm really lives up to its reputation! The attention to detail is exceptional. This is the first time I've had someone walk me through everything upon arrival, and so many things are provided for free. It felt like being back in my university dorm. Even though it's inexpensive, they don't skimp on the details at all. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to the owner for providing such a wonderful and affordable place to stay during the busy May Day holiday!
P.S. If your locker card isn't working, try holding it horizontally with the center of the card aligned with the number 8, and it should open right up!

The hostel is friendly and there are lots of international guests. The staff were kind and very helpful. The location is great, with popular tourist sites nearby - maybe 20min walk from Beijing street and a 5min walk to the metro. The female 4-bed dorm room was nice, with a spacious and comfortable bed with a curtain, and a cupboard/locker each, and aircon. The lobby/communal area was colourful and quirky with a pool table and lots of chairs and tables. It was a bit messy in some areas with piles/boxes around, and the kitchen was quite dirty and always had food and dishes left out and in the sink so I didn’t feel very comfortable using it. There is a washing machine to use for a small fee but when I was there most of the coat hangers and places to hang clothes were taken so it can be difficult to find places to dry clothes. Overall it was good but I wish some of the guests would be more thoughtful and respectful of others.

The facilities are excellent, and the location next to Jinsha Park is lively in the evenings. There's a commercial street next to the park, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The bathrooms are very clean, but the hostel doesn't have curtains; it would be better if the business owners could install them.

Environment: Decent.
Location: Super convenient for getting around. If you head straight out and slightly to the left, you can find Jide Sweet Soup and Chenchen Beef Skewers. A fifteen-minute walk to the right takes you to a food street with lots of great eats. I highly recommend Ruru Glutinous Rice, Pork Blood Soup, and a breakfast spot next to Lao Wu Sweet Soup—their Guozhi and Guotiao are delicious, and the braised intestines are amazing, as are their eggs. It was a lucky find!
Cleanliness: Very clean! You're not allowed to eat or drink in the rooms, which shows the owner is serious about running a proper hostel. The slippers are washed and disinfected daily, and you have to change shoes when you enter, so it's spotless. I wanted to check out the rooftop on the fourth floor, but it was under renovation, so I'll save that for next time. The building itself is older, but overall it's clean and comfortable.
By the way, taking the 105 bus to Nan'ao Island is easy, but I'd suggest getting to the stop the owner recommended early, or starting from the first stop, as seats can sometimes be hard to come by. All in all, a great place!
Price: Very budget-friendly for solo travelers. Oh, and remember to bring your own toiletries; it would be nice if they provided them.

GGuest UserI stayed in a dorm room for three days, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. In the mornings, I'd walk downstairs to the cheong fun (rice noodle roll) shop for breakfast; their fresh shrimp cheong fun was wonderfully smooth and tender. It was just a few minutes' walk to Binjiangdong Road subway station, and I could get to Beijing Road and Yongqing Fang with just one transfer. Each bed in the room had its own curtain and charging port, so I had privacy when I drew the curtain. The communal laundry room was available 24/7, and it was super convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes right away.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the subway, which is quite convenient, and there are many delivery options nearby. First, I knew before booking that there were no gender restrictions for check-in, but I wasn't aware that rooms weren't separated by gender. I'm not sure how they allocate rooms, but personally, I felt uncomfortable seeing men in the hallways. Second, although there's an en-suite bathroom, the space is very small. Third, the facilities felt a bit dated; the curtains and bed curtains were very thin and let in a lot of light, and the window handle was broken, so the window couldn't be closed completely. Finally, and this isn't specific to this hostel, I was woken up several nights by roommates checking in late, which is a common issue in hostels.

MM469773****The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The common areas were cozy and quiet. The owner was warm and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. It was also conveniently located. The room itself was simple and refreshing, and the hygiene was spot on. Overall, a fantastic experience!
SsabryyyyyyI recently stayed at this hotel and I was very satisfied with my experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. While it is simple, it offered a relaxing environment after a busy day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for getting around. I particularly appreciated being in such a central area, which allowed me to make the most of my trip without wasting time on long commutes. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
