Very kind staff (for the first time in Latin America). Breakfast is modest but you are cared for: coffee (nescafe) or tea, jam, butter, fresh bulk, cheese, ham, peach in syrup. Any time it is mddy to ask for coffee. The rooms are cold, the windows in the corridor, everything looks old. The city center, the evening is not safe.
