Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Unique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

The overall feeling of the room is good, the bedding supplies, faucets, sanitary ware are clean, the room area is also large, because it is an old-fashioned small wooden resort created by the Rockefeller family, which has a rural flavor different from the city hotel. There are shops, gas stations, restaurants in the resort. The front desk service is efficient and fast. The park is large in size, with many parking spaces and a quiet environment. The price is a bit higher, but this is also the price of the wooden house resort experience.

The hotel is really very nice, but there were major problems with the staff. We were greeted by a woman at reception who didn't even look at us on the evening of our arrival. The woman at breakfast practically threw the cutlery at us without even saying hello, and to top it all off, our room wasn't cleaned for four days (it should have been cleaned on Saturday and Monday...). Only the gentleman at reception in the evening was pleasant and helpful.

The location is quite remote, but if you go to Yellowstone, it would be much better to live here than in Jackson. There is nothing nearby, and the ranch has a small cafe. The room is very characteristic, it is a log cabin. The room is large and has a living room. The only downside is that the heating effect is really not good, using the kind of small portable electric heating. The bed is very big, sleeping with two adults has no problem at all.

Quiet, beautiful and comfortable holiday environment, simple American breakfast! Going out is the river view, the indoor swimming pool is very comfortable and comfortable!

In the small cabin in the scenic area, the facilities are general, the room is large, but the bathroom is very small, it is difficult to stand in and stoop down. I don’t understand how the native Americans are so rounded. There are pizza shops around, 25 dollars, no It’s a big piece. The two of us only ate one third. There was a laundry. Very good, stayed for the second time. A little regret is that the two horses were transported to other pastures before.
