MMadeline KelleyThis was such a wonderful stay! The staff - and specifically Gonzalo - were so incredibly helpful. From arranging me airport transfer to/from, to giving me recommendations on places to see locally, and just generally being incredibly helpful. The space itself has a beautiful view overlooking a lake with Andes mountains in sight. The room was charming and clean - with heated floors!!! The location is away from the center of Bariloche so it was much quieter which I loved. Also right next to an amazing park to hike and see the waterfalls. You don’t NEED a car, but I would probably recommend one.

TTraveling-around-the-worldI should not complaint for the place because of the price of the private room. It is a good budget option for a couple or friends to stay.

AAnonymous UserIt was a great stay, receptionists were amazing with advice, reccomendations and all. But wasn’t the cleanest, lacking amenities. Expected a towel or toothbrush you won’t get here. Very minimal selection for breakfast

EEmerson__VieiraAtendimento excelente o único ponto de atenção foi que o quarto privado que reservei não tinha Tv, não me atentei na hora da reserva porque geralmente os quartos possuem Tv, no mais tudo ok. Localização ótima com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Café da manhã continental (simples, mas gostoso!).

GGuest UserLo que destaco es la atención de la dueña, está muy pendiente de que te encuentres bien atendido y siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte dándote recomendaciones sobre los sitios a visitar.
El desayuno es muy rico.
La ubicación es buena, es muy cerca del parque principal, como a 600 metros, pero como el hotel queda en una loma el regreso del centro hacia el hotel es exigente físicamente y más si vas con maletas.
Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias, de pronto se echa de menos un televisor para entretenerse cuando se está en la habitación.
