Very close to one of the main attractions in Santiago.. La Moneda Palace.. hosted is in the same name too.. though it’s not big as a palace, the sweetness of the attending staff were very courteous.. felt like a royalty.. would definitely recommend and stay here again
This is the third hostel I stayed in in Santiago and it was by far my favorite! The staff is super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Cristian who goes beyond for the customers and makes you feel right at home. I can’t thank him enough for all his support! Apart from that the facilities are great, beds are comfortable and the social areas are nice!
Good spot to stay. Kitchen is good, bar is good, some sort of activity each evening. Nice social atmosphere. My room could have been cleaner and the drains really need unblocking in the bathrooms (I was fifth floor). But overall I would recommend this hostel.
It may be a little inconvenient to have heavy things because it walks about 10 minutes from the subway.
The garden and poolside are cozy.
Some of the staff are friendly.
It is difficult to use the cleaning around the water from early morning.
The customer layer becomes cheap.
Everyone had breakfast and I think the quality of the meal was reasonably good. It is not recommended for those who dislike noise because some people gather in the common area at night and have a drinking party.
Excellent location: quiet area, with a large supermarket and a coffee shop with delicious coffee nearby. It's easy to get to the main attractions by metro. Santa Lucia Park is also a pleasant 30-35 minute walk away.
Comfortable bed and clean linen. This is one of the few places in Latin America where nothing and no one disturbed my sleep.
Charlie is a fantastic host. He helped me with a public transport card, allowed me to store my bags, and was simply a delightful conversationalist.

South Korea is summer, Chile is winter
It's not cold compared to Korean winter.
It's cold at night because there's no heating.
It's a good place to overcome this and that
