I absolutely love this place. From the front desk staff to the staff, everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they'll even chat once you get to know each other. The guests here are also very nice. I even met a young woman from Pakistan who was traveling there, and I helped her find a room with my broken English. It was a truly amazing travel experience. The bed was much softer than other hostels I've stayed in 😢 and it was quiet and firm. Everything was clean, tidy, organized, and comfortable. The room had a key card system, so aside from the inevitable noise from multiple people entering and leaving, there were no other drawbacks. I loved the lobby the most, with its warm greetings and mini-maps. The pantry was well-equipped with plenty of free drinks, a large refrigerator, and comfortable sofas. You can even study on your own 🥺 Oh my goodness, there's even a coffee shop downstairs. I'll never forget my first day there, dragging my luggage downstairs and trying to find the entrance. A beautiful woman's gentle voice came from behind me, ”Are you looking for Amic?” Just walk in. Later I found out she works right here. The front desk greets you every day, the community is well-managed, and the customer service is very responsive and patient. By the way, there's a subway station just across the street. I took a walk around the area when I had some time, and it was full of snacks and restaurants. Very convenient. I don't know if this is the first time I've had such a great hostel experience. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with a housekeeper coming to clean every day. Environment: Very nice, with toiletries provided. Facilities: Well-equipped, less than a 100-meter walk from the subway station. Service: The housekeeper responded quickly, and the customer service representative was very pleasant.

This hostel offers a great living experience. It's located within a residential compound and has an elevator. It's only a few minutes from Hongshan Metro Station, and just across the road from the Shenzhen Art Museum and the North Branch of the Shenzhen Library. The house manager was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I look forward to my next visit to Shenzhen.

The location is excellent, very convenient for transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk from Changgang C1 Exit, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk for check-in is on the first floor. The staff are helpful and will assist with luggage. The second floor is divided into a quiet sleeping area and a lively common area. In the sleeping area, you can't bring large suitcases in or eat, but it's very comfortable for sleeping. The common area features a large living room for leisure and entertainment. Next to it are shoe cabinets and individual lockers, which require a magnetic card to open. Each locker also has a separate shoe box, and you can even fit small suitcases inside. The restrooms and washroom area are located further from the sleeping area, so they won't disturb your sleep. The toilets and showers are separate, and there's also one cubicle that serves as a combined toilet and shower. There are also self-service, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, with helpful reminders posted above them.

The hostel is good overall. Basic amenities such as drinking water, microwave and slippers are provided. The public lounge on the 31/F. International guests are welcomed. The room is located on the 26/F. It is quite nice. The only problem is the bathroom. There is only one bathroom and it is old. You have to share it with a 6-person room next door and a couple of other rooms. The smell is quite strong, sometimes. The washing machine is inside the bathroom and it is always occupied. Some guests from the 6-person room often use it just to smoke, for a long time.

The place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and way more affordable than I expected. 💕 It’s really close to the train station just a short walk away, so getting around was super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. 🥰 If you’re looking for a nice place to stay that’s both convenient and budget-friendly, I totally recommend this one! 💯✨

The self-service check-in is very convenient. The boss will directly give you the room number and password. I went there on a weekday and the boss upgraded me to a sea view room. Thanks to the good bedding, there is a small balcony and the bathroom is clean. It is recommended to use unopened paper towels. Put a tissue box away for use in the bathroom? It's pretty close to the beach, right?

I highly recommend this treasured hostel for boys! Downstairs is the Rainbow Shopping Mall, with all kinds of delicious food, from morning tea to midnight snacks, foodies can be satisfied right on the spot! The subway entrance is right outside, and commuting is seamless and time-saving. The bedding in the room is clean and odorless, and the public areas are spotless, with the hygiene level not inferior to that of a hotel! Self-service check-in is super convenient, the APP instructions are clear, and you can contact customer service at any time if you have any questions. The response speed is faster than a stopwatch. Whether it is asking about routes or equipment use, they will answer patiently! The short-term rental experience is excellent, and the price-performance ratio is full. Boys can go out without blinking!

Staying for a day occasionally is fine! But this time, due to the typhoon, I stayed for 5 days, and the service was less than satisfactory. The sheets and blankets weren't changed, and I didn't even ask for them. Conserving resources is everyone's responsibility. However, when I asked the front desk to change the bath towels once and the disposable toothbrushes twice, the staff were very reluctant to change them or just provided them, which I personally find unacceptable. It's normal for bath towels to get wet or fall on the floor in public restrooms, and it's reasonable for guests to request changes. Moreover, I only asked the next day, and they immediately started making it seem like we had to stay at least three days before they would change them. So, since I paid the same room rate, shouldn't I be able to change rooms every day? Service needs to be warm, not contrived. They were also very reluctant to provide the disposable toothbrushes. Disposable toothbrushes are disposable, and not being willing to change them daily is really unreasonable. During my 5-day stay, I didn't request changes to the sheets and blankets, only one change of bath towels, and three toothbrushes. I hope the owner will pay attention to these situations. I've liked your hotel so far and hope it continues to improve. Please take note of these problems.

Clean by Chinese standards. It’s situated 2-3 minutes waking from the metro station and has some small shops nearby where you can get groceries, Mixue, 湖南菜 and more. One of the better places to stay in the city if you’re in a budget. Common area is also nice with work stations, table tennis, fusball, pool and laundry machine!
